Martin, and the team recently completely reroofed our entire house. This was necessary due to loft insulation foam putting a pause on our house sale. We were tight for time (seeking to keep our buyers interested) and so took the recommendation of using Surrey Roofs from a friend. The turnaround time and understanding Martin and team showed was fantastic and we were really pleased with the way the whole job was managed. The foam was bonded directly to the inside of the tiles so was not going to be possible to simply remove from the existing tiles. Video and photo updates that Martin was happy to share helped demonstrate this and exactly how well the job was progressing. From start to finish an excellent service, professional, knowledgeable, brilliant communication and friendly team. Highly recommend going with Surrey Roofs.

Don’t look any further …. If you need any work done to your roof or gutters give Martin and Jack a call. Having bought a 100 year old house that had it’s original leaky roof, we asked Surrey Roofs to retile the entire house and renew the liquid rubber roof on a flat area of the kitchen. The team fitted new batons to the roof where needed, repointed chimneys and brickwork, and completed the work on time and on budget. The guys were doing such a good job that we asked for their advice on other areas of the house, and added in installation of a replacement velux window, three sun tunnel skylights in the roof, and three roof lanterns in the kitchen. Again all were done within agreed timeframes and budget, and the work carried out was to an extremely high standard. Finally we agreed some painting of the property, including the fascia and soffits, and the roof lanterns in the kitchen. A huge shout out to Pete who’s a whizz with a paint brush. As you can see we added a number of items to the original spec, that’s because Surrey Roofs really know what they’re doing, are excellent communicators, and are a great group of guys to have around. Szymek and Adam were an absolute pleasure, a special mention for Connor who went above and beyond regularly. Martin and Jack have built a fantastic family business, and we won’t hesitate to use them again.

Martin and Jack came around to quote for a new roof. We had a few of quotes from different companies but Martin and Jack stood head and shoulders above their competition. It was their personalities and professionalism that won the day for us. Compared to the others, they were extraordinarily confidence inspiring and didn’t talk the talk of excrement from a four legged farm animal. Our main contact was Martin, and he was very communicative about start dates and details we needed specifying in our job. Upon commencement of the work, Martin and Jack’s team were an absolute pleasure to have round. By the end of the job, I felt like we had highly skilled new friends, and their interactions with our neighbours ensured their work could be done to the highest standards without interference and concerns from people we have to live with. The work done was very much needed, and included spray foam removal. The foam hid some problems, which was anticipated, but the extent of them was unknown, hidden by the foam. The team handled problems upon discovery in a very transparent manner, providing photos and excellent explanations of the issue and plans to fix them. All this was done while honouring the price quoted, which was fair and slightly reduced to maintain competitiveness with the prior mentioned quotes received. We would highly recommend Surrey Roofs to anyone requiring roofing work, and we are at present discussing other work requiring their expertise. After a troubling building survey on the property I was buying, Frankie carried out a health check on the roof and lead flashing. He absolutely put my mind, and the sellers mind at rest, doing a full check and then taking the time to explain it all to us afterwards, and any concerns we may have had immediately went away. He even replaced a slipped tile while he was doing the checks! Happy in the knowledge that we have no immediate concerns with the property, we will most certainly have Frankie carry out any work that may be needed in the future! What a really nice guy, 100% would recommend him to anyone.

What an amazing master roofer, professional! After commissioning another contractor for a sizeable job on a Victorian terraced house in London hoping to get quality (when paying more so we didnt go cheap) it almost became a disaster as the contractor wanted more and more money for 'additional work'. Our family went over budget and then we decided we needed to get a second opinion as towards the end the work the current contractor done so far did not look right. Well after all the work if the roof is still leaking i know that is definitely not right. Frankie was honest straightforward and when i passed on his comments and technical information to the current contractor they could not say anything other than they will rectify the issue (prior to this they would not do it as they said it was beyond what they could do...!) My current contractor wanted to charge excessively for the additional work which didnt make sense but i told them that I have a master roofer confirming that their work was not up to British standards and the current contractor had no choice but to agree and change their mind. Luckily Frankie spotted this early as it would lead to further leaking later on had it not been rectified.... We could not really trust the current contractor any longer after being helped by Frankie and so we commissioned BT Roofing to finish the job properly. The work rate Frankie has is amazing. He was punctual and worked hard all the time and even on weekends if he was available and didnt waste time loitering on the phone like other contractors and was just proud to show off his work which we were very pleased with! Cleaned up every day, and even helped clean up the previous contractor's mess... A fantastic person as well as he gave advice without a charge and any expectations. Was a genuinely good person and very able roofer and contractor, could not recommend enough!!! Thank you Frankie!

Excellent Company, I ordered a new kit for my garage roof it arrived the next day, a small trim piece had got damaged in transit I contacted them and a replacement was immediately sent and arrived the following day. The team were extremely curtious and helpful, I would definitely recommend and use again. Do not bother with other sites, this company know their stuff and the customer service is second to none.

An enquiry was made by myself yesterday late morning which was dealt with patiently and politely and a quote was emailed within minutes. A further call to discuss our particular needs was met with helpful suggestions and a revised quote soon followed. Materials were ordered before 2pm and we received them by 9am today. It took me weeks to decide on Rubber to replace the felt on my Pubshed, Googling info, etc. My mind was put at ease after emailing & talking to the experts. I placed the order for 4m x 4m kit, which arrived few days later. Myself & friend , both amateur diy’ers, after reading the advice found in RRD website, fitted the roofing in an afternoon .
