We were so happy that we chose Bluebird Creative to be our on the day Co-ordinators. they were great from start to finish and the day would not have been as amazing as it was without them. Originally we had used Lauren's toolkit to help plan the wedding and this was extremely helpful. We knew we wanted to enjoy the day as much as possible and once we had consulted with Lauren we knew she was the perfect fit to be with us on our special day. She is super friendly, fun, organised and understood exactly how we wanted to make our day personal to us. We had to postpone due to Covid restrictions and Lauren was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. We had our final meeting with Lauren to finalise every detail of the day and we trusted her so much that we let her know what was really important to us and then gave her free reign and creative control over how everything else was laid out through the venue. We trusted that with her amazing creative eye she would make the place look magical with what we provided. On the day Lauren and Louise did the most amazing job organising suppliers, setting up and making sure everything ran smoothly. If anything went wrong on the day, we had no idea as Lauren and Louise had everything under control, they were so calm and friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble. When we came into the Great Hall after our ceremony and saw how they had laid out the tables, we were delighted, it was better than we had imagined and it looked amazing. We would highly recommend Bluebird Creative to anyone looking to have an amazing team with them who really ensure that your special day is individual to you. They truly care about each individual couple and making the day the best it can be, this shows in their work and we had so many compliments throughout the day from guests about how great they were. As someone who works in events, I thought I’d be able to handle the wedding planning all on my own, but with 7 weeks to go, I panicked and reached out to Lauren at Bluebird Creative. After one conversation with her, we knew Bluebird would be fabulous and asked them to help us with on the day event coordination (and gosh we are sooo glad we did so!). Everything in those final 6 weeks was so smoothly run by Bluebird and then on the day, we didn’t have to think of a thing, they had it handled and fully understood our vision to make it a reality! Coco supported us and she was a 20 out of 10! On the day, she was professional, supportive, fun and a true expert! Where do I start! Lauren & her team were amazing from start to finish and our Wedding wouldn't have been the same without her! I used Bluebird Creative for the 'month of' wedding co-ordination and Lauren met us at the venue to run through every bit of detail we wanted on the day. She then took over all the suppliers we'd booked and created an amazing timeline. She was there all day on the Wedding day and was always checking in on me and my husband and her attention to detail was amazing. We had so many comments from family and friends to say how great she was too! I honestly don't think the day would have been the same without her and it took so much pressure off of me as the bride knowing that everything was going just the way we wanted it and no problem was too big for her! We hired Helen as our “day of” wedding coordinator but luckily for us it was more like “month of”. My wife and I wanted to plan everything but then we needed help with the lead up to and the day of our wedding. Helen swooped in a month before our wedding and helped us SO much. I was very nervous and anxious about the day going well and Helen was the reason why it went perfectly. She is absolutely fantastic at what she does and I’m so grateful. Several wedding guests sought us out to tell us “that Helen lady was amazing!” She was always close by for anything that needed doing and was gracefully orchestrating the whole day with calm confidence. She was exactly who we needed.

We cannot thank Helen enough for all the support she gave us on the lead up to our wedding, but more importantly, on the day. We hired Helen to do the ‘day-co-ordination’ but she was always there beforehand to ask any questions or just run ideas past. Helen also supplied the table service staff which was great to have all logistics under Helen herself. The knowledge and passion Helen has for these events is very clear and we know that the day wouldn’t have run as smoothly if we didn’t have her there. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I say this because these are just a handle of the things she did for my husband and I in the lead up to and the day of our wedding. To say she went above and beyond just doesn’t do it justice! My husband was initially skeptical when I decided to work with a wedding planner - his thoughts now? “Hiring Helen is the best money we’ve ever spent, the wedding would not have happened without her help!” My wedding has been one of the greatest days of my life and it would not have gone so smoothly without Helen’s calming presence, firm but friendly leadership and very warm smile. Our guests really felt she was a part of a wedding. Book her before she gets booked up!!!

