We couldn't have found two politer, cleaner professionals to fit our bathroom. Their competative pricing and fantastic communication throughout, along with their talent and quality of tiling and bathroom fitting has left us telling all our friends (who love our new bathroom) and recommending both Kris and Luke to all! They left the house immaculate every evening, putting my hoovering to shame! They communicated sending videos to explain and clarify when both my partner and I were at work to allow our bathroom to be completed exactly how we wanted. They were super polite and curtious at all times and showed respect for our house and even went above and beyond by helping to paint and advising/assisting on another house issue we had during the time our bathroom was being fitted. These two are like gold dust, an honest trade company that values quality and customer service. Cannot recommend enough, honestly, we are so, so pleased!

He was such a lovely man, very experienced and was able to give us several options on how to fix the problem. As previously used, BPH in the guise of Ryan their electrician quickly & very efficiently carried out the work setting up a Blink video doorbell & camera that ensures the increased safety of all our family even though he had only done so for the Ring equivalent before . A very old boiler needed a service but it quickly became clear it needed to be sent to a museum. The guys moved their schedule to fit a replacement boiler the following week. A clear fixed price quote was with me the next day. The following week they spent two days replacing and tidying all the pipework and putting in the new boiler Great communications, professional and friendly, explaining the dates and stages. Very good communications amongst me, the office manager and the person ordering the materials and doing the work. I needed advice on the best domestic twin (hot and cold) water pump replacement and also some tech help with vibration and noise. All the team were very responsive, helpful and the job was done quickly with excellent quality and the site left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Lovely gentleman, really hard working and very quick and efficient also. I have used him twice now for a badly blocked toilet and he is fantastic, pretty reasonably priced also even on a weekend call out. Team removed the old cylinder from the loft and the cupboard then installed a new one, including supply a new 22m pipe from kitchen to cupboard. They did a really good work, all pipes are covered, hot water temprature and pressure is amazing now. Works took one and half day and at the end they all cleaned up. I can absolutely recommend their service.

PLEASE READ I very rarely leave a reviews, however Gary of Apex Plumber is most deserving of one. Responsed quickly (I tried quite a few with no call back) he was extremely busy but managed to fit us in, diagnosed issue, slow leak from shower ( Wrongly fitted part by another plumber) Gary managed to temporarily fixed issue, so we can use shower over Christmas. Definitely one to use again for all future plumbing needs and would certainly recommend him to friends and family Thank you Gary Ann

We needed a plumber at short notice before Christmas as we were without hot water, with a 2 year old it was super important we could find a resolution quickly. We found Gary, who was able to get to us on the same day, and although couldnāt fix the issue same day was able to order the parts we needed to fix the issue within 48 hours. Gary was knowledgeable, friendly but most importantly trustworthy and was able to advise us on our system. We will be using Gary again in the new year for other services and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing services.

We had a major leak and rang Apex to help with tracing & fixing the leak, due to very good Google reviews. Gary was responsive, clear on charges, methodical & committed to isolating/finding & fixing a tricky leak working from 5-9pm on the day of my call & returning Saturday 10-5 with support to fix it. Wholeheartedly recommend - he saved us from deep ā5h17ā, while he was busy with other work.

I am so happy with the work that Sultan has done for me today. 5 smallish jobs that I donāt have the DIY skills to attempt were completed with skill and professionalism. Sultan is easy to talk to about the work required and obviously highly skilled in his profession. I highly recommend him for any plumbing work and will be using him again in the future. Photos of the tap work included but he also repaired a constantly running toilet and leaking radiator. Great job!!!
