KT10 Roofing Ltd were recommended to me by a local surveyor and I have been delighted to find such a professional service with Ant and Oli and the KT10 team. The process of the roof replacement was completed with great workmanship, efficiency and such a friendly manner. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them it has been a pleasure to work with them.

KT10 is a local roofing company based in Chessington and run by Anthony (Ant) and Oliver (Oli). We contacted them in April 2023, with a view to providing a quote for the replacement of our roof, which was badly in need of an upgrade in readiness for the fitment of a solar panel system. From the initial meeting with Ant and Oli, we were filled with great confidence due to their demeanour and professionalism in the discussions relating to the replacement of our existing roof. Ant and Oli have 3 teams who carry out the roofing work, which is overseen daily by both of them. The work on our house to replace the main roof was completed in 4 and a half days by the team led by Jessie. The weather during this time was reasonable and the team worked tirelessly to complete the task. We then decided that we should also have our extension roof upgraded/retiled and 2 large Velux windows replaced, which was carried out by the team with great ease. Overall, I cannot recommend KT10 highly enough as their workmanship was superb. Their efficiency and aftercare service was second to none and the link between Ant/Oli and the team just highlighted the way a good team works together. Although the KT10 company is relatively new, the experience that Ant/Oli and the team provided left me feeling so delighted to have chosen them for the task. So pleased I went with The Surrey Roofing Co. Everything was explained clearly and a quote provided the same day which was a fair price. Organising the scaffolding was with the minimum of fuss, and the job carried out exactly as required. The was an additional small piece of work to the ridge tiles and this was covered for a small cost. The property was left clean and tidy. Recently had my roof cleaned of moss and other yucky stuff that gets up there!! Surrey Roofing came to the rescue and cleaned everything back to original and made everything safe. before finishing they applied a sealant that will stop the moss growth returning. Efficient Job all neat and clean and done in super quick time. No hassle no problems and great job and service would highly recommend their services needing same or similar problems as I.

John and his team have recently done lots of work on my roof and have also waterproofed and repointed my garage. The "after" pic of the garage really doesn't do it justice as it looks like a completely new wall. I like the fact that I have guarantees on all of the work. John is very knowledgeable but there is no hard sell which is appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Many thanks to John and his team for fitting a new flat roof on my garage this week. The job was coordinated with the weather and the team stayed late on the first day to ensure the roof was watertight before they left for the evening. The team were on site for 3 days in total which included stripping off the old felt, laying new, fitting 2 new skylight domes and rendering a wall. John was very easy to communicate with and all went to plan. I would definitely recommend them if you want a quality job done.
