Had a few slates damaged due to a storm. Frankie responded quickly and provided a very detailed quote. Once I accepted the quote the work was carried out quickly. Quality of work was excellent. I would happily recommend BT Roofing to anyone.

Frankie is an exceptional professional from start to finish. He arrived within 30 minutes of the initial call to remove falling mortar over a public footpath from the roof following previous work completed by a rogue trader to ensure public safety during a Sunday evening. He provided us with a detailed quote, written warranty of his work and a detailed report at the end of his findings and the work carried out. He went the extra mile for an extra work we decided to get done on the chimney. Great communication, very tidy and clean work. He kept us updated throughout the process. We cannot recommend enough Frankie and his skills!!! He is the most professional individual we have met through our house renovation with great standards of work.

After a troubling building survey on the property I was buying, Frankie carried out a health check on the roof and lead flashing. He absolutely put my mind, and the sellers mind at rest, doing a full check and then taking the time to explain it all to us afterwards, and any concerns we may have had immediately went away. He even replaced a slipped tile while he was doing the checks! Happy in the knowledge that we have no immediate concerns with the property, we will most certainly have Frankie carry out any work that may be needed in the future! What a really nice guy, 100% would recommend him to anyone.

Frank and his crew have done a really good job on our roof. After identifying the leak caused by cracks in the lead, he suggested multiple repair options from cheapest to most expensive, giving us the ability to control the spend. We also had the moss removed from the roof (quite extensive!), which was done within a couple of days. Whilst on the roof he noticed a couple of issues with the chimneys, which we asked him to quote us to repair. All the way through the works, Frank stayed in contact with us, keeping us informed with progress and giving us pictures of the before and after (attached). Don’t hesitate to call Diggins roofing! Dc roofing are professional polite and good at their job. I was hesitant in getting a new roof but once dave had come round to have a look and reassured me that he will do a good job and will do everything from start to finish. We went with DC roofing everything ran smoothly job was done to a high standard, quick turn around and my front and back garden was cleared if all debris just in time for the storms we have just had. I did have a few quotes and Dc roofing was definitely not the cheapest but i have made that mistake before (pay peanuts your get monkeys)but they also was not the dearest!!! Supreme Roofing carried out an excellent repair job to my flat roof. This followed an inspection subsequent to an initial quote that revealed the need for more extensive work than originally envisaged.This was programmed swiftly, and the extra work completed promptly. Particularly noteworthy was the company’s communication with me at each stage of the job, explaining what was involved, and including photos as the work progressed. The roofers left the site clean a tidy.

We also had internal works to our loft space, including insulation, boarding and plastering. Had the privilege of W12 coming out to me to an issue, the engineer (Matt) was very professional and diagnosed the issue very quickly, he promptly sourced the parts and discussed the process and kept me informed what will happen next. The full team worked quickly and efficiently to gain approval and matt quickly collected the part and returned and fitted them and completed the job. Extremely happy and felt in safe hands.
