On Sunday, I gave them a call regarding a mouse problem. They were really helpful, kind, and professional. The same day, Motasim showed up. He was incredibly kind, inspected my land, took pictures, and set the bait. I've just seen it on Sunday, but the mice haven't shown any more activity. In three and a half weeks, Motasim will conduct a follow-up inspection. He was really helpful in calming me and my girls and responding to all of my queries. He pointed out areas of entrance and provided additional guidance on how to close the gaps left by the treatment. Excellent value for the money; I heartily endorse them. Unfortunately, the property I purchased was not properly vermin resistant, which resulted in rats in my walls and mice in my kitchen, among other serious flaws. I'm really grateful to Motasim and Mahfooz for relieving my tension and removing another issue from my life. Because of their mutual understanding, the issue was quickly identified and fixed, all the while attempting to keep expenses as low as possible for me as the client. Every organisation needs a Motasim who is really enthusiastic about his work, goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and always has a warm, welcoming smile on his face. Motasim made scheduling follow-up sessions simple and was willing to accommodate my schedule. He also kept Mahfooz, the original surveyor, informed, which made things easier for me, and he promptly fixed my problems, all of which I truly appreciate.

I have nothing but praise for Motasim, my point of contact, who was extremely thorough and productive in all he did. He follows through on everything he suggests, which is uncommon these days, and he has outstanding communication skills. Through his efforts, he managed a very difficult situation and came up with the desired solution, which wasn't an easy one. The enclosure is very neat, and the space beneath the solar panels was clear of nests, birds and dirt, as well as the gutters. 15-year warranty for peace of mind. Mark fitted Pigeon guards to my flat roof house , replacing pigeon guards that had been poorly fitted by someone else only 6 months earlier. He arrived promptly on time, and provided a professional and friendly service. The work was completed very quickly and to a high standard. The pigeon guards even after a recent strong storm are in tact. Excellent workmanship and service.

Mark was able to come out at very short notice to sort our pigeon problem. They'd been roosting for quite some time before we moved into the property and had created quite the mess but Mark cleaned this all up and installed pigeon spikes on all potential pigeon spots for my peace of mind. Mark and his team were very helpful. All our questions were answered. The email sent in advance was very useful with lots of information. Having done lots of research their prices were very reasonable and their admin / invoicing was slick and efficient . No one likes spending money on pest control, but I can’t fault the pestgone team. Hired for wasp removal, they were very prompt in responding and came round the next day to do the job. They were very pleasant and talked me through the process and what to expect once the job is done. Sam came out this morning to deal with a very large wasp nest. He explained what he was going to do and answered any questions or concerns we had. Sam dealt with the nest efficiently. We had builders on site too, Sam aLao explained to them how long to wait before continuing any work on site. Thank you as I felt reassured and in good hands. There is a warrenty also so you know their work is covered for a certain period of time.

Oscar from OG pest control recently sorted out an issue with a rat in my flat. He responded very quickly and attended to assess the problem. He sealed the entrance point at the first visit, put down poison and put thoroughly assessed the situation. He then followed up to ensure I had no more issues and the problem had resolved. Oscar was wonderful and I can’t recommend his services highly enough. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing so I understood. Been having problems with pigeons roosting on our balcony laying eggs and fouling all over everything. Tried everything Amazon had to throw at them but nothing would work and keep them away.
