Mark fitted Pigeon guards to my flat roof house , replacing pigeon guards that had been poorly fitted by someone else only 6 months earlier. He arrived promptly on time, and provided a professional and friendly service. The work was completed very quickly and to a high standard. The pigeon guards even after a recent strong storm are in tact. Excellent workmanship and service.

Mark was able to come out at very short notice to sort our pigeon problem. They'd been roosting for quite some time before we moved into the property and had created quite the mess but Mark cleaned this all up and installed pigeon spikes on all potential pigeon spots for my peace of mind. We're very happy with his service and would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled with the work completed by Mark and team today. My roof was an absolutely mess and now I can be proud of it. No pigeons harmed in the process and the mess was cleared from under the panels and from the gutters! They even threw in a bit of driveway cleaning too. Resolved the problem I was having with Grey Squirrels I contacted a few companies and Integrum quotes a realistic price, outlining precisely the service they provide. Arranging the appointment online and providing a curtesy text message just prior to any visit. James who was my assigned to conduct the work was friendly, had a kind manner and was happy to explain the process and practice he would be conducting. On the final visit a squirrel was caught in an open trap, which was put in place following the second visit when nothing had been caught. Squirrel problem dealt with.

Jack was the tech that visited. I have nothing but praise for this lad. He was dealing with my elderly Mum, has been very pleasant, took time to speak to me on the phone (as I couldn't be present), explained everything he was doing along with advice and feedback. There seem to be many names similar to this but don't get them confused! I live in Sanderstead and wanted to use a local business. Ben answered the phone quickly, gave me a same day appointment. He came at the time stated and within 15 minutes my wasp nest was history. Very polite and professional, would highly recommend.

Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. Hired for wasp removal, they were very prompt in responding and came round the next day to do the job. They were very pleasant and talked me through the process and what to expect once the job is done. Given the size of the wasps nest I think we will require another visit and assuming this is done satisfactorily and similarly to the first treatment then I will have no hesitation in upgrading this review to 5 stars!

I have had excellent service from this company. Technicians & admin staff are very knowledgeable- polite and friendly The service that had until now had been excellent. Wouldn’t use anyone different. I am going to use them to seal my loft so that squirrels and other predators can no longer enter loft area. They have also helped with mouse infestation - nothing us too much trouble
