Lovely Caribbean feel, lots of space, nice atmosphere, kind and friendly staff. Great tasting food with amazing spices. Some nice veggie options too.

Food - amazing. We had the fish tacos, crispy squid and brown chicken curry, all so amazing. Drinks have been absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend to the Candy sour and lychee daiquiri. Service from Gio and Ryan was absolutely perfect. Really attentive and lovely people. Music is great with live DJ on Friday night! 2–4-1 cocktails.4 cocktails and 2 starters for £28

Good selection of West Indian and Jamaican food in a large beach hut vendor styled theme. For starters my partner had Sweetcorn Dumplings which were pleasant but a little bland for my taste, some Chickpea Doubles which weren't bad and I had some decent Fiery Wings, not that hot in my opinion but tasty and well cooked so meat fell off the bone, nice to see normal size wings rather than the artificially bred oversize wings some use that lack flavour. Mains my partner went for a Katsu type curry with Vegan Chicken with Rice and Peas which she enjoyed and I had the Curry Goat with Rice and Peas which was tasty but I found the gravy a little thin for my preference. Meat was off the bone which was good for convenience as I had a white shirt on but less authentic, portions were decent although personally would have liked a little more Rice and Peas to soak up the gravy. Two for One cocktails were on offer which we grabbed a couple each, in keeping with the cuisine these tend to be Rum or Tequila based so a nice strong flavour profile and whilst not the best cocktails I've ever tried for the money they were good and offered decent value for money. Would definitely look to return in future.

We came here for a meal only. I’ve used it off and on for years. At weekends it is very busy and it has a decent garden so in the summer is a hot spot for families, cyclists and walkers. They specialise in meat and have a number of interesting and tasty South African dishes. There is great walking nearby in the hills or on neighbouring Blackheath

A Tuesday steak night at the Percey is always a great way of hooking up with mates every now and again. Especially groups of mates. We all order differently. Must be so tedious for the staff. But always great service. Great food. And a new winter menu to explore. Sunday carvery is always epic.

Lovely stay at The Percy Arms, for my birthday. Fantastic, friendly service which we couldn't fault. The food was very tasty, fillet steak was particularly good and the burnt basque cheesecake was delicious. The room was pleasant and nicely decorated, though it was quite loud with the hallway door to the bar/restaurant being propped open until closing time. There were a couple of bulbs out in the bathroom, the mirror light being an issue as there was no other suitable well lit mirror to apply makeup. The Nespresso machine needs a good clean, three cycles with just water and it was still brown and had coffee grounds in. A little welcome pack, with local info, in the room would be really nice. Breakfast was excellent, recommend the South African full breakfast.

What an absolute gem! I was staying for business and didn't arrive until late. I was welcomed by smiley and incredibly helpful staff. After a quick checking in process, I was taken to an exsquisite room beautifully appointed. I slept like a log in a big and truly comfortable bed. Breakfast was hot and tasty. I would definitely stay here again. Why stay in a large, impersonal corporate hotel, when you can stay here. Highly recommended!

I have just left the Barnett Hill hotel, I'm currently still in the car park and I just had to leave a review right away. We came today to have a champagne afternoon tea to celebrate my birthday. The food was lovely the deserts were festive, creative and delicious but the show stopper to the whole experience was without a doubt the staff! Every single staff member we spoke to was happy, polite, fun and couldn't do enough to help in any way. Afternoon tea at the Barnett Hill is an absolute delight, we will definitely be back and recommending.

I admit I did have an issue but I don't feel it's fair to disclose it on the internet as although it took a second staff member to sort it out the following morning I can't fault the care, attention and the overall outcome of the issue. I wish I was staying here for a nicer reason than I am (very poorly dog in specialist vets) but I will be sure to come back when my dog is better and let him enjoy the experience too. As a wheelchair user and someone who is chronically ill it's very hard to stay away from home but having somewhere where both I can have independence in my wheelchair/mobility and also enjoy it with my therapy dog is amazing so I'll definitely be back, the next time it'll be with my dog too. So many businesses whether they are online retailers, restaurants, hotels etc are struggling with low staffing levels and rising costs of things and yes things do go wrong sometimes but it's all about how the customer is listened to and then looked after and I strongly believe my issue was dealt with very very fairly so to me I don't feel it's right to dwell on the negative. I've not had good pain days or health whilst staying here so haven't been able to experience breakfast- totally my fault as each evening I plan on making it to breakfast so I don't fill in my room service breakfast menu and both mornings I've not made it down to breakfast, but I can say the bar menu food is lovely- ordered as room service due to pain but I don't see how breakfast would be anything but lovely if the meals I've had so far for dinner have been lovely.

I recently enjoyed afternoon tea here with a friend, and it was an incredible experience! I had the gluten and dairy-free setup, and it was honestly the most delicious I’ve ever had. We had a lovely stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and modern. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, highly recommended a walk around on a nice day. We didn’t dine in the restaurant due to a prior engagement, we did however enjoy the bar and afternoon tea which is a lovely experience.

Lovely atmosphere and great service. Special thanks to Emma the hostess - who confirmed the booking prior and kindly attended to my request for a table with no air con above and better lighting to accommodate my fellow diners’ accessibility and warmth needs. In addition, we were looked after by Tea for the duration of our meal who was attentive to all of our needs and made the evening extra special by bringing out a surprise birthday cake with candle lit. So I had the pleasure of joining my work colleagues here for our traditional Christmas dinner. While I wasn't expecting much, it turned out to be a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience even for a group of six! The atmosphere, even though traditional, was very relaxing and our host was cheerful and friendly. The service was well paced. The food was from a Christmas 3 course set menu that did have a good range and we all found something on it that we liked. I had the steak which was delicious but would have been better if it came with a sauce of some sort. Having said that, there were only empty plates left in the end! A little pricey but we all had such a pleasurable and memorable experience and the service was top-notch. Pleased to say I will be returning to this one with the family in the not too distant future!
