The guys put on a new roof (on our 3 bed detached house) along with all new soffits, facias and guttering. The service and workmanship was first class from start to finish. Jack and Martin were our initial contacts and they provided a competitive quote and kept oversight of the entire job. All of the people working on the job (primarily Connor and Adam) were experienced and professional and even though we wanted the work done throughout Feb they worked every day except for a few due to bad weather. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Martin and Jack came around to quote for a new roof. We had a few of quotes from different companies but Martin and Jack stood head and shoulders above their competition. It was their personalities and professionalism that won the day for us. Compared to the others, they were extraordinarily confidence inspiring and didn’t talk the talk of excrement from a four legged farm animal. Our main contact was Martin, and he was very communicative about start dates and details we needed specifying in our job. Upon commencement of the work, Martin and Jack’s team were an absolute pleasure to have round. By the end of the job, I felt like we had highly skilled new friends, and their interactions with our neighbours ensured their work could be done to the highest standards without interference and concerns from people we have to live with. The work done was very much needed, and included spray foam removal. The foam hid some problems, which was anticipated, but the extent of them was unknown, hidden by the foam. The team handled problems upon discovery in a very transparent manner, providing photos and excellent explanations of the issue and plans to fix them. All this was done while honouring the price quoted, which was fair and slightly reduced to maintain competitiveness with the prior mentioned quotes received. We would highly recommend Surrey Roofs to anyone requiring roofing work, and we are at present discussing other work requiring their expertise. Having used Dean and his team at SRS Ltd before to install a sun tunnel on our first floor landing about 5 years ago, I had no hesitation in asking him to quote for a Velux window in the pitched roof over our ground floor kitchen. His price looked very fair and he and Alex installed it in 3 days in late January, with the plasterer Josh adding only another 5 hours. They were all very efficient and tidy (putting in a temporary floor covering and dust sheets and a temporary door sheet) and have done a high quality job. Dean was even happy to accommodate another trade, which I had doing some unrelated plumbing work one day in the middle of his installation. We're really pleased with the result and it's letting in loads of natural light and has made our kitchen look much more inviting. I'd recommend Dean and his Team to anyone - thank you. After deciding I wanted some roof windows I decided to use velux official site to recommend accredited installers. Amongst many, they suggested Surrey roofing services and after doing a little research I contacted Dean and am very glad I landed on this company. Dean came to visit to see what might be achievable given the construction of my roof, then came back with some recommendations and a comprehensive list of options for me to decide on. I couldn't fault the service, expertise and professionalism Dean and his team of Rick and Tom demonstrated during the 2 days they were here as well as being a really nice bunch of blokes to spend some time with, 100% customer focused, tidy, very professional and hard working. The finishing touches were a day or so later when Dean arranged for his trusted plasterer Josh to come in for day and make good. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company in fact I may be seeing them around again as 2 of my neighbours have asked for his contact details after seeing the results of their labours. Just make sure you have plenty of tea on the go as they don't stop for anything else !

Joe and the team did a really good job. They went the extra mile to cover off and manage the work between my and my neighbour's garage which are joined I would not hesitate to recommend them at all and I can see why they have the good reviews. Contacted Ant via Checkatrade to undertake some remedial maintenance work on our guttering. Very swift response and fantastic communication throughout the works. KT10 is a local roofing company based in Chessington and run by Anthony (Ant) and Oliver (Oli). We contacted them in April 2023, with a view to providing a quote for the replacement of our roof, which was badly in need of an upgrade in readiness for the fitment of a solar panel system. From the initial meeting with Ant and Oli, we were filled with great confidence due to their demeanour and professionalism in the discussions relating to the replacement of our existing roof. Ant and Oli have 3 teams who carry out the roofing work, which is overseen daily by both of them. The work on our house to replace the main roof was completed in 4 and a half days by the team led by Jessie. The weather during this time was reasonable and the team worked tirelessly to complete the task. We then decided that we should also have our extension roof upgraded/retiled and 2 large Velux windows replaced, which was carried out by the team with great ease. Overall, I cannot recommend KT10 highly enough as their workmanship was superb. Their efficiency and aftercare service was second to none and the link between Ant/Oli and the team just highlighted the way a good team works together. Although the KT10 company is relatively new, the experience that Ant/Oli and the team provided left me feeling so delighted to have chosen them for the task. I doubt very much that you will find a more accommodating and nicer pair of guys providing such exceptional/excellent service, which is so refreshing these days. So HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Mike Toner

I was wondering about who I could get to fix my extension roof when a leaflet dropped through the mailbox for Surrey Roofing. I thought coincidence or fate? I checked reviews online and they were all good. I phoned and Anthony Brown came round the next day and had a look (using his drone - so cool) and then sent me a quote. All the vibes were good so I took a punt. 2 weeks later, work done, staff excellent, quality finish and a very happy customer.

Paul and the team from platinum roofing replaced my mother-in-law's and my kitchen extensions roof. The original builder made a pig's ear of the roof, it started leaking after a couple of years. Before getting Platinum Roofing round, we got some roofers round from Checkatrade to repair the leaks in both properties, after spending thousands of pounds on both my mother-in-laws and my roof we decided to try a new roofing company. That's where Platinum Roofing came in. Paul was straight talking, he made it clear he didn't want to repair other people's dodgy work. He advised it would be better to replace the roofs on both properties and start from scratch, thus giving us a guarantee that there would be no more leaks. Huge thanks to Paul and his team for the work on replacing our mid-terrace flat roof and skylights. After moving in and a few years of pushing the limits of our roof we finally decided to have it fully replaced and skylights installed. After speaking to our neighbours we contacted Paul who had carried out similar work at their property. One of the most professional services we’ve ever had. He was able to quote based on what he could see and airing on the side of caution, identify where extra issues may occur during the work with a total cost window to work with (final cost was under budget). The best approach was always going to be a full strip back to remove the years of patching up, so we were all happy with the work. Booking in the work we were given a date a couple of months ahead into the summer and a scaffolding date - all on time, to the day. Honestly never worked with a team that is so punctual and polite, even our neighbours commented how impressed they had been. Paul gave us updates at the beginning and end of the day of the work, and shared photos as they were doing it. Also checking in with us how we were coping with the level of work being carried out and any thoughts or concerns we may be having during the work. On completion, he shared records of everything that the team had done and the photos to accompany them. There’s a reason why Paul and his team is so highly regarded and it is definitely well deserved. We couldn’t have asked for anything more - and it definitely reassured us when having such extensive work done on our home.
