We had an old Baxi boiler and needed to replace it. From start to finish Pete from PH Butler responded to emails/phone calls quickly and provided good info and advice during the site visit. When it came to the actual day of installation Pete and his team arrived at the allotted time and worked through the day until the job was finished. They had a few unexpected issues due to our old plumbing but dealt with these without any fuss. They protected the carpet on the stairs and landing and left everything clean and tidy. I wish all companies gave this service. Thank you

Pete does our boiler service every year. He was also the person who originally fitted our boiler and he did a great job. He is reliable, responsive, fairly priced and really polite and nice to deal with. I highly recommend him.

Pete previously installed a new boiler removing all the old pipework and tanks. Now services every year and does any other jobs that need doing (new radiators and pipework this time). Always goes above a beyond and at a great price so I wont be using anyone else.

We used Paul for a boiler installation. I called him on a very short notice to have a look at our old boiler and he turned up when he said he would. Very happy with his work and professionalism. Since first employing Paul approximately 2 years ago I have always found him to be very punctual, always on time on the agreed date. His work is first class and always clean and tidy. I have found him to be very fairly priced and he only carries out the work that needs to be done. He is also very patient and always explains why he is doing something and how things work. I have recommended Paul to family and friends and now only trust him to carry out all my plumbing jobs as i do trust him to not rip me off or do any unnecessary work. All in all he is a good guy doing a good job at a good price. Highly recommended.

EH9 Property Ltd has 2 houses in the Windsor area. Surrey Heating Specialists just complete gas safety checks at both properties. Their engineer was friendly efficient and informative. I received the certificates within 15 minutes of the visit and the invoices as well. The whole experience of working with Surrey Heating Specialists right from initial contact through the booking process, response to questions I had and the actual work was all five star. Paul came to service our boiler and look at a leaking radiator. He was very polite and professional, talked through the whole process so I could have an understanding of how things worked. He offered sound and professional advice on how to look after the boiler and was not pushy trying to sell packages, also gave advice on improving our water pressure. A credit to the company.

Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Milcol Plumbing and Heating did a brilliant job of our new bathroom. Joe and Marc are meticulous workers and do put their customers first. Milcol organised all the trades needed to make our installation successful; they also took the time to make a few suggestions they felt would make a difference: this included replacing the rather flimsy bath side panel provided with the suite we purchased with a far more sturdy alternative, they just went the extra mile with everything.
