We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. They were an absolute pleasure to meet and their love and knowledge of bees shone through. The whole process was made easy by Anthony who had arranged the quote and the visit. We used PGH Pest Control to deal with a rodent infestation in our loft. They did a comprehensive review of the property and provided a detailed report. The work involved elimination of the rodents, emptying the loft, removing the old insulation and replacing this after having decontaminated the space. They also detected some woodworm, which they also treated. They repaired parts of the roof and put a one way sleeve in the drain, both of which were measures to prevent further infestation. The work was expertly and professionally led by André. Certificates were provided to show the work had been completed. I would definitely recommend PGH for its end to end process

Having hens can mean the unwelcome arrival of rats. To sort the issue out we called Nature in Balance and the service was great. Justin was full of helpful advice, made sure that any measures would not cause harm to our cat, dog or hens too. He followed up, was easy to contact. Overall a great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Removal of wasps nest near a fish pond- Justin removed the wasps nest in a way that was safe for our fish and pond. He was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Woke up in the night to hear scratching in the loft and thought that we would be in for few sleepless nights. Called Justin at Nature in Balance on the Saturday morning and was amazed when he said he would be with us within 2 hours. Justin arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and importantly very tidy. After putting traps down he reassured us and made an appointment to return in few days and again arrived on time. The problem is now sorted and Justin even fitted a small camera in the loft so that we could see the little blighters in action. Recently heard noises in the loft that sounded like a squirrel was moving around and shredding cardboard to make a nest. I gave North Downs Pest Control a call and Paul was able to come around the next day and set a trap. Somehow the squirrel managed to knock over the trap and set it off without being caught. Paul returned to reset it and the offending squirrel was caught soon after. Paul is a very professional and personable individual who was able to deal with our problem in a prompt and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

I own a pest control business and was looking for a supplier of quality traps in large numbers. Rang Ronin for some mole traps, the advice he offered was brilliant. He supplied the traps quickly and they were exactly as described. He clearly understands mole catching to a very high standard.
