Carl is courteous and professional. His men turned up, did the job fast and left no mess. There was an issue after with my hatch not shutting, which one of his men kindly tried to address even though not a carpenter. Alas not successful. Carl was totally accountable and professional, sending a proper carpenter to sort asap. All good! I highly recommend him, and star his service 10/10 as a result of this.

Carl and team were polite, gracious, helpful and determined to fix our leak. Carl in particular was generous and tenacious in his endeavours to resolve a problem which was not as simple as it first seemed. I don't know where to start I thank God everyday for sending Callum and his dad (purley Roofing) to me. Callum came highly recommended by a double glazer I had used previously. He sorted out my roof after a cowboy roofer ripped me off with such substandard work. He corrected everything and started again with my new roof and was reasonable with the price and also gave me a warranty. I have confidence that if anything ever happens to my new roof, Callum will always come back. I was so suspicious of roofers I called about 10 to my house before I chose the cowboy who sweet talked me. You can't see what they are doing on the roof; I bought a drone to fly above the roof but was still conned.. I wish I could warn others. Builders like Callum are very rare in this day and age. I knew from rhe moment I saw him I could trust him it's that gut instinct. Thanks a million Callum. If anyone wants to contact me they are welcome too.

Purley Roofing came highly recommended by a local friend. We needed to replace the roof on our 1960’s house, Purley Roofing provided the best value quote. I really couldn’t recommend them enough. Arrived on time and completed the roof to a very high standard. Nicky was very helpful and efficient in looking at and sorting out a leak in my parents-in-laws house and also has excellent customer service skills. We asked him to carry out other work to resolve gutter problems on both our house and our parents-in-law's house, plus some roofing repair. Nicky and Luke did an excellent job, worked hard and quickly but also ensuring the work was carried out to a high standard and that everything was tidy after they'd finished. They are both friendly and great to work with, and from now on Surrey Roofing Group will be the first people that I will call to resolve roofing or similar issues.

We needed a new roof on our house and we spent a good view weeks looking at different companies and getting different quotes. Nicholas at surrey roofing group gave us a quote and we went ahead with him and his company, we are so happy we did as what a lovely bloke he was and his team, all very polite and professional and there work was outstanding......I would highly reccomend this company from ashtead. We had a nightmare start to the Christmas holidays with a roof leak that had spread across 2 levels. Nicholas responded to my query on Christmas Eve and provide some more info across the next few days to manage the situation. Came out, did the work that needed to be done and it's stopped the leak. We needed a roofing company to replace and redirect some zinc guttering that was feeding water onto a flat roof and causing water ingress into our property. I spent ages researching companies and got a few quotes but only Surrey Roofing Group seemed bothered about listening to what we wanted. Nicholas visited the property and provided a reasonable quote promptly and then went to great lengths to source the exact same products so they would match what was already fitted. Work was booked in and was completed in a day. No mess and a job really well done! Highly recommended and will use again for any roof issues we might have in the future!

This was the first time I had used Phipps Roofing, I just looked on google maps for a local roofing company. You never quite know what you'll get, but, they were brilliant! Professional, genuine, friendly, modern and experienced. We had already installed an extractor fan in our bathroom, it needed to go up into the loft and out through the tiles above. They have a 'can do' approach and sent one of the team over that week. I had a tile outlet kit already, but they advised me it was for a different type of tile, without fuss they organised the correct one for the job and brought it with them. From outside it blends into the other tiles so well, you can't really see it. Perfect. It's good to know, there are still great companies out there who pride themselves in their work and customer service at a good price. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Second time I've used Phipps roofing and the standard remains high. Called me back when he missed my initial call, which traders never usually do, and called at my house 20 minutes later to provide a quote. Very impressed with the attitude to customer service and the work was equally as good. Whilst it was only a small job you remember the good service and I will certainly be contacting them first should any bigger jobs need doing

Phipps Roofing were great in their assessment of the roofing repairs and tile options in order to match in with the character of the house. The work was carried out to a high standard and the team were always very respectful in and around the house. Eamon was informative throughout and prompt in returning for any snagging works required. They are specilaists in their trade especially with regards to the high quality of lead work carried out to our dormer and chimneys. Stuart replied to my enquiry quickly and came to look at replacing a leaking flat roof on my shower room. He e-mailed me a quotation the same day with a good price and started the work soon after. He and his helper were efficient, professional and helpful. They completed the work in the agreed timescale with a small reasonable charge for replacing unexpected rotten joints. I can’t recommend Stu high enough! We had multiple leaks on our outbuilding flat roof and were at our wits end, I found Clayridge after a quick google search, phoned Stu and he popped in literally 15 mins later on his way home. He is such a kind, friendly, genuine guy who put me at ease immediately. Stu explained everything all the way through and nothing was too much trouble. I have a 6 month old baby so was worried it would be disruptive but Stu was amazing, he worked his socks off and finished everything in a couple of days, and to such a high standard… the roof looks incredible! Definitely my go to guy now… very trustworthy and reliable which is hard to find!

Stuart was immediately helpful on the phone and managed to get a call back from him on time to arrange a date to check a roof leak. He immediately got straight to the point and said the cause for it and what needs to be done. Gave a very good and cheap price at the start. I needed to speak to a roofer in the area as I needed advice regarding my house roof. I checked Google and found Clayridge Roofing. I called and spoke to Stu, even though he was busy working he took the time and patience to explain and advise me. He went to see my roof the following day and reported back immediately. Excellent repair work done by Stu on our flat roof and main roof. He photographed everything and when quoting Stu talked me through the problem and how to repair it with photos too which was so helpful to understand what was going on. I had an excellent experience with Donal and his team. Quote was quick and work was priced as quoted. Regular and responsive communications throughout including as we had to manage delays because of wet weather. When they came to do the work they even fixed my guttering while they were waiting for something to dry! Sent me photos so I could see the before and after.
