Andy was great. He was quick to respond and return calls and kindly fit in the work within a couple of hours of my first call. He also checked up on whether the wasp nest needed a second treatment after finishing another job in the area the next day and stopped by to do that to make sure all was sorted.

Ryan was SO helpful with a mouse issue we had. I called them and he came round the same day, then came round another 2 times to make sure everything was going well, and that then preventative methods were in place. Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. Courteous, careful and respectful throughout - can’t recommend highly enough

Unexpected wasp nest brought building work on my house to a dead stop. Phoned Matt who came round within 30 minutes and quickly dealt with the problem. He also advised the builders how long to wait and what to look for before preceeding with the work as well as offering advise on wasp stings. This is the third time I have used this company over the past few years and every time they have responded very quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Paul at Baileys pest control done a great job at getting rid of my bed bug infestation. A very experienced pest controller who is always on time reliable and very professional. Once Paul started the treatment he made me feel at ease and followed up every time after the treatment to make sure the treatments were working. Bed bugs are very hard pest to get rid off but Paul did a number of treatments to get rid of the problem. He's very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me some great advice.

Very positive experience with Paul from Bailey’s pest control today. He came over to inspect my property for bed bugs, was very reassuring. Had a rapid PCR test to quickly show if bed bugs were present - thankfully we think it was negative. Reassuring and experienced, would recommend. I will use him I be the future if I am concerned again or with other pest issues.