We used h squared for our wedding in July 2024 and we honestly can’t recommend them enough! It was a very “DIY” day so we were worried about switching off from planning mode to just enjoy it. Helen put us at ease in the lead up, advising and helping with issues and Isobel could not have been more helpful in the week leading up to the wedding and the day itself. She was around in the lead up and helped us anticipate potential issues before they arose. She was in control of the whole day but somehow blended into the background. We were aware of her being there keeping everything ticking along without feeling like we were being ordered around. If you are planning any event any time soon, h squared is the way to go, what a team! She even found out our favourite drinks and met us at the end of the aisle with them (photo attached!) We booked Ella for both decor and on-the-day coordination at our wedding at Northbrook Park and we could not have been happier! She was absolutely brilliant through the whole process, accommodating our ever-changing ideas and helping us to source a few things that she didn’t stock. We met at her studio to choose decor and she really helped us to imagine how it might look on the day, making really good suggestions aligned to our style preferences. In the last few weeks before the wedding we met at the venue to do a full run-through of the day, which really helped to bring it to life in our minds. It was one of our favourite parts of the planning process. On the day, Ella did an amazing job of setting everything up so beautifully (I can’t believe she can do so much on her own!), remembering every tiny detail and making some last minute decisions where needed. The day ran so smoothly and that is entirely down to Ella’s organisation. She was on top of everything, keeping the day to schedule and letting us relax and enjoy it. We initially thought that we’d be able to manage without a coordinator but looking back we don’t know what we’d have done without Ella; we cannot recommend booking her enough.

We hired lots of Ella’s items to bring our wedding vision to life and also asked her to coordinate our day at Grittenham Barn. We always say it’s the best money we spent, she set various items up for us, most notably the ceremony area, took a lovely video of everything that I cherish. We weren’t sure our venue would coordinate and didn’t think our best men and bridesmaids would do it so using Ella was just dreamy. She made everything perfect.

Ella was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She provided an excellent service and was so helpful with all the small details and the running of the day. We also hired some lovely bits from her which looked great, and her communication was brilliant. I really recommend Surrey Wedding Company!

Full dance floor all night!! Guests ranging from 24 years old to 78 years old and everyone was dancing all night! Steve did a fab job to keep the party flowing from the first dance to the last. We gave him a huge task with such a variety of music, including songs that aren’t everyone’s taste and he made everything flow perfectly building up to certain genres. I want another wedding just for the dancing!! Would highly recommend! X

AMAZING! Steve provided beautiful draping and an incredible mirror ball for our wedding at Hampton Court House on 28th July and we were blown away! Despite it being quite a tricky job with lots of existing lights Steve made it look absolutely beautiful and I was blown away when we first saw it all! All our guests commented on how stunning it looked

Surrey Event Services recently provided a fantastic DJ - Jeremy, for our wedding reception. He mixed the tracks seamlessly and we all spent hours happily dancing the night away! He was a lovely guy and set up and tided away very quickly and professionally.

We used Surrey events hire for our wedding, Steve was the DJ along with his colleague and also provided the photo booth. The team was fabulous throughout, Steve played our pre arranged song requests as well as songs that he thought would be most appropriate and we were not disappointed! Our guests are still commenting on how good the DJ was and the songs that were played, they loved it! Steve was professional throughout and also seemed to enjoy the vibe which made it super special for us! Thanks again Steve and the team, hopefully see you again soon! Sophia & Fred x

From the moment we met Carla and James to discuss our wedding plans, they listened to what our ideas were, gave us great options, and offered an impeccable service. We had a reception in a marquee, so they needed to bring everything with them, and they did - they didn't forget a thing! They visited the site several weeks before to familiarise themselves with where they would be working, and then Carla arrived on site the day before and set all the tables. On the day, the team arrived en-mass, setting up the hog roast and making sure it was cooked to perfection. The entire team were brilliant, every one of our guests said how lovely the caterers were, and nothing was too much trouble; one our our friends is also a celebrity chef and he was so impressed with the quality of the food served at the reception. Because we were having so much fun our timings went adrift, (our fault entirely!), we had a quick word with Carla and straight away she reacted, changed a few things, and we were able to regain that time and get us back on track. Carla worked with us with regard to other things we had booked from other suppliers (like Candy Floss), when these vendors arrived she showed them where they were to set up and looked after them to ensure we didn't have to worry about it. We can't recommend Carla, James and the team enough, and if we did it all over again we not change a thing that they did.

