They were incredible from the beginning to end, from initial zoom calls to the wedding night. When looking for our wedding coordinators I knew as soon as I spoke to Lauren that Bluebird Creative where the one, she filled me with confidence and I instantly felt relaxed knowing we were in good hands! And on our wedding day both Lauren and Tash were amazing, so efficient and on top of everything.Our friends and family mentioned how lovely and great they were too. Where do I start! Lauren & her team were amazing from start to finish and our Wedding wouldn't have been the same without her! I used Bluebird Creative for the 'month of' wedding co-ordination and Lauren met us at the venue to run through every bit of detail we wanted on the day. She then took over all the suppliers we'd booked and created an amazing timeline. She was there all day on the Wedding day and was always checking in on me and my husband and her attention to detail was amazing. We had so many comments from family and friends to say how great she was too! As someone who works in events, I thought I’d be able to handle the wedding planning all on my own, but with 7 weeks to go, I panicked and reached out to Lauren at Bluebird Creative. After one conversation with her, we knew Bluebird would be fabulous and asked them to help us with on the day event coordination (and gosh we are sooo glad we did so!). Everything in those final 6 weeks was so smoothly run by Bluebird and then on the day, we didn’t have to think of a thing, they had it handled and fully understood our vision to make it a reality! Coco supported us and she was a 20 out of 10! On the day, she was professional, supportive, fun and a true expert! We couldn’t haven’t had the amazing day without Bluebird, I really can’t recommend them enough!!

During our initial planning meeting we discussed lots of ideas and after this, they really listened, created and delivered as we were stunned with the outcome! Bellissima Days are amazing, they have lovely creative ideas and helped bring our wedding together. The decor at our wedding venue looked stunning and was as ascetically pleasing as we had dreamed of. The flowers and bouquets were perfect and the tables were gorgeous, we had lots of compliments. Everything ran so smoothly and it really did take away any stresses from me on the morning, we couldn't have asked for better so thank you so much.

We can't thank Dani and Issi enough for how beautiful they made our day. Choosing someone to style and provide flowers for our day was one of our biggest challenges. We found that most styling companies would give us a price list and expect us to plan our day based on that instead of actually being shown anything. We were getting quite frustrated until someone who was getting married at the same venue as us, suggested Bellissima Days! From the first email until the last everything seemed so easy! We had an initial call with the girls to discuss our theme, likes and dislikes and before we knew it we had received a vision board of our day. Once we had an idea of what we wanted, we visited the girls who had set up a table of what we had discussed and were given the chance to make any changes we wanted. It was so nice to see a snippet of our day. However, when the day finally arrived it was even better than we could imagine! It was what we had asked for and more. A few of things we would definitely recommend to anyone planning their day would be: 1.Coloured glasses are a must! Even if it is just the water glass 2.Coloured napkins add such a nice touch to your table 3.Real flowers! Walking into our ceremony room and smelling our flowers is something I will never forget. Every time I smell real flowers now just brings that day back into our mind. 4.Trust both Dani and Issi. They know what the are talking about and if you are to spend money on something on the day, make sure it's your styling and flowers. 5.Book Bellissima Days with no hesitation.You will not regret it!

