The evening before we were due to host an important family event, we found a deer corpse had been left on our boundary by Humane Dispatch. Having received no luck with the authorities, we looked for assistance online and found HW. John came out without complaint on a Friday night and removed the carcass for us. He also followed up with advice on how to remove the smell. A very good experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company

We contacted HWPC for a potential issue with rats in our garage. John replied quickly and came out the same day, he was supportive of the situation, quickly confirmed our suspicions and offered the best advice on how to deal with it. John was clear regarding pricing and effectiveness of varying options, laid traps and sealed our garage up that day. John also came back a week later to check in. John came to inspect the loft of our old cottage at a very short notice and provided us with a range viable options to deep clean it and remove the exisiting insulation in order to replace it with new and more efficient material. Communication was great and he proved very knowledgeable and honest in his professional advice. We will surely use him when we decide to go ahead with this work.

Had these guys come out for a wasp nest in our garden, with one treatment it killed the nest. Person who came round (sorry forgot her name) was really nice and gave advice to keep kids away as well as any dogs for a few hours after. Would definitely use them again if we have any further pest problems

We had a wasps nest that was causing some issues, I had been stung a couple of times, and wasps were entering our neighbours property. Steve was able to come out in about an hour from me first calling, got straight in there and sorted out. He was also able to remove the nest, and even took the time to show it to us, and gave a little talk on wasps, their nests and how they work. Great job, and a lovely chap - thank you very much!

Woke up in the night to hear scratching in the loft and thought that we would be in for few sleepless nights. Called Justin at Nature in Balance on the Saturday morning and was amazed when he said he would be with us within 2 hours. Justin arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and importantly very tidy. After putting traps down he reassured us and made an appointment to return in few days and again arrived on time. The problem is now sorted and Justin even fitted a small camera in the loft so that we could see the little blighters in action. I own a pest control business and was looking for a supplier of quality traps in large numbers. Rang Ronin for some mole traps, the advice he offered was brilliant. He supplied the traps quickly and they were exactly as described. He clearly understands mole catching to a very high standard. Not just a salesman who talks the talk he can obviously deal with mole problems quickly and effectively.

Paul came to my propertie for 2 separate problems the first was rats that are now no more. The second was a mole that was unfortunatly digging under my koi pond.
