A hidden gem in the heart of Surrey. The vibes and smoke here is second to none. Staff are super friendly, always recommending the best flavours and making the perfect mocktails. LOVE that they’ve got a food menu now the food tastes AMAZING and presentation is on point! Definitely worth the drive down to this lounge if you’re coming from out of Surrey!

The is my new hangout spot with my mates, people are always friendly and their food and drinks menu is also great. Staff members are always happy to recommend their best flavours of shisha and we are never let down by it.

I hate shisha spots with overly loud music and you can't have a normal conversation let alone decent food. So glad I found @jumeirahlounge_egham who not only have quality shisha flavours but have introduced a new food menu. Of everything I loved their smashed loaded fries and their naga burger. It's a whole new menu so they'll definitely making improvements so looking forward to revisiting but for a start, this is very impressive. Had no idea Staines/Egham had such a spot so anyone who wants nice shisha and food, here we are! By the way their mocktails are great value too - only £5 and generous portions 👌

Wow! Always wanted to have a Persian meal and weren’t we lucky to have been recommended here! Amazing decor from originally a butchers shop in the 19th century! Jug of water on the table as you get the menus. Lovely, calm, polite service throughout the meal, with great help and suggestions. We had a cold mixed meze to start with lovely fresh bread. Stunning main meals. Persian ice cream and the best fresh mint I have ever had. All of this set in a lovely atmosphere…..can’t praise here enough!

Everything was fantastic. We stumbled upon it by chance while exploring the area. The staff is very courteous. It's a very clean place, and the music is quite nice. The portion sizes of the dishes are great. taste really good. It would be nice if they provided extra butter for the rice :) but I will definitely go again. It deserves 5 stars.

So happy that we stopped here en route back to London. Delicious food, awesome people. Saffron sugar “kebab/lollipop” by the tea is cute. The naan is so gorgeous. So fragrant and bubbly crispy. For starters we had grilled Aubergine cold and warm (kashke bademjan and Naz Khatoon) and olive with chopped walnuts (Zeytoon parvadeh, savory and subtly sweet and with lovely walnuts). All wonderful. Kebab Koobideh is very tasty. One of the best minced lamb dish I’ve had. Super flavorful but not overpowering, tender but not greasy. Kebab barg is perfectly grilled and tender though chenjeh is my usual choice. The people here are very nice and friendly. Checking on us about food and requests but not pushy. A nice place to catch up with friends. Hope I’ll pass by or take another reasonable detour again :)

Absolutely incredible, kimchi was some of the best I’ve ever tasted and the beef bulgogi was amazing. 100% recommend!

Obsessed with this place -- FANTASTIC food, lovely and friendly people working here, very reasonable prices. Delicious, food tastes very homely and is just perfect every time! Have had delivered via app, dine in and ordered in person to takeaway -- same fantastic quality every time!

Good coffee and food in a relaxed environment. Randomly walked into this coffee shop and was pleasantly surprised. The Esquires English breakfast was delicious and hit the spot not the mention the tasty organic coffee. Cappuccino came in a big cup with the option of chocolate and cinnamon powder sprinkled on top when picking up the drink at the counter. There was plenty of seating and WiFi was easy to access. Staff members were friendly. Will definitely be back if in the area.

This place is beautiful. I really enjoyed having breakfast here. It was extensively decorated with Christmas-themed accessories by early November 🎄 In particular, I recommend the cappuccino with cinnamon.

Visited here twice, the first time I noted how many regulars there were here and the welcoming atmosphere. The owner came over to talk to me as I was sitting alone, which you'd not get in your average coffee shop. The second visit was no exception. It was busy and I got there just before 11am. The owner remembered me from my last visit. Great selection of coffees, cold drinks and food. There's also a clothing stand concession within the shop, run by a student which was good to see. A community notice board with local information is on display next to the counter, allowing everyone to read what's going on in the area. Happy to visit here again.

We visited for the seafood weekend, this pub never disappoints. The food was exceptional, as was the wine list. It felt like being on holiday with the sun shining in their pub garden area with such delicious fish, fizz and rose. Can’t wait to visit again!

Googled a pub in a central radius for meeting up with friends. Fish, catch of the day was so tasty with vegetables and creamy mash. Great pub food and nice local atmosphere. Parking available and quiz night on a Wednesday.

