Steve provided the music, lights and a photo mirror for a large black tie family event for us recently. He was 100% professional, delivered everything we ordered, on time to a fantastic standard. We had an age range 15-65 to celebrate an 18th birthday... the music was spot on - dancing all night with out cheesy call outs or encouragement. He seems to be able to read the room and just know what's right. As well this Steve helped out when there was an unexpected hiccup for another supplier - he mucked in, no fuss, no drama. we will definitely use Steve again and can't recommend highly enough. Thank you for making an important family occasion so memorable.

Full dance floor all night!! Guests ranging from 24 years old to 78 years old and everyone was dancing all night! Steve did a fab job to keep the party flowing from the first dance to the last. We gave him a huge task with such a variety of music, including songs that aren’t everyone’s taste and he made everything flow perfectly building up to certain genres. I want another wedding just for the dancing!! Would highly recommend! X

We used Surrey events hire for our wedding, Steve was the DJ along with his colleague and also provided the photo booth. The team was fabulous throughout, Steve played our pre arranged song requests as well as songs that he thought would be most appropriate and we were not disappointed! Our guests are still commenting on how good the DJ was and the songs that were played, they loved it! Surrey Event Services recently provided a fantastic DJ - Jeremy, for our wedding reception. He mixed the tracks seamlessly and we all spent hours happily dancing the night away! He was a lovely guy and set up and tided away very quickly and professionally.

We hired Helen for our on the day coordinator for our wedding and could not have made a better decision! From the initial site visit, we could tell Helen was competent and experienced from the questions she was asking and she helped us think of things we wouldn't have otherwise. She coordinated all of the glass hire which was so helpful, and also brought lots of things for use at the wedding which helped both logistically and financially, like all of the water jugs for the tables. On the day, Helen and her staff worked extremely hard and followed all my sometimes detailed, sometimes vague, instructions. They did everything from reception drinks, lighting candles, replenishing bottles on tables, cutting and distributing cake, running the evening bar, dealing with toilet emergencies (!), coordinating with the band, and most importantly cleaning up, really well. She even made sure my and my husband's waters were always topped up and we got the cake flavour we wanted! Where she had to take initiative due to vague instructions, she did easily with no fuss, and the whole day ran very smoothly thanks to her. We also had her help for the brunch the next day where she was an absolute godsend, setting up a brunch for 50 people with just one other person. We genuinely would have struggled without her on both days. Our guests also specifically commented on how great the staff were. I highly, highly recommend to any brides (or anyone running an event) looking for help in the lead up or especially on the day of the wedding. I didn't think I needed anyone initially, and I was wrong! Hire Helen!

What can I say except 'We could not have done it without Helen'!! When arranging our wedding ourselves (a garden party on our friends farm) I really needed someone the take charge of the day and Helen did not disappoint. From the beginning she was responsive, helped me find suppliers and provided invaluable advice! The day itself was a dream, EVERYTHING was looked after from decorations, keeping the bar stocked, serving drinks and food and just making sure everything ran smoothly! We had the best day. We couldn’t recommend Helen highly enough. Every step of the way Helen was supportive and guided us through the whole process. After every phone call she put me at ease and I felt a sigh of relief that everything was going in the right direction. The day before our wedding, Helen met us at the venue to do a handover and from that point onwards I was able to totally relax and enjoy this special time with my husband-to-be and all of our family and friends knowing our day was in the safe hands of Helen. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. There was some confusion about the tableware which was organised by myself, however superwomen Helen took control of the situation and managed to source everything we needed the day of (with a little help from her lovely husband who was the delivery man!). I would not have known anything what had happened BTS until after the wedding, for this we are so grateful. We had the best weekend of our lives and this wouldn’t have been possible without Helen, thank you for everything!

