Wayne and team did an excellent job replacing the flat roof over our conservatory. Good workmanship, high attention to details. Not only corrected the issues that the original builders created, but went above and beyond to fix some issues that they spotted without additional charge. James and his team came and did some repair work on our roof - we are very pleased with his work. We had recently moved in and were keen to get this done quickly which James was able to accommodate. The team were nice guys and always cleaned up at the end of each day. When they found more damage than expected, James showed us, was open and honest, explained his concerns and gave us a couple of options to proceed. James was great at communicating with us from the start. We would definitely use them again!

Thanks for a great service! Our job was completed within days of the initial quote being requested. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional throughout and did a great job cleaning and clearing away the debris from our gutters. Photos of the completed job showing before and after pictures were sent that day which showed what a great job they had done. All debris was cleared and taken away. I would definitely recommend Astral for roofing and guttering work. I had multiple urgent problems with the roof of my house and James and his team responded quickly and within two days the work was completed. I was given several options for how to proceed and I was kept informed of progress with photos and videos which was very reassuring. The entire team were excellent throughout.

When I had a leak and not long to fix the issue I was fairly stressed but the Astral team quoted very quickly and sorted out the issue (including replacing all guttering, fascias, soffits and a row of tiles, dpc on some flat roofing areas etc.) within a week. Carl is courteous and professional. His men turned up, did the job fast and left no mess. There was an issue after with my hatch not shutting, which one of his men kindly tried to address even though not a carpenter. Alas not successful. Carl was totally accountable and professional, sending a proper carpenter to sort asap. All good! I highly recommend him, and star his service 10/10 as a result of this.

Joe and his team did several roofing tasks for me (removing a chimney stack, re-pointing and re-leading another, fixing leaking guttering, replacing a slate roof on an out-house). All work was done to an excellent standard; I am happy to recommend Joe to anyone looking for a roofer n the Sunningdale area.

Roof Repair: Dale was very active in quoting and ensuring they understood what I needed done and James and his team were very good on site and making sure that I was happy with their work. Despite it taking longer than they initially thought they stuck to their quote and helped by being flexible whilst other contractors were on site. I would recommend and will certainly use them for any other roofing work in the future.

A list were great from start to finish! I had 6 different quotes and A list came in around midway on price. But, they stood out from the rest due to their professionalism, great communication by Dale and James and helpful manner to explain everything and get me booked in quickly. I contacted A List as I had a number of broken slates on the roof of my extension. Speed of response and communication were very good - Dale arranged a visit within a couple of days and provided me with a quote the following morning. After discussion, I opted to replace all of the slates rather than just the badly broken ones as Dale explained the cost would be similar. James then came to carry out the work - he was happy to do this when I wasn't at home, which was a big help as I didn't need to take time off work. I was really happy with the end result, which was very neat and well-matched to my neighbour's adjoining property and in keeping with the character of the house. More importantly, it kept us dry during the prolonged, torrential rain that followed a couple of days later! Dale and James were both friendly and polite and I'd be very happy to use A List again.
