Great job by Dean and his guys to completely replace tiles, felt and flashing and some expert pointing. Quick, neat, tidy, great communication and the kind of re-assuring politeness and friendliness you want when people are in your house, especially as it is my elderly Mum’s house. The scaffolding company he employs were also top-notch: courteous and neat. Dean & Co. were appreciative of refreshments and we were particularly happy with the attention to detail, including cleaning up the site under the scaffolding every day, and at the end of the job, and cleaning velux windows inside and out once finished.

Having used Dean and his team at SRS Ltd before to install a sun tunnel on our first floor landing about 5 years ago, I had no hesitation in asking him to quote for a Velux window in the pitched roof over our ground floor kitchen. His price looked very fair and he and Alex installed it in 3 days in late January, with the plasterer Josh adding only another 5 hours. They were all very efficient and tidy (putting in a temporary floor covering and dust sheets and a temporary door sheet) and have done a high quality job. Dean was even happy to accommodate another trade, which I had doing some unrelated plumbing work one day in the middle of his installation. We're really pleased with the result and it's letting in loads of natural light and has made our kitchen look much more inviting. I'd recommend Dean and his Team to anyone - thank you. After deciding I wanted some roof windows I decided to use velux official site to recommend accredited installers. Amongst many, they suggested Surrey roofing services and after doing a little research I contacted Dean and am very glad I landed on this company. Dean came to visit to see what might be achievable given the construction of my roof, then came back with some recommendations and a comprehensive list of options for me to decide on. I couldn't fault the service, expertise and professionalism Dean and his team of Rick and Tom demonstrated during the 2 days they were here as well as being a really nice bunch of blokes to spend some time with, 100% customer focused, tidy, very professional and hard working. The finishing touches were a day or so later when Dean arranged for his trusted plasterer Josh to come in for day and make good. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company in fact I may be seeing them around again as 2 of my neighbours have asked for his contact details after seeing the results of their labours. Just make sure you have plenty of tea on the go as they don't stop for anything else !