Tipsy Pigs ran the catering for our recent wedding in Woking. It was in a Village Hall so we were a little in the dark about what it would all take to feed 100 people, but they immediately reassured us that it was all possible, what equipment we'd need and helped us anticipate various scenarios. Once we'd selected our menu choices (canapés, three-course meal with three options for mains and evening pizza station), it was plain sailing and Carla and team turned up as planned, set up the room, worked perfectly to timings and our guests all said how much they loved the food. We've had lots of people say how lovely the waiters and waitresses were too. They also provided a cocktail bar for us in their vintage truck, and served drinks all night from a fully-stocked bar. We felt they went over and beyond for us, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding caterer.

I held a surprise 40th birthday party at Seasons Cafe with The Tipsy Pigs. I am so happy with how the event went, everyone commented on how delicious the food was - we had a finger buffet! Sausage rolls especially had many positive comments! James was very helpful with initial organisation and catering to my budget needs etc. Initially I was really stressed about the organising of the party, decor etc but went into Seasons and spoke to Carla, she helped me massively and really put my worries to rest! She is an absolute credit to the business, she was so so helpful, kind and nothing was too much trouble for her. I really think the event for me would have been very different if it wasn’t for Carla as she really relieved any stress I had. The staff were fantastic on the night, from helping us with the balloons and setting up decor, to the bar staff on the evening. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The venue itself was perfect, we had about 65 guests and I was worried the venue would be too big and feel empty but you have many options with the space, there are walls that can be pulled across to create a more intimate space etc. If you are thinking of booking Seasons with The Tipsy Pigs for your event, book it! Location was perfect, plenty of parking etc and really easy to find! We will definitely use again for any future parties or events and will be recommending to friends for theirs, everyone who attended was very impressed!

We booked the Tipsy Pigs almost 2 years ago for our wedding this weekend just gone, and we had been looking forward to the food ever since the pre-wedding food tasting. We can’t thank James & his team enough for looking after our guests (all 117 of them). The food looked and tasted amazing, and the staff were so professional and on the ball with serving our canapés, drinks and keeping everyone happy. Our venue didn’t have an on site kitchen so the catering team had to bring all equipment such as ovens, fridges etc and work from a small tent but you would never have known this as the day went off seamlessly. A huge thank you to the event manager, Laura for making our tables look so beautiful and working in the heat the day before, getting everything set up. We would recommend the Tipsy Pigs to anyone for their wedding or event. The menus choices are amazing and we also felt that they are so reasonably priced for the incredible service and food quality that they provide. There aren’t enough superlatives to sufficiently describe Apollo events. My sisters and I all had our 21st birthdays with them and as a result our family now has a reputation for the parties we throw. All the credit has to go to Tim and his team who just manage to create the most incredible nights every time without fail!!!

As a regular photographer with this organisation, I have witnessed numerous events for Tim and Apollo. They are meticulously planned, beautifully designed and executed. I have never known a client that isn't blown away by the parties and corporate events that Tim and his team provide.

I had the privilege of attending a retreat that was catered by RIU, and wow what an amazing experience. Martine truly is an absolute genius in the kitchen, everything she prepared was fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. Such a range of local ingredients and interesting dishes that I enjoyed every mouthful of! Really helpful service also. Couldn’t have had a better experience, will definitely be using RIU for my next event.

I was so happy I booked Martine to cater for a family birthday celebration. She was so lovely to speak to prior to the event when we discussed menu choices. On the evening of the family dinner Martine and Gemma served a delicious meal - eating the main course was the quietest part of the evening as everyone was enjoying the delicious pie! I would have no hesitation in recommending Russell It Up Catering and would definitely book again.

We used RIU events to cater for our work Christmas party and everything was perfect! Food was absolutely delicious and all delivered easily and on time. Martine was a pleasure to work with - I would recommend them to anyone to use for their own event.

Martine is a really great chef, the presentation is phenomenal and she also is really thorough in communication. Any dietary requests were met. Something I personally enjoyed was how she is able to minimise waste and reuse any left over food to turn them into more tasty meals!
