Lauren and Tash were flawless and the best money we spent to ensure our wedding day ran as smoothly as possible. They were incredible from the beginning to end, from initial zoom calls to the wedding night. When looking for our wedding coordinators I knew as soon as I spoke to Lauren that Bluebird Creative where the one, she filled me with confidence and I instantly felt relaxed knowing we were in good hands! And on our wedding day both Lauren and Tash were amazing, so efficient and on top of everything.Our friends and family mentioned how lovely and great they were too. We were so happy that we chose Bluebird Creative to be our on the day Co-ordinators. they were great from start to finish and the day would not have been as amazing as it was without them. Originally we had used Lauren's toolkit to help plan the wedding and this was extremely helpful. We knew we wanted to enjoy the day as much as possible and once we had consulted with Lauren we knew she was the perfect fit to be with us on our special day. She is super friendly, fun, organised and understood exactly how we wanted to make our day personal to us. We had to postpone due to Covid restrictions and Lauren was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. We had our final meeting with Lauren to finalise every detail of the day and we trusted her so much that we let her know what was really important to us and then gave her free reign and creative control over how everything else was laid out through the venue. We trusted that with her amazing creative eye she would make the place look magical with what we provided. On the day Lauren and Louise did the most amazing job organising suppliers, setting up and making sure everything ran smoothly. If anything went wrong on the day, we had no idea as Lauren and Louise had everything under control, they were so calm and friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble. When we came into the Great Hall after our ceremony and saw how they had laid out the tables, we were delighted, it was better than we had imagined and it looked amazing. We would highly recommend Bluebird Creative to anyone looking to have an amazing team with them who really ensure that your special day is individual to you. They truly care about each individual couple and making the day the best it can be, this shows in their work and we had so many compliments throughout the day from guests about how great they were. As someone who works in events, I thought I’d be able to handle the wedding planning all on my own, but with 7 weeks to go, I panicked and reached out to Lauren at Bluebird Creative. After one conversation with her, we knew Bluebird would be fabulous and asked them to help us with on the day event coordination (and gosh we are sooo glad we did so!). Everything in those final 6 weeks was so smoothly run by Bluebird and then on the day, we didn’t have to think of a thing, they had it handled and fully understood our vision to make it a reality! Coco supported us and she was a 20 out of 10! On the day, she was professional, supportive, fun and a true expert! Blessing was the wedding planner for my friends wedding, I was a bridesmaid and Blessing did an absolutely amazing job. She catered for everyone from the bride, to the family, to us the bridal party. Everything came out beautifully and the bride was super pleased with everything. Very professional at the face of adversity also. Handled everything very well on the day as well as the whole weekend (destination wedding in Italy). Would definitely recommend Blessing to anyone!

My wife and I knew we needed a lot of help in planning our wedding because of the huge number of guests we were expecting so we interviewed several planners but Once we met Blessing we knew immediately she was the one to help plan our wedding. She was beyond helpful throughout the planning process. She always got back to us immediately and there was no question she couldn't answer. She also helped to get the best and most affordable wedding vendors for us. On our wedding day she was everywhere solving every problem and making the day perfect. Also the wedding decorations she setup for the hall were absolutely beautiful to the point where people were coming up to my wife to ask for Blessing's contact details. After the wedding she stayed forever making sure every last item was packed up. I'm telling you there's nothing Blessing didn't do. She has truly become family and words aren't enough to recommend her enough. If I could I would actually have another wedding (with my wife of course) just to experience the magic of Blé.

