I really cannot recommend Dean and the team highly enough. Dean originally came to give us a quote to install Velux windows in a bedroom and the kitchen. These were installed quickly and efficiently and the rooms were left clean and clear at the end of the day. Over and above the original work, Dean also sorted out a condensation issue in the kitchen and fixed a leaking flat roof! The workmanship was excellent, done to time and with a reasonable budget. Dean is clearly very knowledgeable in this area. He kept us informed all the way through about the issues and what he could do to help the situation and gave us options. Dean and the team worked tirelessly throughout. Overall, we are very pleased to have found a roofer we can really trust!

Great care and attention were given to this project from start to finish. Replacing the non-standard skylights presented several challenges. Dean consistently opted for a higher quality, perfectionist approach rather than taking easier shortcuts. He and his team clearly have extensive experience with various roof constructions and are adept in both interior and exterior work. The result is a set of skylights that are securely fitted and look fantastic. The seamless integration with the original upstands is truly impressive.

Excellent service by Wayne and his team. He kept me fully informed of his availability and this was also subject to weather conditions. He would text or call to update me and this was really appreciated. The job was installation of Velux windows and I was not disappointed. I organised the plasterer and decorator outside his quote. Ben and his team were 'on top' of our flat roofing job from the start. A fast response from my phone call, they were onsite to quote within the week and the work completed within the month. Ben identified other minor issues that could be rectified at the same time and the job was completed in a very efficient, thorough and professional way. Having got a couple of quotes I chose Cornerstone as they were not only better value, but more professional in the way they explained the options during the initial visit, and in the written quote options. Communication by email and phone to Margeret was always easy and prompt. I needed my ridge replacing together with a few hip tiles. The weather was freezing but Adam and Henry did a professional job, and were polite and tidy. They were helpful in explaining everything. I could not have asked for a better service in every respect. Frankie is an exceptional professional from start to finish. He arrived within 30 minutes of the initial call to remove falling mortar over a public footpath from the roof following previous work completed by a rogue trader to ensure public safety during a Sunday evening. He provided us with a detailed quote, written warranty of his work and a detailed report at the end of his findings and the work carried out. He went the extra mile for an extra work we decided to get done on the chimney. Great communication, very tidy and clean work. He kept us updated throughout the process. We cannot recommend enough Frankie and his skills!!! He is the most professional individual we have met through our house renovation with great standards of work.

What an amazing master roofer, professional! After commissioning another contractor for a sizeable job on a Victorian terraced house in London hoping to get quality (when paying more so we didnt go cheap) it almost became a disaster as the contractor wanted more and more money for 'additional work'. Our family went over budget and then we decided we needed to get a second opinion as towards the end the work the current contractor done so far did not look right. Well after all the work if the roof is still leaking i know that is definitely not right. Frankie was honest straightforward and when i passed on his comments and technical information to the current contractor they could not say anything other than they will rectify the issue (prior to this they would not do it as they said it was beyond what they could do...!) My current contractor wanted to charge excessively for the additional work which didnt make sense but i told them that I have a master roofer confirming that their work was not up to British standards and the current contractor had no choice but to agree and change their mind. Luckily Frankie spotted this early as it would lead to further leaking later on had it not been rectified.... We could not really trust the current contractor any longer after being helped by Frankie and so we commissioned BT Roofing to finish the job properly. The work rate Frankie has is amazing. He was punctual and worked hard all the time and even on weekends if he was available and didnt waste time loitering on the phone like other contractors and was just proud to show off his work which we were very pleased with! Cleaned up every day, and even helped clean up the previous contractor's mess... A fantastic person as well as he gave advice without a charge and any expectations. Was a genuinely good person and very able roofer and contractor, could not recommend enough!!! Thank you Frankie!

My roof started to leak during a storm, with a serious drop-down into my bathroom. I called ADN, who had replaced a garage roof for me a few years ago, and expected to have to wait for ages due to the storm. I left a voicemail for someone to call me back. It took a few days, but Candy called me and arranged for Charlie to come have a look. Charlie was excellent. He inspected the roof, and suggested the drop-down was a bit freaky due to the heaviness of the rain and the power and specific direction of the wind. He lifted a few tiles and located the problem - a tear in the felt under the tiles next to the soil stack. He contacted me quickly with a quote, which was lower than what I was expecting. He returned a couple of weeks later (poor weather had restricted when the work could have been done) and finished the job in a few hours. Charlie was also good fun, explaining that he originally had a poor head for heights but got over it! Very helpful firm.

ADN Roofing provided a thoroughly professional service from start to finish. The problem was quickly identified (a minor job), quote given and accepted, and repairs carried out in just under 2 weeks. This was refreshing as I'd contacted 10 other companies who either couldn't be bothered to phone me back or if they did, told me 'it's not worth us coming out', 'you're meant to be able to see some sky from the loft' or 'it's not that serious, you're worrying too much, love'. One of the properties we manage had a roof leak we subcontracted South East Roof Repairs LTD to come and inspect the roof. Michael arrived with he’s team of roofers to carry out the inspection. The roof needed to completely lifted and redone as the wood was rotten, and not able to be repaired. When i realized i needed a new roof I searched for a local roofing company and Radiant Roofing ltd came up with some very good reviews. I thought that’s a good start ! I Spoke to Charles who answered my call straight away and i instinctively knew that he was the one for the job.
