All work carried out to a high standard, very neat and tidy. Arrived on time and cracked on. Made sure everything was working and showed us the hive app etc. Highly recommended. James was really helpful when I was trying to find replacement cartridges for my kitchen mixer and the plumbers’ merchant we were both using were struggling to help. He lent me two sets of his own to try, asking only that I return those that didn’t fit and leave a bit of cash for him to cover the cost of those that fitted.