Dined as a group of 10, 9 adults and a child. Had to move the booking around a bit but staff were accommodating. Sunday roast was amazing!!! 6/9 had lamb which was out of this world, amazing sides and very generous servings - we took home lunch for the next day. Would definitely return. Parking is on street, but we didn't struggle.

Everything about the Sunday lunch was exceptional. The whole atmosphere, decor and table arrangements, the food delicious, the wine excellent. Above all the staff were absolutely fantastic and served perfectly. Smart, friendly, helpful. We were quite a lively party, but the whole pub/restaurant had a fabulous vibe. Thank you. The food is fresh and very good. I normally create my own omelette, and it comes hot, tasty, and non greasy. The service is great here, very friendly staff and owners. Cafe is clean and we visit often.

Honesty some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. I know pizza is one of those subjective things that can be quite unique for each person, but for me at least, this place does the best pizza. Can’t get enough of it. Dining in is a nice experience too, I like to sit outside usually.

Fairly quiet on a Wednesday evening. Everyone was very happy with their food and the staff were friendly and helpful, although there was a weird moment when the menus were almost forcibly removed before we had ordered our mains. Turned out they were protecting them from spillages from our olives, oil and bread, which makes perfect sense because they're on classy printed card with no nasty plastic lamination, but an explanation at the time would have left us less confused

Visited this place with my work colleagues for Christmas dinner. Excellent service, food, location and ambience. Bravo! The chicken was halal which made all the difference for me. 😇 Thank you Caffe Gandola. Will be back.

Such a gorgeous venue for afternoon tea. The staff were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I wouldn’t say the food is amazing. It’s fairly basic for an afternoon tea. I was extremely surprised to see shop bought jam and the scones were stodgy. The cakes looked good but didn’t taste great and the vegetarian sandwiches unimaginative. However, we were offered as much tea as we wanted and a free glass of champagne. We would definitely recommend it for the atmosphere and reasonable cost and will return in the future.

Absolutely lovely restaurant with impeccable service and delicious food. One would've never guessed the location but it is stunning and so peaceful. We were a party of 6 including 2 kids and the staff was amazingly attentive and catered to everything really well. Whatever we ordered from the menu was delectable and super quality. We can't wait to be back again!

We had 8 people in our party spanning four generations and there was something for everyone on the menu and everyone was so pleased with the food and service. We will come back and highly recommend. How it works? Amazing for walk-ins and find your seat , menus are on the wall and sauces and cutlery are set to the left hand side of the restaurant. Once you choose what you want go to the front and place your order. Remember your table number. Get your cutlery and some ketchup, sit down and within 15 - 20 min you have all you need for a great brunch! Food The food is freshly made, a huge variety of brunch favorites. We would recommend the Pancakes, French Toast, Eggs Benedict and Chips. Food came out quick (especially for a party of eight!) Service The team does not normally take reservations. I understand this, there is no guarantee that the folks will show up and a business like this needs to make their weeks earnings on Saturday and a Sunday. However, if you call up and have a large party you might be in good luck. The team is proffesional and make you feel like you are at a friends house for brunch rather than a restaurant. The owner operators can be heard welcoming customers aka strangers into the establishment whether they are in the front of house or giving a helping hand in the back. Equally no one get leave without a warm goodbye. During the ordering and serving process, everything is smooth and met with a smile. Something’s might not work out, for example out of our 8 person order, one item was not in stock and the owner (not the server serving us) came out, apologized and made a very good alternate recommendations. Drinks Great choices. Coffee is nice and strong, kids loved their hot chocolates but the group favorite was bubble tea. All great options. Tips Great location if you live in Egham. If you are visiting there is paid parking at Waitrose and Tesco parking is free on Sundays ;) Overall value It’s rare to find good service these days and to couple that with fresh brunch favorites is very rare. If you are looking for brunch in Egham area. Give this place a go! It’s not easy running your own business so well done to owner operators at Egham On Toast. Keep it up, Well Done and Thank You!

Visited this lovely café with my sister & father. Well worth it. Piping hot tea & coffee. Breakfast served hot & well presented. Friendly staff & a great atmosphere. Great selection on menu. I'll be back soon.

Really good brunch food, although as it is small service is slow and food doesn't come out at the same time. I love the (mango) bubble tea too. Also really nice to sit outside; there isn't much inside space.
