We needed 3 old radiators replacing in the bedrooms. One of these required floor boards to be lifted and re-working of the pipe work as it was a smaller more efficient radiator. Mark and Darren did this work so well, explaining everything before and during the work. They are friendly, professional and tidy, leaving no mess at all. I would highly recommend them & most definitely use them again. Thanks guys.

Mark and Darren have recently carried out a boiler replacement and fitted a new radiator in our conservatory! Mark has been doing my boiler servicing for years but having just moved to a new house I asked him to do some work in the new property. He and Darren swapped out my boiler, tank, radiators and pipe work and did an excellent job. He explained everything to me so I could understand it (I know nothing of this sort of work) and provided a professional service and despite lifting floorboards and the like kept things very clean and tidy. He was very well priced as well given that British Gas was charging almost a 3rd extra on top to do the same job. I feel very comfortable recommending him for any of this work. I called Daniel on behalf of my 90 year old mother as she is profoundly deaf, unable to deal herself and had been without hot water for several days. He agreed to come round very promptly and fixed the issue with her immersion heater just as fast. Service was excellent, he was very personable and reasonably priced. I am very happy to add my recommendation to the one I was given by Age UK (Sutton) and, although I hope not to need to call him, would call him without hesitation in the future.

I messaged this company on Instagram to ask if they could resolve an issue I had with my washing machine hose flooding my cupboard. They replied very fast and got me booked in the next working day. Had a blockage in my kitchen waste pipe that three plumbers tried to fix all unsuccessfully Called this lad, he gave me a very fair price before he started, turned up in two hours, worked the problem out, fixed it and left all tidy. Very happy highly recommend him.

They're the only trade who responded to my call back promptly after contacting like 6 other companies. The plumber came in to fix my toilet that couldn't flush anymore and he replaced the rusty parts with brand new ones which I appreciate! He did the work very quickly and efficiently! Lawrence, came to my house to fix my toilet. He was very polite and charming! He spoke me through what he was going to do and I left him to it, after about 5/10 minutes. I came back and my toilet was unblocked! He also took videos before and after, to show me the difference! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber!

Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend.

I rang this morning about my leaky sink, Lee rang back very quickly, was very open, realistic and transparent regarding costs and was able to send out his guy Chris within the hour. Chris was polite and professional and he fixed the problem efficiently (which was caused by another “plumber” I had hired from a different company to install a new sink). Chris even cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Lee and his team and will definitely use them again!

I would highly recommend Lee and his team. We have called upon them for a couple of issues in our flat and Lee recently installed a new boiler for us. Despite it being an awkward job, the finish is fantastic and our water pressure has even improved. What's more, Lee sent us some suggestions to improve other parts of the flat, such as the overall ventilation. Lee has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy and we'll be sure to use S&S again in the future.
