Have just had an absolutely superb experience from Robbie and his team at Shoosmith. I had a big problem with an upstairs toilet and after a call with Robbie he was able to send over one of his engineers Andy within just a few hours to take a look at the issue and after a couple of hours was able to rectify the leak and repair it. Andy was polite and above all extremely detailed with his work. Would absolutely recommend 100%.

Fantastic, professional and very helpful company. Used them twice now. Bought a new house and water wouldn't work. They arrived quickly and resolved the problem immediately with no charge. Then had a more recent problem, which they talked me through how to fix over the phone again ni charge. Genuinely a very nice and helpful organisation who clearly put the customer first. I can't speak highly enough of the service from R&G Plumbing Services! Our boiler broke down early this morning, and after calling at 9:30am, Dicky was at our door within an hour and a half. In just 15 minutes, he had identified the issue and the part required, and within the hour, it was obtained and installed. Remarkably, our boiler was back up and running within just a few hours, including an annual service. If there's service better than this, I'd love to see it! We’ll now be using R&G Plumbing Services annually for our boiler maintenance. Highly recommended!

Graham is a genius! He’s worked on our house for over 10 years and in that time, he’s installed two underfloor heating systems, adapted our central heating, and regularly services our gas boiler. Due to the nature of the house renovation none of the jobs have been straightforward, but Graham’s ever positive manner, planning and attention to detail has ensured all systems work faultlessly. The quality of his work is exceptional and he goes the extra mile – such as hiding a manifold system inside a cavity wall (photo attached). His knowledge is huge and he has a genuine passion for what he does, offering honest advice and solving every problem you can throw at him. He is the consummate professional; friendly, trustworthy, efficient and just great to have around. In my opinion there are few like him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I would highly recommend Graham! He recently attended to balance our radiators and reconnect one that we had moved. We've had Graham and co do work for us over 15 years in two houses we have lived in for a reason as he is fantastic and fair tradesman and heating engineer/plumber. Graham fitted a new boiler for us at a very reasonable cost. He did a great job and we were very happy with the work done. Graham always replied promptly to any queries, was very knowledgeable and efficient and took the trouble to explain what he was doing as he went along. The job was completed quickly and everything was left very tidy. Graham and Robert were very friendly and pleasant and we would have no hesitation recommending Livingstone Dunn to anyone.

Just as the weather started to get our boiler packed up. Louis was recommended to me and was very quick to respond and come over to assess the job on the same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, parts were ordered and delivered with next day delivery and the boiler was repaired successfully. Communication was very good throughout and Louis was very clear explaining the problem and gave good advice regarding what to do next.

Lee did a great job. He got our heating going again and helped us understand better how it works and how we can try to fix certain problems ourselves. Nick recently fitted my new boiler, radiators, bathroom suite and also laid new solid wooden flooring. Nick is a swiss army knife - he's an excellent plumber, a master carpenter (He has a real eye for the small details) and a really nice bloke. He really knows his stuff and not only thinks about what he's doing on the job in hand but also the future consequences of any decisions that are being made. He discusses and explains options clearly to agree what needs to be done next together. What I was quoted was exactly what I paid and the work was done in the time agreed. If I was pushed to find a fault I'd say he's busy (Because he's good!) so can be hard to initially lock down for bigger jobs. Once the work is locked in tho - you'll be in very safe hands! I wouldn't hesitate recommending Nick to anyone that's looking for high quality work and fair / reasonable prices. 100% worth waiting an extra week or two.

Absolutely brilliant, thanks ever so much for your help! I called Khalid about a leaking copper pipe in our kitchen, he was round at our house in an hour and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. As well as the great service, he is a really nice guy and did the work for a very reasonable cost.

Very detailed and thorough inspection, our inspector was very experienced and knew where to look. He found 2 leaks which we thought were a rising damp issue but turned out not to be! We were close to getting expensive damp treatments but thought we'd check if we had a leak to be sure, very glad we went with this company

Excellent service and would highly recommend to anyone struggling with mysterious signs of damp/ leaks. Jamie was so knowledgeable, helpful and professional, and diagnosed the issue when numerous other plumbers, surveyors and builders have failed. Such a relief to finally get to the bottom of this mysterious damp patch and to be able to fix it. Jamie was also really good at explaining how the internal and external plumbing works in my house and as a result I feel much more knowledgeable about how my own home works!

Dealing with THE LEAK DETECTION COMPANY LTD was totally hassle-free, especially in the middle of a water leak crisis damaging our home. One is left with the impression of a very well run family business, with a slick business process supported by an efficient admin back office team (shout out to Claire and Samantha). The three staff members I had dealings with (Claire, Sam & Jamie) left a very positive impression and represented the company really well. Once I’d agreed to engage their services, they emailed the scope of the work and a clear breakdown of costs. There was no pressure selling and didn’t even have to make a pre-payment. On appointment day, their engineer Jamie was waiting outside my door first thing in the morning. Using specialist equipment, Jamie worked meticulously to locate and repair the leak, doing his very best to not do too much damage. He was simply brilliant, friendly and courteous, yet extremely competent. Big shout out to Jamie K (top bloke). By the end of that working day, I’d been emailed an invoice, payment receipt and a detailed professional report for insurance claim purposes. While they aren’t cheap (that field of work isn’t), they are excellent value for money, espcially in the middle of a crisis and will provide a super professional report for insurance claim purposes. I will not hesistate to use this company again if (heaven forbid) I ever suffer the misfortune of another water leak. I recommend this company wholeheartedly and with no reservations at all.

Simon was really helpful and professional. He managed to identify the source of the leak which wasn’t easy and wrote a really detailed report for us. This enabled us to get the leak fixed the next day. Brilliant service.
