Crown Plumbing just did my annual boiler service. Jack the engineer arrived as scheduled, phoning me 20 mins before to let me know he would be arriving. He was very tidy. Did a thorough job on the boiler service and highlighted some items that would need attention at next service. The cost was as advertised and in my opinion represented good value for money. Very happy with overall experience.

Pipeline Plumbing Services gave us an excellent service. Josh promptly came and looked at or leaking tank and provided a quotation for the work in less than a day. The work was started and completed the same day by Tim and Josh2 the apprentice. They were a pleasure to have in our home and were through and very tidy. Shaun is hands down the most reliable, professional and hard working tradesmen I've ever met. We employed him to refurbish our whole bathroom and a separate cloakroom and we were impressed throughout the job. As a customer, you rely on the tradesmen's integrity and knowledge to guide you through problems and give you good advice. Shaun knows his stuff and this is evident in his work. Even when problems arise, for example we had to put our bath on a plinth to accommodate the grey water waste that couldn't be laid through the joists... obvious to Shaun but an oversight we had made. So he problem solved on the job and got it done without any questions. Further to this we've had Shaun back to fix our central heating that our previous plumbers had mucked up. He went above and beyond to find our problem, which wasn't easy, and solved it. Genuinely a good guy and happy to recommend to anyone who needs a professional and reliable plumber. Cheers Shaun!! Dealing with THE LEAK DETECTION COMPANY LTD was totally hassle-free, especially in the middle of a water leak crisis damaging our home. One is left with the impression of a very well run family business, with a slick business process supported by an efficient admin back office team (shout out to Claire and Samantha). The three staff members I had dealings with (Claire, Sam & Jamie) left a very positive impression and represented the company really well. Once I’d agreed to engage their services, they emailed the scope of the work and a clear breakdown of costs. There was no pressure selling and didn’t even have to make a pre-payment. On appointment day, their engineer Jamie was waiting outside my door first thing in the morning. Using specialist equipment, Jamie worked meticulously to locate and repair the leak, doing his very best to not do too much damage. He was simply brilliant, friendly and courteous, yet extremely competent. Big shout out to Jamie K (top bloke). By the end of that working day, I’d been emailed an invoice, payment receipt and a detailed professional report for insurance claim purposes. While they aren’t cheap (that field of work isn’t), they are excellent value for money, espcially in the middle of a crisis and will provide a super professional report for insurance claim purposes. I will not hesistate to use this company again if (heaven forbid) I ever suffer the misfortune of another water leak. I recommend this company wholeheartedly and with no reservations at all.

Excellent service and would highly recommend to anyone struggling with mysterious signs of damp/ leaks. Jamie was so knowledgeable, helpful and professional, and diagnosed the issue when numerous other plumbers, surveyors and builders have failed. Such a relief to finally get to the bottom of this mysterious damp patch and to be able to fix it. Jamie was also really good at explaining how the internal and external plumbing works in my house and as a result I feel much more knowledgeable about how my own home works!

We’ve just used Nichols Plumbing & Heating to install our new bathroom. We were extremely impressed with them. Their quote was reasonable in comparison with other “high end” installers we contacted. It was a fairly large job, also involving a small amount of building work, but Louis managed it all using his own team or subcontractors, once we’d selected our supplies. Everyone on the job was unfailingly polite, and all work was completed to extremely high standard, virtually to the original schedule. Communication was outstanding throughout. Although there were inevitably one or two unexpected challenges along the way, they were surmounted very expertly, and the final bill was exactly as originally quoted. We will continue to use them for any other plumbing jobs we have and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

So grateful to Dicky at R & G plumbing, immediately got back to me when contacted, came promptly the next day as arranged and sorted my heating issue immediately. (I had previously had someone else out who had "apparently done it", but hadn't!!) Dicky went above and beyond to check the whole system including safety of a gas fire and didn't charge me for any of the additional care. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He has since helped with further issues, given free advice and been there at the end of the phone to advise with any plumbing/heating issues that arise. His communication and customer care is nothing short of excellent, his work is of an exceptionally high standard and also extremely good value. He goes above and beyond for his customers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clive. He's kind, he listens, and he does a superb job.He recently modernised my mum's bathroom, listened carefully to what was needed, and worked hard to solve various plumbing issues to make what she wanted possible. He came highly recommended to us by a friend, and we were not disappointed. We asked him to knit a new shower and toilet into an existing bathroom, which he did beautifully (his tiling is second to none). It wasn't an easy job, but at all times he was cheerful and friendly, and put mum at ease. Clive engaged very quickly after I requested a quotation for the work. The price he gave me was based on a day rate plus material (replacement shower unit). He was very flexible when I had to move the start date and has remained very friendly and has communicated well over the 4 days of the work being done. The current shower unit had to be removed including some of the shower unit fascia tiles, then the new shower replumbed, impacted tiles replaced plus grouting and silicone seals. All of this has been done to a high standard and the shower is fully functional. Would recommend highly.

I was wanting a new shower, new toilet and radiator to help with making it easy to get in and out of my existing shower. From initial discussions with Clive he listened carefully and the wok was completed professional Whilst completing the project Clive was clean and tidy. The work was completed to a high standard and beautifully decorated and has very much improved the look of the bathroom which I look forward to using soon. Nialls is no ordinary plumbing company! They come when they say that they are going to come, they explain in simple language the problem, suggest how to resolve the issue, and are patient when giving instructions. Cleaned up after themselves and didn't make a mess. We felt confident that Niall really knows what he is talking about and felt totally at ease at his diagnostic skills. Fantastic plumber, highly recommended! Niall made the whole process very easy. I first explained the problem, Niall requested a few pictures of the hot water tank to help with the diagnosis and before he even came round had a good idea what could be the problem. Quoted me a very reasonable price if the problem turned out to be what he thought. Niall was prompt turning up and had problem fixed in 10 minutes, but then spent the next 15 minutes showing me how I can fix this problem if it happens again, checking all my radiators and my boiler. Will always use Niall from now on if I need a plumber.