I cannot recommend Jenna enough. My husband are I were living in the US whilst planning our wedding but we knew we wanted our wedding in the UK. I found Jenna through her instagram and after speaking with her, we knew she was the person we wanted to plan our wedding for us. Jenna is incredibly professional and takes out all the stress from planning. Every supplier she recommended to us were amazing and fit exactly with the original picture of what we wanted for the wedding. I enjoyed our monthly catch ups and she gave us great advice whenever we needed it. Her recommendations and insight on all aspects of the wedding were invaluable. She supported us through changing our wedding due to Covid and we had no issues moving our date and suppliers. On the day, she made everything run so smoothly and her assistant Frances was equally lovely and great at what she does. We could not have had the wedding we had if it were not for Jenna. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, supportive, a great person and gets the job done with no fuss, I'd advise you to work with Jenna.

We first met with Jenna in 2019, we were due our first baby and knew we needed a wedding planner to support us and help give us our dream wedding. One global pandemic, two babies and three wedding dates later, we finally had our dream wedding in May 2022. It was the best day of our lives and a lot of that lies with Jenna. I can’t emphasise enough how reassuring it is to be supported by Jenna’s trusted suppliers - I know this personally having gone against jenna with my own make up artist…swiftly realising two weeks before the wedding that Jenna’s choice was better and on so many levels. There were a lot of ‘hiccups’ along our journey. The pandemic is undoubtedly one to call out and due to this we probably ended up being one of Jenna’s longest standing clients. It was an emotional time for all of us, jenna helped us navigate our way through the stress of this period and we never felt on our own with our thoughts. This is despite challenges Jenna must have been feeling given the enormous impact covid had on the wedding industry. The wedding day itself is when Jenna’s role really came into her own. The whole day was seamless from start to finish, we never once worried about timings or whether our guests were being looked after. Our only job that day was to enjoy ourselves which we did in style! We were recommended to Ethereal Events by word of mouth. From the moment Georgie walked through our door we had every confidence she would organise, manage and deliver the most incredible party and sure enough she did. Her attention to detail is second to none. She is a great listener - her ability to pick up on our needs and style, knowing them even before we did. So often I asked her about something and it had all been sorted without us being involved. She evidently really cares about delivering an excellent service. Her network of contractors who helped physically create the party were second to none. All delivered on time without any fuss. They just got on with the job. We really enjoyed working with Georgie - she made it fun, taking all the stress away and just allowing us to enjoy the run up to the party and relax once it was over. Freya is a phenomenal Wedding Planner. I had the pleasure of working with Freya at Karina & Mat's wedding this summer as a Photographer, and she was super professional, friendly, approachable and the whole wedding went by amazingly. Wedding - May 2024. Freya worked with us on our wedding for over 18 months. She created our mood board, and then we used her a month of coordination service. Communication was great, and execution was 10/10 As a perfectionist, and also working in corporate events myself, it was never going to be easy to hand the reigns over to someone else, however Freya made me feel confident that i could. Letting me manage as much or as little as i needed to, but also running oversight over everything to ensure nothing was missed. Friendly, approachable and understanding, Freya just made the whole wedding planning experience smooth. Always on hand to help/ advise should I need it. All suppliers have given great feedback on Freya and even with the Rain changing our wedding vision and plans only 4 hours before the ceremony, Freya managed to give us the execution of our wedding day as close to our vision as we could get. on hand to be my eyes and ears on the day, and on top of everything as and when it happened - including repairing my ripped wedding dress! I cannot tell you just how important it was to have the Team on the day, so we could really be present and enjoy our special day with our loved ones! We booked Freya for our second wedding celebration, which took place at Botleys Mansion in Chertsey, Surrey in June 2023. Freya provided partial wedding planning services from approx. 6 months prior to our wedding (at which point I was still busily planning our first wedding that was due to take place in March 2023 in Los Angeles, so was sometimes slow to reply but Freya remained patient & understanding & continued to stay on top of everything that was required at that stage), and also produced a design brief based on detailed vision I provided, along with my Pinterest boards. Freya was detailed throughout the planning process and was always so pleasant to deal with. Our Zoom calls were always productive & I felt like Freya really understood everything I explained & she was patient and passionate. One the day of our wedding, Freya had an assistant. We're most glad that we also hired Freya to sing my processional song for the ceremony - we truly were SO glad we did. Not only did Freya sound absolutely amazing, she absolutely looked the part. She ensured she was dressed according to the aesthetics of our wedding & was fully self-sufficient in setting up her own PA system. We cannot recommend Freya highly enough. We would not have had the wedding of our dreams without her and the assistance of her partner Danny. We had a firm vision for our Christmas wedding and were very hands-on leading up to the big day. However, we wanted to be able to enjoy the day itself without worrying about the logistics and so booked Freya's "The Month Of Coordination Package". Thank goodness that we did! Not only did she expertly provide the services that we expected but she far exceeded our expectations in ways that we did not even know that we needed. From the first moment that Freya got involved, we knew that we were in safe hands. She was a dream to work with, quick to understand our vision and displayed the professionalism, flexibility and attention to detail that allowed us to have full confidence in her. She is an exceptional communicator, with the rare quality of a warm and friendly style whilst still being able to be firm when needed to get the job done. She is a very effective, highly organised operator as demonstrated by her dealings with our venue and vendors. All were highly complimentary about her. On the day itself, we had a complicated Christmas set-up including 9 large Christmas trees that needed placing into stands, a huge number of candelabras, candles, fairy lights, garland and wreaths in addition to other traditional wedding decor. Having not organized an event of this size before ourselves, we underestimated the effort that it would take to pull it off. There is no way that it could have happened to the quality that it did without Freya and Danny. Not only did they work very hard to make it all happen, they did so in a way that was entirely invisible to ourselves and the wedding guests. It was magical for everyone to experience the end result, exactly as we had dreamed of it, as if it had been effortlessly materialized by Christmas wedding elves. We especially appreciated Freya's attention to detail. Even during the Herculaneum task of the set-up, she cared enough about the small details to make time for them which made all the difference for us. I hired the wedding lights for a week. Urban wedding lights went above and beyond with their service. They put the lights up for 2 extra days free of charge. The best company out there for lights. 6 metre drop is the lights they have and the lights are very good quality compared to other companies out there. The lights looked absolutely amazing and i highly recommend this company.

