We used PGH Pest Control to deal with a rodent infestation in our loft. They did a comprehensive review of the property and provided a detailed report. The work involved elimination of the rodents, emptying the loft, removing the old insulation and replacing this after having decontaminated the space. They also detected some woodworm, which they also treated. They repaired parts of the roof and put a one way sleeve in the drain, both of which were measures to prevent further infestation. The work was expertly and professionally led by André. Certificates were provided to show the work had been completed. I would definitely recommend PGH for its end to end process

We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. They were an absolute pleasure to meet and their love and knowledge of bees shone through. The whole process was made easy by Anthony who had arranged the quote and the visit. Andre, James and Emma were superstars! They did a fantastic job cleaning out and boarding our loft. They worked during a heatwave which must have been very unpleasant but with no moans and they just cracked on with the job. Everything was left clean and tidy and they were very careful not to cause any damage internally carrying out debris from the loft during the cleaning up process. We also got some bee-keeping advice! Great service and very quick to respond. Tim and his sister came to our house and diagnosed the issue very quickly and gave us an honest fix in how to prevent starlings entering part of our roof. Would highly recommend, they were professional and straight to the point. I would call them again if the issue arises

We rang SAS Pest Control at 5pm and they arrived at 11.00 the following morning to destroy a wasps nest inside our chimney. Not an easy job, the nest was very quickly and efficiently dealt with. Fast and friendly service.

Recently heard noises in the loft that sounded like a squirrel was moving around and shredding cardboard to make a nest. I gave North Downs Pest Control a call and Paul was able to come around the next day and set a trap. Somehow the squirrel managed to knock over the trap and set it off without being caught. Paul returned to reset it and the offending squirrel was caught soon after. Paul is a very professional and personable individual who was able to deal with our problem in a prompt and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Called Justin at Nature in Balance on the Saturday morning and was amazed when he said he would be with us within 2 hours. Having hens can mean the unwelcome arrival of rats. To sort the issue out we called Nature in Balance and the service was great. Justin was full of helpful advice, made sure that any measures would not cause harm to our cat, dog or hens too. He followed up, was easy to contact. Removal of wasps nest near a fish pond- Justin removed the wasps nest in a way that was safe for our fish and pond. He was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Paul came to my propertie for 2 separate problems the first was rats that are now no more. The second was a mole that was unfortunatly digging under my koi pond.
