Martin and Jack came around to quote for a new roof. We had a few of quotes from different companies but Martin and Jack stood head and shoulders above their competition. It was their personalities and professionalism that won the day for us. Compared to the others, they were extraordinarily confidence inspiring and didn’t talk the talk of excrement from a four legged farm animal. Our main contact was Martin, and he was very communicative about start dates and details we needed specifying in our job. Upon commencement of the work, Martin and Jack’s team were an absolute pleasure to have round. By the end of the job, I felt like we had highly skilled new friends, and their interactions with our neighbours ensured their work could be done to the highest standards without interference and concerns from people we have to live with. The work done was very much needed, and included spray foam removal. The foam hid some problems, which was anticipated, but the extent of them was unknown, hidden by the foam. The team handled problems upon discovery in a very transparent manner, providing photos and excellent explanations of the issue and plans to fix them. All this was done while honouring the price quoted, which was fair and slightly reduced to maintain competitiveness with the prior mentioned quotes received. Can highly recommend Surrey Roofs. Martin and his team retiled a large roof for us which also included 5 small flat roofs, addition of insulation, 2 veluxs, a sun tunnel and replacement of guttering. All were hard working, professional and friendly. Martin and Jack worked with us to ensure that the final result was in character with the style of the house.

Martin, and the team recently completely reroofed our entire house. This was necessary due to loft insulation foam putting a pause on our house sale. We were tight for time (seeking to keep our buyers interested) and so took the recommendation of using Surrey Roofs from a friend. The turnaround time and understanding Martin and team showed was fantastic and we were really pleased with the way the whole job was managed. The foam was bonded directly to the inside of the tiles so was not going to be possible to simply remove from the existing tiles. Video and photo updates that Martin was happy to share helped demonstrate this and exactly how well the job was progressing. Tony's roofing came recommended by a neighbour when, after a large storm, water was leaking into my first floor office. I'm very happy with the work and my interactions with Tony. The job was done quickly and with high quality materials and workmanship -- which I'm very picky about. Tony kept me in the loop at all times, explaining what they were doing and why, and he made a few recommendations along the way, which I'm very happy he did because the result looks great and saved me from having to fix other things in the future.

I’ve had Tony over a couple of times to repair a gutter, clean them out, add a downpipe and replace some tiles. - Gutter corner with problematic brackets under exposed rafters - was overflowing - section replaced. - Downpipe added to better distribute rainfall, care taken with half hung tiles. - Slipped, broken tiles replaced inc cutting for awkward shapes. - Gutters cleared. My experience is that Tony will absolutely do a proper repair, no cutting corners and an all-round solid job. Clearly very experienced, pragmatic, quick and goes above and beyond. Very happy with the workmanship and would recommend for guttering, gutter cleaning, roof tiles and other related works.

Tony and his team were genuinely brilliant. We called in Tony and his team when cracks in various places in the exterior rendering of our house began to let in water when it rained. This was a big job requiring scaffolding around the whole house. However, the team, who were all courteous and personable did a great job in keeping disruption to a minimum and leaving the site tidy. This despite having to work around significant weather disruption. Quality of the workmanship was excellent. Leaks seem to be fixed, and house looks great. Very happy to recommend Tony and his guys.

Speedy, high quality work, polite, personable, but even more importantly immensely proactive especially at letting me know where things had gotten to, progress, explaining stuff so my wife and I were never in the dark about work. He identified what we needed done on our roof fast, was good humoured in getting this done and generally an all round pleasure to have about - let alone the fact he did a top class job on my roof- have recommended him to my sister!

Highly Recommend I had what appeared to be a very slow leak in my roof, courtesy of what I now know was a broken tile! In a nutshell, I sent an email to Kudos on a Sunday evening in early November and by 1100 the Monday morning the job was complete! Now, it's important to understand, depending on your request, this may not always be able to happen, however I want you to appreciate the 'can do' attitude and timely response to my email. At no time did I feel 'fobbed off'. Not knowing a lot about roofing myself, I had to trust what I was being told. For me, the 'test' was to ask for pictures of what was being explained to me and the work that was required and these were provided with no hesitation. I had regular contact with Andrew that morning and no work was completed without my permission. I understood exactly what was going on with my roof even though I was not present to see the work directly happen as I was at work myself. Andrew was very engaging and explained the problem to me clearly and in a language I understood! He has a lovely manner about him and I felt valued as a customer. OK, for some the job may not be perceived as a very big one, however, I would have no hesitation contacting the team again if I had further issues in addition to recommending Kudos roofing to anyone who was looking for recommendations in this area. Extremely happy with all the works done! We had our roof repaired and gutters cleaned. He also changed the house fascias boards. Andrew was very professional and really flexible with the timing! Will definitely rely on him again for his services if needed. Strongly recommend!

I cannot recommend Andy highly enough. He is very professional from start to finish and extremely knowledgeable about his line of work. He came round and gave a quote which I felt was very reasonable. He was extremely accommodating and didn’t want paying until the job was complete (he did the work over two days to fit in with us). After watching the roof tiles slide down off my roof and smash to pieces late on a Friday and getting absolutely nowhere with the insurance company I phoned Kudos who came round on their way home to inspect the damage. Saturday morning they were back with new tiles and explained how they job would be done, also why it had happened. Returned Sunday morning and by lunchtime all repairs had been finished.
