We are so happy that we chose Brandon Roofing for the roof replacement of our 1930s semi in Epsom this past summer. I first contacted Brandon in late spring and he came out to take a look, discuss options and provide a quotation. He was very thorough in going over everything and answering all our questions. Brandon and his team members Luke, Glenn, Max, Luke started the work about a month later just as we had agreed. The work involved stripping everything back to rafters and a complete re-roof using clay titles, and the work also included dormers, flat roofs, fascia/soffits, guttering, etc. Brandon and his team members were very professional, knowledgeable and hard working – and just generally really nice guys. Throughout the process, Brandon kept me up-to-date with the progress, and he was very helpful in accommodating some specific requirements for ventilation systems. All work finished in three weeks and they left things tidy. The final result looks really neat and we are filled with confidence that we don’t need to worry about our roof going forward. Also, Brandon organised for the scaffolding to be kept afterwards for some other work, and then came back later to finalise some bits that had been inaccessible. A roof replacement is a big expense but with Brandon and his team we felt it was money well spent. I would give Brandon my very warmest recommendations – not only because of a job well done but also because he is very personable and pleasant to work with.

Frankie is an exceptional professional from start to finish. He arrived within 30 minutes of the initial call to remove falling mortar over a public footpath from the roof following previous work completed by a rogue trader to ensure public safety during a Sunday evening. He provided us with a detailed quote, written warranty of his work and a detailed report at the end of his findings and the work carried out. He went the extra mile for an extra work we decided to get done on the chimney. Great communication, very tidy and clean work. He kept us updated throughout the process. We cannot recommend enough Frankie and his skills!!! He is the most professional individual we have met through our house renovation with great standards of work.

After a troubling building survey on the property I was buying, Frankie carried out a health check on the roof and lead flashing. He absolutely put my mind, and the sellers mind at rest, doing a full check and then taking the time to explain it all to us afterwards, and any concerns we may have had immediately went away. He even replaced a slipped tile while he was doing the checks! Happy in the knowledge that we have no immediate concerns with the property, we will most certainly have Frankie carry out any work that may be needed in the future! KT10 is a local roofing company based in Chessington and run by Anthony (Ant) and Oliver (Oli). We contacted them in April 2023, with a view to providing a quote for the replacement of our roof, which was badly in need of an upgrade in readiness for the fitment of a solar panel system. From the initial meeting with Ant and Oli, we were filled with great confidence due to their demeanour and professionalism in the discussions relating to the replacement of our existing roof. Ant and Oli have 3 teams who carry out the roofing work, which is overseen daily by both of them. The work on our house to replace the main roof was completed in 4 and a half days by the team led by Jessie. The weather during this time was reasonable and the team worked tirelessly to complete the task. We then decided that we should also have our extension roof upgraded/retiled and 2 large Velux windows replaced, which was carried out by the team with great ease. Overall, I cannot recommend KT10 highly enough as their workmanship was superb. Their efficiency and aftercare service was second to none and the link between Ant/Oli and the team just highlighted the way a good team works together. Although the KT10 company is relatively new, the experience that Ant/Oli and the team provided left me feeling so delighted to have chosen them for the task. This followed an inspection subsequent to an initial quote that revealed the need for more extensive work than originally envisaged.This was programmed swiftly, and the extra work completed promptly. Particularly noteworthy was the company’s communication with me at each stage of the job, explaining what was involved, and including photos as the work progressed. Had the privilege of W12 coming out to me to an issue, the engineer (Matt) was very professional and diagnosed the issue very quickly, he promptly sourced the parts and discussed the process and kept me informed what will happen next. The full team worked quickly and efficiently to gain approval and matt quickly collected the part and returned and fitted them and completed the job. Extremely happy and felt in safe hands.

Needed a flat roof repair/new roof solution on a new property we had recently purchased. Elton/Permacote were recommended to us and I'm extremely happy with the service and final result. Elton was more than happy to go through different options, and once decided a confirmed date was booked.