Our wedding was made all the more special and beautiful because of them From the first time we met at the Horsley Towers wedding fare, until the morning after the wedding, they were so helpful and accommodating and just made my vision come to life. We had the pleasure of working with Freya over the past year for our wedding which took place 27th July in Bath, and cannot recommend her enough! We booked Freya for our second wedding celebration, which took place at Botleys Mansion in Chertsey, Surrey in June 2023. Freya provided partial wedding planning services from approx. 6 months prior to our wedding (at which point I was still busily planning our first wedding that was due to take place in March 2023 in Los Angeles, so was sometimes slow to reply but Freya remained patient & understanding & continued to stay on top of everything that was required at that stage), and also produced a design brief based on detailed vision I provided, along with my Pinterest boards. Freya was detailed throughout the planning process and was always so pleasant to deal with. Our Zoom calls were always productive & I felt like Freya really understood everything I explained & she was patient and passionate. One the day of our wedding, Freya had an assistant. We're most glad that we also hired Freya to sing my processional song for the ceremony - we truly were SO glad we did. Not only did Freya sound absolutely amazing, she absolutely looked the part. She ensured she was dressed according to the aesthetics of our wedding & was fully self-sufficient in setting up her own PA system. We cannot recommend Freya highly enough. We would not have had the wedding of our dreams without her and the assistance of her partner Danny. We had a firm vision for our Christmas wedding and were very hands-on leading up to the big day. However, we wanted to be able to enjoy the day itself without worrying about the logistics and so booked Freya's "The Month Of Coordination Package". Thank goodness that we did! Not only did she expertly provide the services that we expected but she far exceeded our expectations in ways that we did not even know that we needed. From the first moment that Freya got involved, we knew that we were in safe hands. She was a dream to work with, quick to understand our vision and displayed the professionalism, flexibility and attention to detail that allowed us to have full confidence in her. She is an exceptional communicator, with the rare quality of a warm and friendly style whilst still being able to be firm when needed to get the job done. She is a very effective, highly organised operator as demonstrated by her dealings with our venue and vendors. All were highly complimentary about her. On the day itself, we had a complicated Christmas set-up including 9 large Christmas trees that needed placing into stands, a huge number of candelabras, candles, fairy lights, garland and wreaths in addition to other traditional wedding decor. Having not organized an event of this size before ourselves, we underestimated the effort that it would take to pull it off. There is no way that it could have happened to the quality that it did without Freya and Danny. Not only did they work very hard to make it all happen, they did so in a way that was entirely invisible to ourselves and the wedding guests. It was magical for everyone to experience the end result, exactly as we had dreamed of it, as if it had been effortlessly materialized by Christmas wedding elves. We especially appreciated Freya's attention to detail. Even during the Herculaneum task of the set-up, she cared enough about the small details to make time for them which made all the difference for us. We were recommended by upwaltham barns (our chosen venue) to use to have and to hire. We are so glad we did! Everything turned out perfectly. I had my wedding on 31st October 2024 so wanted to go with the autumnal theme with a few pumpkins added. They did not disappoint, everything was beautiful. I certainly wouldn’t have been able to do this myself, they captured my vision perfectly throughout the whole venue. Thank you very much for helping to make our day perfect!❤️

We used TH&TH for some decorative elements at our wedding in Sussex in August and could not be happier with the service. We chose to hire some floral/decorative elements as well as a lounge set for the barn style venue and the pieces worked so well with our theme - the photo spot which was decorated by the team was particularly popular with our guests and we've got some amazing photos and memories. Me and my partner got married on the 17th of July at the beautiful Brookfield Barn venue. As soon as we booked in our date I booked us in for a meeting with the lovely team at To Have and To Hire. From start to finish we had the best experience. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful, answering any questions I had and helping us to make the best decisions with the vision we had in mind. On the big day, the entire team put my mind at ease with their super fast set up but with an extreme attention to detail! Not only did they perfect our vision perfectly, but they even allowed us to use some of their spare faux flowers to decorate my own sweet cart so that it would tie in with the rest of the flower arrangements on our tables! Our guests complemented every inch of the styling, from the beautiful faux flowers that lined our aisle, to the mixture of high and low centre pieces which allowed people to speak freely and easily around the room. The team even ensured that the chair sashes and table runners matched my colour scheme perfectly! The team created some real statement pieces, these being the utterly jaw dropping faux flower wisteria ceiling with matching wisteria trees, creating a stunning fairytale feel to the barn, and the lovely memorial ladder complete with Bay tree and candles for all our beloved family members who could not be with us. All these things, combined with the cake hoop, the unique table plan and the welcome sign, all with matching florals, tied everything together beautifully and made for a truly magical wedding day and we can't thank To Have and To Hire enough for that, we are forever grateful. You really did make our special day just that extra bit special 🤍 can't recommend TH&TH enough! 🤍

To Have & To Hire did our decoration for our 2 day wedding at Buxted Park Hotel and East Sussex National. They did such an amazing job on both days to help our vision come to life, but what impressed us the most, was our multicultural wedding for the second day. We were wanting a traditional Asian set-up and specifically after a “Mandap” which they had never done before. The Mandap looked incredible and was exactly what we wanted. It wowed all the guests and the centrepieces looked incredible too with some people thinking that the flowers were real! A massive thank you to Sara, Michelle and the team for being the best, super helpful and very communicative throughout the whole process. It helped to make planning a 2-day wedding seamless.

