The end of our gutter had come away from the barge board and was hanging down. Robert came promptly. Unfortunately due to the position of our shed, with a ladder he could only access one end of the gutter; he made a temporary fix and said we needed a cherry picker for full access for a proper repair. Once his cherry picker was repaired he returned with brackets and carried out a full fix.

We had a really great experience with Carl and his team when they repaired our flat roof. Wayne and team did an excellent job replacing the flat roof over our conservatory. Good workmanship, high attention to details. Not only corrected the issues that the original builders created, but went above and beyond to fix some issues that they spotted without additional charge. Wayne and his team (Sonny, Wayne Jnr and Jack) replaced my loft extension flat roof and garage roof using Alwitra single ply membrane. The standard of work was excellent. Wayne and his team worked exceptionally hard, over 3 long days, to deliver the best possible job, using quality materials and without taking short cuts. I felt able to raise questions and discuss aspects of the job both before and during which was important to me. Wayne always took time to listen and respond with a positive and client focused attitude. Great office and admin support from Olympia too. When I had a leak and not long to fix the issue I was fairly stressed but the Astral team quoted very quickly and sorted out the issue (including replacing all guttering, fascias, soffits and a row of tiles, dpc on some flat roofing areas etc.) within a week. James and his team came and did some repair work on our roof - we are very pleased with his work. We had recently moved in and were keen to get this done quickly which James was able to accommodate. The team were nice guys and always cleaned up at the end of each day. When they found more damage than expected, James showed us, was open and honest, explained his concerns and gave us a couple of options to proceed. James was great at communicating with us from the start. We would definitely use them again!

I would definitely recommend Astral for roofing and guttering work. I had multiple urgent problems with the roof of my house and James and his team responded quickly and within two days the work was completed. Nicky was very helpful and efficient in looking at and sorting out a leak in my parents-in-laws house and also has excellent customer service skills. We asked him to carry out other work to resolve gutter problems on both our house and our parents-in-law's house, plus some roofing repair. Nicky and Luke did an excellent job, worked hard and quickly but also ensuring the work was carried out to a high standard and that everything was tidy after they'd finished. They are both friendly and great to work with, and from now on Surrey Roofing Group will be the first people that I will call to resolve roofing or similar issues.

We Used Surrey Roofing services to remove a build up of moss on the roof and to remove a nest under the solar panels. They were friendly and professional, they worked hard and left the roof in excellent condition and the surrounding paths and garden spotless. This work was done by hand using ladders with no need for scaffolding. We wanted the roof to keep a "lived in look" and not to appear brand new. I would thoroughly recommend the company."
