After contacting three different companies over the space of four years we still had the same issues with our drainage and plumbing system in our home… We were recommended Sandhurst plumbing company… And I wish I called them first.. The team were very professional, they did their work in a very clean and efficient manner once the job was complete. They double checked everything twice to make sure it was okay before leaving the premises. They cleaned up after their selves. Most importantly they’re very good value for money. Sandhurst fitted a completely new shower after an on-going leak damaged the original, as part of a buildings insurance claim. Very impressed with the quality of finish, attention to detail and professionalism of the team - particularly Cenk and Lukas who managed the project. Would highly recommend.

I contacted Sandhurst Plumbing And Maintenance Limited for a gas boiler replacement in my second floor flat. The correspondence with the team was excellent, with a site visit then a clear quote for a Vaillant boiler and explanation of each item. John completed the works and did a great job on the replacement and commissioning of the system. The task was finished within the planned time, he was happy to explain progress and made contact to check everything was as expected at the end of the day that I was away. I have been happy with the installation since it was completed a month ago.

We've used Sandhurst for a few jobs in our flat and they've always been great. The latest job was renovating our bathroom and we couldn't be happier. We couldn't have found two politer, cleaner professionals to fit our bathroom. Their competative pricing and fantastic communication throughout, along with their talent and quality of tiling and bathroom fitting has left us telling all our friends (who love our new bathroom) and recommending both Kris and Luke to all! They left the house immaculate every evening, putting my hoovering to shame! They communicated sending videos to explain and clarify when both my partner and I were at work to allow our bathroom to be completed exactly how we wanted. They were super polite and curtious at all times and showed respect for our house and even went above and beyond by helping to paint and advising/assisting on another house issue we had during the time our bathroom was being fitted. These two are like gold dust, an honest trade company that values quality and customer service. Cannot recommend enough, honestly, we are so, so pleased!

As previously used, BPH in the guise of Ryan their electrician quickly & very efficiently carried out the work setting up a Blink video doorbell & camera that ensures the increased safety of all our family even though he had only done so for the Ring equivalent before . Very good communications amongst me, the office manager and the person ordering the materials and doing the work. I needed advice on the best domestic twin (hot and cold) water pump replacement and also some tech help with vibration and noise. A very old boiler needed a service but it quickly became clear it needed to be sent to a museum. The guys moved their schedule to fit a replacement boiler the following week. A clear fixed price quote was with me the next day. I booked a boiler service a month in advance, expecting December to be a busy time. On the day I had a medical emergency so I called the office and explained to Louise. She immediately contacted the engineer and reorganised his schedule to accommodate my appointment. Nathan arrived on time and carried out the service quickly and efficiently. I have used other companies in the past but found them unreliable and uncommunicative. I have complete trust in Therm Heat and highly recommend them.

Therm Heat installed our heating system 9 years ago now. Been using them for the annual service since and they have always arrived on time and been brilliant every service. This year we had additional plumbing work done on out toilet, Nathan was the engineer this time and carried out all the work without fuss, very clean n tidy. I contacted Therm Heat when my boiler stopped working on the morning of Christmas Eve, leaving me without heating or hot water. They responded very promptly and an engineer arrived within a few hours and the issue was swiftly fixed. We used Therm Heat to replace a sealed heating system with an unvented cylinder system with new boiler, install a new gas line and hob and remove a gas fireplace. From quote to completion on the works, we couldn't be happier. Detailed and competitive quote and good communication to set a date. Nathan the engineer arrived promptly for the weeks work each day. PLEASE READ I very rarely leave a reviews, however Gary of Apex Plumber is most deserving of one. Responsed quickly (I tried quite a few with no call back) he was extremely busy but managed to fit us in, diagnosed issue, slow leak from shower ( Wrongly fitted part by another plumber) Gary managed to temporarily fixed issue, so we can use shower over Christmas. Gary was responsive, clear on charges, methodical & committed to isolating/finding & fixing a tricky leak working from 5-9pm on the day of my call & returning Saturday 10-5 with support to fix it. We needed a plumber at short notice before Christmas as we were without hot water, with a 2 year old it was super important we could find a resolution quickly. We found Gary, who was able to get to us on the same day, and although couldn’t fix the issue same day was able to order the parts we needed to fix the issue within 48 hours. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly trustworthy and was able to advise us on our system. We will be using Gary again in the new year for other services and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services.