Everyone really enjoyed the game; it was a great team building exercise that really demonstrated our different skills and highlighted the competitive members! Our host was really motivating and very helpful to the teams that called on her for support during the game. Having never even experienced an escape room in person I wasn’t sure how well it would run virtually but I was really surprised how well it went and how being virtual didn’t put us at a disadvantage in coming together as a team to complete the game.

They were extremely professional and many of the staff who were initially reticent to have a 'teambuilding' day were keen to have another after this. We did the Level Up event and it was fast paced and extremely fun! It had something for everyone and so many laughs!

So glad we chose White Rhino - from the first enquiry, through the tailored booking, the communication was excellent. On the day, Dan and Sam were both absolutely brilliant. Their organisation and delivery were perfectly pitched to our team and everyone LOVED the bake off! This was part of a strategic away day and set the tone perfectly. We had a really engaged and productive day, and the team are still buzzing from the team building event.

I would like to say a huge thank you to White Rhino for a great Molecular Canapes and Cocktails event. We had an amazing time and Paul was brilliant. The session was informative and lots of fun. Full dance floor all night!! Guests ranging from 24 years old to 78 years old and everyone was dancing all night! Steve did a fab job to keep the party flowing from the first dance to the last. We gave him a huge task with such a variety of music, including songs that aren’t everyone’s taste and he made everything flow perfectly building up to certain genres. I want another wedding just for the dancing!! Would highly recommend! X

AMAZING! Steve provided beautiful draping and an incredible mirror ball for our wedding at Hampton Court House on 28th July and we were blown away! Despite it being quite a tricky job with lots of existing lights Steve made it look absolutely beautiful and I was blown away when we first saw it all! All our guests commented on how stunning it looked

Steve provided the music, lights and a photo mirror for a large black tie family event for us recently. He was 100% professional, delivered everything we ordered, on time to a fantastic standard. We had an age range 15-65 to celebrate an 18th birthday... the music was spot on - dancing all night with out cheesy call outs or encouragement. He seems to be able to read the room and just know what's right. As well this Steve helped out when there was an unexpected hiccup for another supplier - he mucked in, no fuss, no drama. we will definitely use Steve again and can't recommend highly enough. Thank you for making an important family occasion so memorable.

We used Surrey events hire for our wedding, Steve was the DJ along with his colleague and also provided the photo booth. The team was fabulous throughout, Steve played our pre arranged song requests as well as songs that he thought would be most appropriate and we were not disappointed! Our guests are still commenting on how good the DJ was and the songs that were played, they loved it! We booked Ella for both decor and on-the-day coordination at our wedding at Northbrook Park and we could not have been happier! She was absolutely brilliant through the whole process, accommodating our ever-changing ideas and helping us to source a few things that she didn’t stock. We met at her studio to choose decor and she really helped us to imagine how it might look on the day, making really good suggestions aligned to our style preferences. In the last few weeks before the wedding we met at the venue to do a full run-through of the day, which really helped to bring it to life in our minds. It was one of our favourite parts of the planning process. On the day, Ella did an amazing job of setting everything up so beautifully (I can’t believe she can do so much on her own!), remembering every tiny detail and making some last minute decisions where needed. The day ran so smoothly and that is entirely down to Ella’s organisation. She was on top of everything, keeping the day to schedule and letting us relax and enjoy it. We initially thought that we’d be able to manage without a coordinator but looking back we don’t know what we’d have done without Ella; we cannot recommend booking her enough.

We hired lots of Ella’s items to bring our wedding vision to life and also asked her to coordinate our day at Grittenham Barn. We always say it’s the best money we spent, she set various items up for us, most notably the ceremony area, took a lovely video of everything that I cherish. We weren’t sure our venue would coordinate and didn’t think our best men and bridesmaids would do it so using Ella was just dreamy. She made everything perfect.
