I really cannot recommend Dean and the team highly enough. Dean originally came to give us a quote to install Velux windows in a bedroom and the kitchen. These were installed quickly and efficiently and the rooms were left clean and clear at the end of the day. Over and above the original work, Dean also sorted out a condensation issue in the kitchen and fixed a leaking flat roof! The workmanship was excellent, done to time and with a reasonable budget. Dean is clearly very knowledgeable in this area. He kept us informed all the way through about the issues and what he could do to help the situation and gave us options. Dean and the team worked tirelessly throughout. Overall, we are very pleased to have found a roofer we can really trust!

After deciding I wanted some roof windows I decided to use velux official site to recommend accredited installers. Amongst many, they suggested Surrey roofing services and after doing a little research I contacted Dean and am very glad I landed on this company. Dean came to visit to see what might be achievable given the construction of my roof, then came back with some recommendations and a comprehensive list of options for me to decide on. I couldn't fault the service, expertise and professionalism Dean and his team of Rick and Tom demonstrated during the 2 days they were here as well as being a really nice bunch of blokes to spend some time with, 100% customer focused, tidy, very professional and hard working. The finishing touches were a day or so later when Dean arranged for his trusted plasterer Josh to come in for day and make good. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company in fact I may be seeing them around again as 2 of my neighbours have asked for his contact details after seeing the results of their labours. Just make sure you have plenty of tea on the go as they don't stop for anything else !

Great job by Dean and his guys to completely replace tiles, felt and flashing and some expert pointing. Quick, neat, tidy, great communication and the kind of re-assuring politeness and friendliness you want when people are in your house, especially as it is my elderly Mum’s house. The scaffolding company he employs were also top-notch: courteous and neat. Dean & Co. were appreciative of refreshments and we were particularly happy with the attention to detail, including cleaning up the site under the scaffolding every day, and at the end of the job, and cleaning velux windows inside and out once finished.

Initial look at the property on day of contact, as happened to be around. Placed leadwork back in place temporarily and returned the next day for it's replacement. Happy with the work, explained what they were doing, demonstrated what needed fixing and made critical suggestions. Good reliable tradesmen, highly recommended.

The end of our gutter had come away from the barge board and was hanging down. Robert came promptly. Unfortunately due to the position of our shed, with a ladder he could only access one end of the gutter; he made a temporary fix and said we needed a cherry picker for full access for a proper repair. Once his cherry picker was repaired he returned with brackets and carried out a full fix.

Steve and his team recently tiled a new porch for me. Steve came and quoted and was the cheapest of three quotes I received. His professionalism stood out above the other roofers that had quoted. The job was started and completed within the time scales given and all waste was removed from site. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with Steve and his team. I found a water stain in my downstairs hallway and checked in the loft and found a hole in the felt and broken tile. Steve came over and quoted a great price compared to others in my area ( some quoted me for unnecessary work, I found)and he was able to do the repair that day. Steve came round the morning after I called to check what was needed, gave a very fair price and the work was done on the agreed date. Our roof had suffered major leak following heavy rain storms. Matrix inspected & advised not only the ridge tiles were at fault but also the felt & batons were in very bad condition. Matrix came out on Monday to inspect with scaffolding & team arrived in force on Wednesday. Full roof removal & replacement was completed by Friday to a very high standard. The team are very professional & provided regular updates on issues & progress. Would recommend them very highly for any roof work and pleasantly surprised how quick the work was completed to a very high standard.

I required an urgent refit for a dislodged roof tile and contacted Crownex. Jed responded, provided a fixed price quote and visited within the hour. The repair was quicker than expected and Jed discounted the fixed price and provided advice on potential issues with other areas of the roof that he had identified.
