This was my first visit to meet a friend of mine, and I’m so glad she suggested coming here. The entire team are absolutely brilliant and deserve medals, as their customer interaction and service is outstanding. Food is brilliant and whilst my waistline would not agree, the cakes they serve are amazing. With free car parking outside, outside seating in the glorious sun, as well as good seating inside, this independent business deserves all the support they can get. The positivity from everyone is truly inspiring, with lessons that they can offer to other establishments! Whilst I can only give five stars on here, the team deserves ten! So, to the entire team, seen and unseen, you have my grateful thanks and I’ll be returning to become a more frequent customer. Wishing you nothing but continued success!!

I took my elderly Mum today to have a coffee & cake. Ryan served us & made us a lovely latte. His smile made us feel very welcome. We both enjoyed ourselves & hope to go again for more cake.

Charming cafe relaxed and very friendly with young people with special needs serving customers. Lovely cakes that are homemade and coffee and something a little stronger. Highly recommended. Excellent service.

Quality Italian food. Their menu is excellent - pizza and pasta done with great ingredients, and the house wines are delicious. Similar cost to going out to pizza express but so much better!

We were not disappointed. The reviews are all true. Delicious food, affordable prices and lovely staff. The prawn pasta was delicious. Everyone said they enjoyed their meal. We didn't guess the number correctly which is a fun touch to the evening. We called to say we were late and it was no problem even at 9pm.

Nice little restaurant in Weybridge serving good pizzas. Haven’t tried the pasta but seem some coming out of the kitchen and looked/smelled good. Pollo pasta it’s not smtg you find much in Italy but I understand in some cases you have to go with what the clients want, where their demand is. Good menu overall and a plus having the smaller sizes pizzas for children.

Visited for a late lunch this afternoon with my Father. Friendly staff and a nice cheery environment. Was VERY impressed with all the food, shocked to see such high quality handmade dishes in today's age. Not to mention the portion sizes and more than fair prices for everything!!! It was amazing and will definitely be back😁

Roy and myself have been going in regularly for Friday Lunches for many years and never had a bad meal. The service from Sue and Ange have been absolutely tiptop all the time and for Sean and Anne the chefs in the kitchen are absolutely brilliant. Thank you from Mick and Roy

The best pub by far in and around Shepperton:- - good food (and great value) - truly excellent bar staff (particularly the TGIF afternoon crew Angie and Sue!) - pleasant and sociable pub customers - great ambiance Highly recommended, come along and enjoy!

We’ve have done a dine in and take away and I can honestly say the food is outstanding and a little hidden gem for Shepperton. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. This will now be my go to place for a Thai meal.

A fantastic night was shared by my party. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and were sat at a spacious table. All our food was clearly freshly cooked and the flavours were abundant. We really enjoyed the spring rolls and the green curry. We will come again.

Food was outstanding and to perfection, it was authentic and possibly the best Thai food I’ve ever had. The service was wonderful and the staff were accommodating, polite and provided a service with care. The atmosphere was quiet, calming and intimate which made the evening even more perfect! The prices for the outstanding and fresh food was fantastic, for the quality they should be charging more but suit for all people which is so lovely! Overall if I could provide a 10 star rating I would. Will definitely be back again! Thank you!

Wow! We had the most amazing dinner last night, everything was so beautifully presented and delicious from the elegant Hampton Court Spirits Freezer Martini to the ‘Great British Menu’ Balloon Girl desert. Esher has been crying out for a restaurant of this calibre for years! Great service and buzzy atmosphere 🤩

6 of us had a meal at Starlings last night 16/11/24. Fantastic service from James and all staff. Thank you Nick - the food was so so good !! I had the moon shape pool starter and Dill main course. Highly recommend ! Friends had the sharing steak, my wife had the duck - all of which was so good. 10/10.

Amazing food from nick beardshaw from great British menu. We both had amazing meals. One sticking to the £25, 3 course set menu (lunch time visit) and the other choosing two signature dishes - “a moon shaped pool” and “balloon girl” plus the prawn stuffed plaice as main. Everything was so delicious. Real flavour bombs. Every morsel worth savouring over. I also had the signature lemon martini. Truly an amazing treat. Very happy to see something so amazing locally. We will be back. Hoping to sit at the bar for a chef’s table type experience!!

What a great addition to Esher, Starling is, and of course to the wider Surrey food scene. The resturant is light, the tables are well spaced. There’s both counter top and table dining, with an open plan kitchen The menu ( this was lunch) offers a 2/3course “Fixed price” menu or there is a wider selection menu with snacks, starters mains, grills, sides and desserts giving huge flexibility over what you order. A great wine list at very good prices offering wine by the glass We had the Hog roast fritters, the pork terrine, Creedy carver duck and Nick’s GBM wining “Ballon Girl” for dessert all were outstanding The food is “Proper tasty” great portion sizes skilfully presented service is friendly, fuss free and delivered with a smile Can’t wait to go back

I enjoyed a lot their pizza! Very good ingredients and taste so good. I ordered a Capricciosa and my husband the nduja one, both really tasty! As dessert we had a Tiramisu’ and a warm apple cake with ice cream, amazing 🤩 Great service, quick and it’s nice place too. We will go back for sure 👍 There is also a free parking nearby 😉

Food was just amazing, well-seasoned and tasty. But what made my experience with Valentina incredible was the way Robert took care of us. His expertise was just astonishing, but most importantly he made us feel so incredibly comfortable and welcome.

