“Superb coffee and a cozy atmosphere! Voted the best in all of Surrey, and I couldn’t agree more. Merve is unbelievably friendly and personable. The baklava was the perfect addition to my cappuccino. Highly recommend this spot—I'll definitely be back!”

“Hidden jewel off Blackheath’s main strip. Feels bigger than it actually is— they’ve maximised on seating space without it feeling cluttered or busy. Quite a nice, bright atmosphere, even on a grey day, so likely even more appealing in high summer.”

“The food was amazing and staff were great, they accommodated to my dietary needs without hesitation(which are not the easiest to accommodate to!). The food tasted great and the service was top notch. Not forgetting this cafe makes the best coffee I’ve ever had and the staff are always happy to help if you’re not sure what to choose from the menu. Great experience 10/10”

“It was amazing to see such an extensive vegan and vegetarian menu. The food was wonderful, and was very reasonably priced. My only criticism is that delivery drivers were constantly walking in and out collecting orders, and it took us a while to get the bill despite being the only ones eating in.”

“A great choice of spot in Blackheath Standard. The food is nice and cooked fresh, could do with being served on a plate, cutting toasted sourdough in a bowl is asking for trouble. The staff are very friendly and helpful. To help the atmosphere of the cafe, it could do with some soft furnishing, just takes one happy chatty table or a vocal baby to dominate the space. So bring your noise cancelling headphones. Don’t that put you off though, it’s just something the owners should consider.”

“Spur of the moment decision to visit as wanted a cooked breakfast. Staff were really lovely and found us a table straight away. Service was quick and the food was really good. Only small negative was that the cafe was really cold but this too be expected as it's in an old barn and it was zero degrees outside.”

“We had a great experience here the other day. This cafe restaurant was busy so we had to park a newlands corner across the road. The staff were friendly and even though it was busy the service was quick. We both ordered burgers for lunch, which cost £16 each. My own burger was the plucky pheasant beef burger, with cheddar and chilli jam. This was a mighty burger, that had a great taste, texture and was filled with toppings. It came with crispy french fries and a salad. Loved this burger! My other half ordered the Southern fried chicken burger which was also good, though not as epic as the beef burger. Worth knowing this is a dog friendly cafe, and at busy times like this there were about 10 dogs in the tented area where we were seated. All well behaved and a joy to see 😀 Updating based on our second trip here, as ever great atmosphere and place to get some excellent food. This time around I had a Moroccan lamb sandwich which was superbly tasty, my other half had the chicken panini which she wasn't too impressed by. The salad dressing looked a bit strange but worked well flavour wise . We sat indoors to order lunch, it was cosy, the staff were friendly as usual and food arrived promptly.”
