Very happy with new boiler installation, job done in time frame, Mark also found a time to change for me extra three radiators due to my recent injury. I supposed to do it. Installation of smart meter : Excellent job. Really pleased. Employed Mark to install smart thermostat and hub as didn’t know where to begin on the system we had. He was knowledgeable and offered great advice. Very efficient and made sure that I understood how to use before leaving. I’ve also asked about other services since we will definitely be using Mark again in the near future.

Adam came and fitted a new bathroom for us in 2022, he dealt with unexpected problems well without giving me a headache about them. The overall quality of the fitting was good and came back nearly 12 months later to fix another issue with a faulty part quickly. Would recommend!

I called PES after the first plumbers I called out couldn't solve the problem of why our underfloor heating wasn't working. PES figured out what the problem was and sorted it out with good humour and efficiency. I was so grateful to them for restoring our heating as the two nights we were without it it was -2 outside! I am also relieved to now know if anything else goes wrong with our underfloor heating they are the guys to call.

They took the time to explain and show me what was happening throughout. Thier manner was pleasant and they are very approachable. They were determined to restore the heating and the hot water. PES attended our house after our boiler packed up. The service is simply first class. Not only did they fight our corner by ringing the manufacturers and securing a free part after the part broke...twice; they also ensured that we paid as little as possible in terms of labour. Lovely to see a family business run so well and a lovely family too. Don't even think about going elsewhere.