Absolutely fabulous service every single time we visit. Feels like home from home. I highly recommend to everyone if you haven't been I suggest you get to Valentina weybridge the food is incredible and staff are so friendly, they make you feel more than welcome.

The most delicious Sunday roast enjoyed by my friends and me today. The staff and owner Mark so hospitable and showed true customer service that left we three ladies feeling truly cared for and appreciative of their care of quality and that they truly want customers to enjoy every aspect . Sadly they did not have my favourite cider . They had been very busy over the weekend , which is great . I was offered alternative and was given a sample for approval. Was a good recommendation. Not many pubs etc would do that . It’s a popular local place and my first visit after previously ordering take out . As a lone female, I would feel more than comfortable going there. Great team!

Always lively down here on a summer day. Can sit by the river. Pub is the best in the area. Classic old pub look inside, reasonable selection on tap. Got TV for sports, jukebox too. Sitting outside in the beer garden by the river is best though.

The Sunday roast at Anchor & Hope is great. We’ve had it a few times, and it’s always spot on. The lamb roast, in particular, is delicious. The pub itself has a relaxed vibe, with river views and a nice outdoor terrace.

We love Osso Bucco. Food is exceptional, just like mama made it, and service is second to none. Thank you to Luca for always being so attentive, and all the staff are just lovely. It’s like coming home every time we come here. Highly recommend Osso Bucco.

We celebrated my boyfriend’s 30th birthday at Osso Buco last night and it was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make the night special, adding personal touches to ensure we had the perfect night! From planning to execution, they couldn’t have done more for us. Visiting the area for work and stumbled across this place due to the reviews. I Came here by myself yesterday and had the Massaman curry which was delicious and tasted authentic. Spoke one of the workers there and he was very friendly and told him I would come back tomorrow (today) he recommended the Pad Ka Praow (Pow) and again the meal was delicious. I highly recommend this place all the staff are very friendly and pretty relaxed

From the moment that I arrived at The Tudor Pass the service was nothing short of exceptional. Chris greeted me at the door and made every effort throughout my visit to ensure that I had a memorable experience. Alex and rest of the team of chefs crafted some of the finest dishes that I have ever tasted. One of the most impressive aspects of the dining experience was the fact that Alex and the rest of the chefs hand delivered each dish, talking me through each of the elements and the often personal inspiration behind the dish. The pride with which Alex and the whole team present the cuisine and curate this very memorable experience is truly inspiring. Rosie the sommelier expertly complimented each dish with excellent wines and her terrific knowledge. I would highly recommend visiting The Tudor Pass and I am so grateful to have been so well looked after by this exceptional team!

Have been here many times and it never disappoints. Yes if you compare to a pub meal it expensive but not for a Michelin star. If you are looking for something a little decadent or for a special occasion I would highly recommend it. Whether it’s for a 4 or 7 course lunch or a dinner the food it so beautifully prepared, you may feel as I used to that the portions are small so you will be left feeling hungry but this is far from the case as with several courses and the richness of the food it’s actually very filling and this is coming from someone who trust can eat! The taste of each dish and balance of flavours and texture contrasts are all carefully thought out and compliment each other. My personal favourites are the current scallop dish, the beetroot dish and as someone who is very particular about deserts the blackberry dessert was phenomenal and I’ve been to many different fine dining experiences including some 3 stars. It was a delight! The staff are so friendly and helpful I’m sometimes come on my own just because why not and if they have time they are happy to chat but are also very professional and on the ball with timings and drink top ups, can’t fault them. The general feel of the restaurant is warm and cosy with an intimate feel but doesn’t feel stiff or uncomfortable as some fine dine establishments do. Perfect for any occasion whether for intimate diners for two or family get together me, business lunches, anniversary or even as decadent lunch for one and a good book. If you’ve ever thought of trying a Michelin star dining experience and felt nervous or put off because you won’t fit in or feel comfortable then rest assured this is the perfect place to try that will put all those doubts to rest.

A unique and exceptional experience from start to finish. My partner and I came here for a birthday lunch in April. We had the 4 course tasting menu but it felt more like a 10 course tasting menu as there were so many extra snacks including a bread course. The food was absolutely exquisite. We were blown away by the creativity, flavours and presentation. Standout dishes were the beetroot starter with horseradish sorbet and the turbot fish course with morel mushrooms and red prawns. The service was fantastic from start to finish. The chefs also serve each dish to the table and give a description of each dish as it is presented. Great Fosters is in beautiful surroundings and the restaurant itself is small, cosy and with a very chilled and sophisticated ambience. But without feeling to stuffy or formal. The wine and cocktail selection is also great. For a Michelin star restaurant, we also thought the tasting menu at £80 per head was great value for everything we had. Highly recommend.