there was a slight problem with some of the flowers we asked for. When checking how things were going the morning of our wedding they were setting up some of the rose Garlands and it was full of white flowers which I did not ask for they said they would do their best to cover up the white flowers .i explained i never asked for them in the first place, you could not see the white flowers in the end but there were other red flowers in the mix which I did not want we asked only for roses which was in the paperwork this added unnecessary worry on my wedding day.

A perfect addition to our day. KC Weddings supplied the chiavari chairs for our wedding at Lympne Castle in April 2023. They were absolutely brilliant. We needed the chairs to be moved after the ceremony from the ceremony hall to the main hall and they were able to accomodate this without any problem. Arranging the details with KC was super easy and stress free and the chairs looked beautiful. I would highly recommend KC for any event. Thank you Team for adding your magic to our special day.

Great service and great quality. These balloons were bought on 30April for my sons birthday on the Sunday. Picture 1 taken on the Sunday so 1 day old. Picture 2 taken today 29.5 and still going strong!!!!

I've used event planners several times before for balloons. Most recently last Saturday for my sons 4th birthday. Large blue 4 helium balloon and several clusters of multi coloured latex helium. Staff understood straight away what I wanted. Arrived at venue on time , very efficient, very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Excellent service, definitely recommend 👌👍🏼

I always go to this shop for my kids birthday balloons! Their balloons last for ages! (literally, I end up having to pop them after a month as they're still bobbing around my house!). They have a great variety of not only balloons but cards, decorations, fancy dress, party bag gifts, bouncy castle hire... the list is endless! If they haven't got something you'll be guaranteed they'll know where to get it! I'm lucky to have this shop in the same village I live in, but even if they weren't I'd happily travel! Parking is really easy and staff really friendly! Highly recommend!
