Elliot is amazing, he is highly knowledgeable, professional, responsive, prompt, but most importantly understands the behaviour of the pest and adapts the treatment strategy to the environs accordingly. We were advised that our evasive rodent problem might take a while to rectify but from first inspection to confirmed pest absence was fairly quick and in less time than expected. In a good old fashioned way, payment for the the really good value service provided was only forwarded upon resolution. Really wish we had contacted Elliot sooner

We used the pest company as we had a Mole which was ruining our garden with multiple mole hills. Elliott came round very quickly and left traps under ground, then covered them up so they were not dangerous to children/pets. After a couple of days he returned and had captured the Mole. Excellent quick service and resolved the problem. Would highly recommend.

Elliot came to our home the same day i called to tell him about a particularly nasty wasps nest we had on our garage. He came, gave me some background information, explained the procedure and got right to work. 24hours later, all wasps have gone. Job done. No fuss, no issues, perfect customer service and super efficency. Very fair on value as well. Why cant all trades work to this high calibre? Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Had Mark help me out on a very large mole job and bees nest removal, never let me down, very experienced with a great deal of knowledge and skill in Pest control, would highly recommend him to anyone.

Mark was amazing called him and he managed to come next day to inspect the problem. I have rats that are coming from the joining house. Had Todd come out for my mother who is disabled was so helpful and informative every step of the way telling her what he was doing and what it would do to the rats. He was so friendly and very reassuring. The receptionist was also really helpful and got us the help my mother needed and explained everything so my mum would understand. Recently heard noises in the loft that sounded like a squirrel was moving around and shredding cardboard to make a nest. I gave North Downs Pest Control a call and Paul was able to come around the next day and set a trap. Somehow the squirrel managed to knock over the trap and set it off without being caught. Paul returned to reset it and the offending squirrel was caught soon after. Paul is a very professional and personable individual who was able to deal with our problem in a prompt and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.

Some wasps decided to make a home in the fascia boards outside my bedroom window. Called Paul at North downs Pest Control and he was able to come out that afternoon. Prompt, efficient and friendly and the wasp problem has been fixed. Very happy with the service and would happily use again.

Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. Courteous, careful and respectful throughout - can’t recommend highly enough
