Very understanding and helpful! Quick reply!I called a previous firm because I was particularly worried about bed bugs, but they said they couldn't locate anything. I then called Quick Pest Control. They discovered an infestation and treated it the same day. They were really professional, kind staff specially Motasim. They gave me a same-day appointment. I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.

Michael came to our rescue a couple of weeks ago when there was an issue at my daughter’s flat. He replied to my enquiry immediately, was informative and professional. Mark fitted Pigeon guards to my flat roof house , replacing pigeon guards that had been poorly fitted by someone else only 6 months earlier. He arrived promptly on time, and provided a professional and friendly service. The work was completed very quickly and to a high standard. The pigeon guards even after a recent strong storm are in tact. Excellent workmanship and service.

Absolutely thrilled with the work completed by Mark and team today. My roof was an absolutely mess and now I can be proud of it. No pigeons harmed in the process and the mess was cleared from under the panels and from the gutters! They even threw in a bit of driveway cleaning too. Communication was brilliant and explanation of the process was delivered in detail. And just to add, Mark and his team were so friendly that even my neighbour commented on their good manner and friendliness. HIGHLY recommend. Thank you so much for sorting my mess of a roof out! :-)

The enclosure is very neat, and the space beneath the solar panels was clear of nests, birds and dirt, as well as the gutters. 15-year warranty for peace of mind. Mark was able to come out at very short notice to sort our pigeon problem. They'd been roosting for quite some time before we moved into the property and had created quite the mess but Mark cleaned this all up and installed pigeon spikes on all potential pigeon spots for my peace of mind. I phoned Steve late on a Friday afternoon after finding a significant wasp nest in the roof. He came round first thing Saturday morning and dealt with it quickly, efficiently and with no mess. Reasonable price, quick, efficient service. Would definitely recommend and happy to use again if needed.

Steve very kindly came round the next day to look at a bee nest I had. Steve advised that they should best be left as they were bumble bees and would die off in late summer so no need to kill them. I appreciated the advice and he insisted on no charge. Would recommend without hesitation.
