Carl is courteous and professional. His men turned up, did the job fast and left no mess. There was an issue after with my hatch not shutting, which one of his men kindly tried to address even though not a carpenter. Alas not successful. Carl was totally accountable and professional, sending a proper carpenter to sort asap. All good! I highly recommend him, and star his service 10/10 as a result of this.

Once instructed, we were given clear start dates and kept informed of progress throughout. They were on time, polite to both us and our neighbours and really grafted to keep the job moving in good time. The end of our gutter had come away from the barge board and was hanging down. Robert came promptly. Unfortunately due to the position of our shed, with a ladder he could only access one end of the gutter; he made a temporary fix and said we needed a cherry picker for full access for a proper repair. Once his cherry picker was repaired he returned with brackets and carried out a full fix.

Very knowledgeable roofer, he kept me informed at all times with pictures before and after the work, made a very nice job of my roof would highly recommend him for a quality roof.

Great care and attention were given to this project from start to finish. Replacing the non-standard skylights presented several challenges. Dean consistently opted for a higher quality, perfectionist approach rather than taking easier shortcuts. He and his team clearly have extensive experience with various roof constructions and are adept in both interior and exterior work. The result is a set of skylights that are securely fitted and look fantastic. The seamless integration with the original upstands is truly impressive.

I really cannot recommend Dean and the team highly enough. Dean originally came to give us a quote to install Velux windows in a bedroom and the kitchen. These were installed quickly and efficiently and the rooms were left clean and clear at the end of the day.
