James is very professional and did a great job for me regarding carpet moth control. He is always prompt and helpful, getting on with the job in hand. Definitely recommend his services and will use him again if needed for any other pest control services.

James was fantastic. We had him for 3 visits over 3 weeks, and saw massive results, even after the first visit. He was incredibly communicative and friendly, reassuring us on any worries we had and explaining the process clearly. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about where the pests would hide, and where they might be coming from. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with the service that James gave me. I had thought I had a rat in my loft and James confirmed and dealt with this professionally. He took time to explain things, was always punctual and was always pleasant to deal with.

Very quick service ~ I heard scampering around above me in my bedroom one morning and found James on Google who came out the next day and calmed me down and explained everything to me. My rat problem turned out to be a squirrel issue. He explained what he needed to do and showed me and then got on with the job plus helped make the house unattractive for little creatures in the future. Hired for wasp removal, they were very prompt in responding and came round the next day to do the job. They were very pleasant and talked me through the process and what to expect once the job is done. Given the size of the wasps nest I think we will require another visit and assuming this is done satisfactorily and similarly to the first treatment then I will have no hesitation in upgrading this review to 5 stars!

I recently had an incident where my home was infested with bed bugs. After calling Monsterkil I was quickly booked in. Sam was very helpful and efficient at managing the issue and gave great advice for how to prevent this happening again. Thanks so much, overall great service.

I have had excellent service from this company. Technicians & admin staff are very knowledgeable- polite and friendly The service that had until now had been excellent. Wouldn’t use anyone different. I am going to use them to seal my loft so that squirrels and other predators can no longer enter loft area. They have also helped with mouse infestation - nothing us too much trouble

I contacted Michael on Sunday late pm and hed contacted my hubby first thing Monday. Popped round and advised us accordingly regarding the dead rat we couldn't get to under our floorboards. Greatly appreciated and would certainly use his service if needed again. Highly recommend

I called this company as we heard noises under our kitchen units and our dog was paying too much attention to this area. The business owner came the same day and was brilliant. Really nice guy, very knowledgeable and not expensive in my opinion. His fee included visits after the initial visit to check on the areas concerned. Definitely a number/name to keep handy!

I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.

Michael came to our rescue a couple of weeks ago when there was an issue at my daughter’s flat. He replied to my enquiry immediately, was informative and professional. From the off he was great with his communication and carried out the works with great efficiency. Two weeks later the problem has not reoccurred thankfully. Would highly recommend his services.

Oscar dealt with a recent pest issue in our flat. Been having problems with pigeons roosting on our balcony laying eggs and fouling all over everything. Tried everything Amazon had to throw at them but nothing would work and keep them away. Great Service. I had protectapet tension fitted enclosure installed on a balcony. The team showed up promptly, were very polite and respectful of the property and me. They were very methodical, tidy and disciplined in their work and discussed the installation prior to starting. Mark and his team were very helpful. All our questions were answered. The email sent in advance was very useful with lots of information. Having done lots of research their prices were very reasonable and their admin / invoicing was slick and efficient . No one likes spending money on pest control, but I can’t fault the pestgone team. We had an outbreak of mice entering our loft, we employed PGH to eradicate them. They carried out three visits in total laying down poisons. All of the technicians were polite, and efficient in their work. At the end of the course of treatment they provided us with options how to prevent further infestation and also generally on improving the insulation and condition of the loft itself. As a result we further employed PGH to remove, replace and improve our existing old smelly insulation. Two technicians - Andreas and Keir attended, they first briefed us fully on what the job entailed, then over the following two days only they completed the tasks. We were very impressed with both of them and their work ethic, everything was bagged and removed within the cramped loft space, all of our floors and hallways were protected at all times and rodent prevention spray was kept inside the loft. All of the insulation was bagged and removed by skip as promised. If you have any similar issues we would highly recommend PGH and hope that if you do employ them that you get Andreas and Keir! We also had good communication with the PGH Office and surveyor Anthony.

We wanted the bees we’d had under our roof for 4 years to be removed alive and taken to a good home. Dan P and Emily did just that, along with bee-proofing that part of the roof. Cannot recommend enough! After seeing rodent dropping in the attic I called Kevin over for a visit. He was able to come the same day, and gave me full details of any rodent activity in the attic. (Dead wood lice, an old wasps nest and very old rat droppings!) Fantastic news, we didn’t need any rodent treatment, but were able to be at ease. He didn’t take the opportunity to add any unnecessary work and very reasonably priced for the knowledge and work. He also took the opportunity to a quick check in the kitchen for me. 10/10
