I had a great experience with Beaver Pest for a textile beetle problem. It was pretty much sorted within a few weeks. The technician Liam was super friendly and really helpful. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt okay and knew about the processes and treatments they were doing. They have great customer service as well and are very responsive and happy to answer any questions! The whole experience was way less stressful thanks to their team :)

Michael came to our rescue a couple of weeks ago when there was an issue at my daughter’s flat. He replied to my enquiry immediately, was informative and professional. From the off he was great with his communication and carried out the works with great efficiency. Two weeks later the problem has not reoccurred thankfully. Would highly recommend his services.

I contacted Michael on Sunday late pm and hed contacted my hubby first thing Monday. Popped round and advised us accordingly regarding the dead rat we couldn't get to under our floorboards. Greatly appreciated and would certainly use his service if needed again. Highly recommend

I can not speak too highly about Michael's service! He is, in my opinion, a thoroughly decent, honest, knowledgeable pest control engineer. He made an initial visit at two hours' notice and arrived a little early. His inspection was extremely thorough, remedy was clearly stated and meticulously carried out. A follow up visit was included in the price and again, completed in a timely and efficient manner. Michael considered the second visit unlikely to be necessary but "belt and braces" to ensure total eradication.

Michael came round to advise me on rats. He was very punctual, knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend.

Effective Pest Solutions and in particular Kush, have been sensational. There knowledge and attention to detail is second to none, and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They sorted out a mice problem with ease and also identified a rat problem within the sewer system which was causing a different smell which Kush has been brilliant at sorting, considering it is a very complex issue involving sewers and drainage between two semi-detached properties. A wonderful guy to deal with who has assured me every step of the way that it will be sorted with minimum fuss, and he has been true to his word. I'd like to express my gratitude to Luke for his role in solving our rat problem. Also his understanding on how much of a headache it can be to solve this problem. All the advise he gave helped us find where the rats were gaining entry into our property. Unfortunately for us it was a drainage issue. Luke recommended a drain surveyor and we discovered two redundant pipes that weren't fully sealed. We got those sealed off and have been clear ever since. I cannot rate Luke highly enough. I called quite panicked with what i thought was a wasp nest in the loft. We have worked with Cleankill for nearly a year now for several different pest control issues that we have had at our multi-storey residential building. Paul came to my propertie for 2 separate problems the first was rats that are now no more. The second was a mole that was unfortunatly digging under my koi pond. Again this problem was solved in under 48hours the mole was sent packing. On both occasions Paul was fast to respond, extremely proffesional, humane and overall very friendly. I own a pest control business and was looking for a supplier of quality traps in large numbers. Rang Ronin for some mole traps, the advice he offered was brilliant. He supplied the traps quickly and they were exactly as described. He clearly understands mole catching to a very high standard. Not just a salesman who talks the talk he can obviously deal with mole problems quickly and effectively.
