Tony's roofing came recommended by a neighbour when, after a large storm, water was leaking into my first floor office. I'm very happy with the work and my interactions with Tony. The job was done quickly and with high quality materials and workmanship -- which I'm very picky about. Tony kept me in the loop at all times, explaining what they were doing and why, and he made a few recommendations along the way, which I'm very happy he did because the result looks great and saved me from having to fix other things in the future.

We called in Tony and his team when cracks in various places in the exterior rendering of our house began to let in water when it rained. This was a big job requiring scaffolding around the whole house. However, the team, who were all courteous and personable did a great job in keeping disruption to a minimum and leaving the site tidy. This despite having to work around significant weather disruption. Quality of the workmanship was excellent. Leaks seem to be fixed, and house looks great. Very happy to recommend Tony and his guys.

Tony and his team were genuinely brilliant. Not only were they fantastic at fixing our roof in such a quick turnaround, but they were also tidy, fab at communicating and explaining the issue, great to chat with, and super friendly. I truly believe Tony is a genuine and kind business owner; we didn't once feel pressured into making decisions and we know our roof will be lasting a really long time now. I was delighted with the prompt and professional service received at a fair price. I also had some of the sandstone wall of my property re-grouted. The work was done in very good time and as described in our consultation. There was very little mess and the people involved were very personable. I will not hesitate to contact Tony again whenever I need work done on my house. I asked Tony to replace a broken chimney pot I had noticed by chance, and it was discovered that it had crashed onto the roof. Tony's team replaced and repaired the chimney pot and roof in a couple of days. I no longer have to worry about winter storms damaging my house.

Martin and Jack came around to quote for a new roof. We had a few of quotes from different companies but Martin and Jack stood head and shoulders above their competition. It was their personalities and professionalism that won the day for us. Compared to the others, they were extraordinarily confidence inspiring and didn’t talk the talk of excrement from a four legged farm animal. Our main contact was Martin, and he was very communicative about start dates and details we needed specifying in our job. Don’t look any further …. If you need any work done to your roof or gutters give Martin and Jack a call. Having bought a 100 year old house that had it’s original leaky roof, we asked Surrey Roofs to retile the entire house and renew the liquid rubber roof on a flat area of the kitchen. The team fitted new batons to the roof where needed, repointed chimneys and brickwork, and completed the work on time and on budget. The guys were doing such a good job that we asked for their advice on other areas of the house, and added in installation of a replacement velux window, three sun tunnel skylights in the roof, and three roof lanterns in the kitchen. Again all were done within agreed timeframes and budget, and the work carried out was to an extremely high standard. Finally we agreed some painting of the property, including the fascia and soffits, and the roof lanterns in the kitchen. A huge shout out to Pete who’s a whizz with a paint brush. As you can see we added a number of items to the original spec, that’s because Surrey Roofs really know what they’re doing, are excellent communicators, and are a great group of guys to have around. Szymek and Adam were an absolute pleasure, a special mention for Connor who went above and beyond regularly. Martin and Jack have built a fantastic family business, and we won’t hesitate to use them again.

I really cannot recommend Dean and the team highly enough. Dean originally came to give us a quote to install Velux windows in a bedroom and the kitchen. These were installed quickly and efficiently and the rooms were left clean and clear at the end of the day. Over and above the original work, Dean also sorted out a condensation issue in the kitchen and fixed a leaking flat roof! The workmanship was excellent, done to time and with a reasonable budget. Dean is clearly very knowledgeable in this area. He kept us informed all the way through about the issues and what he could do to help the situation and gave us options. Dean and the team worked tirelessly throughout. Overall, we are very pleased to have found a roofer we can really trust!

Great care and attention were given to this project from start to finish. Replacing the non-standard skylights presented several challenges. Dean consistently opted for a higher quality, perfectionist approach rather than taking easier shortcuts. He and his team clearly have extensive experience with various roof constructions and are adept in both interior and exterior work. The result is a set of skylights that are securely fitted and look fantastic. The seamless integration with the original upstands is truly impressive.

Great job by Dean and his guys to completely replace tiles, felt and flashing and some expert pointing. Quick, neat, tidy, great communication and the kind of re-assuring politeness and friendliness you want when people are in your house, especially as it is my elderly Mum’s house. The scaffolding company he employs were also top-notch: courteous and neat. Dean & Co. were appreciative of refreshments and we were particularly happy with the attention to detail, including cleaning up the site under the scaffolding every day, and at the end of the job, and cleaning velux windows inside and out once finished.