These guys are amazing! We just had Helen and her team at our wedding last weekend. In the run up Helen was so helpful and we had great communication. On the day, the team were so friendly and so helpful, we couldn’t fault them in the slightest. Everything ran perfectly smoothly, speaking to our guests during and after the wedding, we have had so many compliments saying it was the most well organised wedding they’d been to and that Helen’s crew were so lovely and generally just the best! They worked brilliantly with our caterer, I don’t think you’d know they were actually separate companies. They were happy to put out our snacks during the drinks reception and our evening buffet we had organised the evening before, which meant the whole wedding party could actually relax and enjoy the party. Helen was happy to order in some specific alcohol I knew us and the guests would like to drink. If I was ever planning an event I would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone. After our wedding we’ve been asked by many of our friends, what advice would we give them on the big day, what would we not go without.. Without a doubt our number 1 thing we’ve said back has been Precious and her team. We had Green Lilly events do on the day day planning for us, after many months of crazy stress trying to work out how to plan and run a wedding, have Green Lilly come in and take over was beyond amazing. For us, what made Green Lilly a step ahead of other wedding planners, was an amazing ability to know how to guide the wedding, give such invaluable advice (which genuinely made the day better) but also to really respect what we wanted and help make that happen. Precious and Sean brought my 30th Birthday dreams to life! I am not the easiest person to plan a party for as I am very paticular and am a HUGE perfectionist but Precious understood the assignment. We had meetings to discuss my vision and a whatsapp chat to keep an open channel of communication which was perfect. We worked within my budget and Precious helped me make every penny count, It can be so easy to overlook details in planning but everything was thought of. On the week of the party I felt like I had my own PA's I was able to relax and enjoy while all the set up, vendors etc was handled - even last minute runs to the shop. On the night it was INCREDIBLE, the team were so attentive to me and my guests ensuring everything was perfect at all times. I have never attended such a well organised event. Will 10000000% use them again in the future.

Mirage Parties just organised and planned our wedding day. Julia and Christian were the dream team at the helm, innovating while paying attention to every little detail. With 160 guests, and three tents for ceremony, dinner and dance respectively, it was no easy feat. They kept the flow of people moving, but also keeping smiles on faces, not just of us, but of every single guest! Would recommend in a heartbeat.

"Best 18th ever!!" Mirage were superb. They organised an amazing nightclub in our garden which exceeded all expectations. Everyone is still talking about it weeks later. The marquee was unbelievable; just stunning, the food was excellent, cocktails delicious (Woo Woo is everyone's new favourite cocktail, even the boys!), the staff were so nice and DJ Scott kept the dance floor full the whole evening. Faultless organisation from start to finish and birthday girl is left with amazing memories of an unforgettable night. She is still smiling! Thank you so much, Mirage.

Bespoke worked tirelessly to pull together our perfect August marquee wedding. We had a relatively small budget to work with which Karianne worked so hard to match and in the end we were extremely happy with how our budget was used. The field itself has a beautiful view and Karianne managed to find the best vendors (DJ, mobile bar, marquee, even toilets!!) to match our theme and budget. Even on the day, she was there to make sure everything went seamlessly. We cannot thank Bespoke enough for the best wedding ever!

We had a wonderful wedding celebration at Bespoke at Littleton Manor Farm last month. The setting is unique and beautiful, and really made an impression on our guests. Karianne worked with us from the beginning to bring our vision to life. The event came together in a way that felt authentic to us, and went off without a hitch. It's a lot of work planning an event with such a blank canvas, but the end result came out better than we could have imagined.

Our wedding last year was amazing, in no small part due to the hard work and excellent organisation from Eve and the team at Bespoke Events Management. With so much to plan and coordinate, it was such a stress-relief to have our scheduled catch ups, planning advice their ability to sort out those annoying tricky issues that always come up. We had decided on a Marquee and Hog Roast, with Glamping for guests staying overnight, and Bespoke made it straight forward and easy to see the options, offer advice on sourcing and price, and get all the details exactly as we wanted. During the wedding day, Eve was on hand throughout to make sure everything was running smoothly, wrangling with surly caterers and giving us a fantastic start to our married life! The 5 stars are all for the wonderful Eve! I honestly can't say enough good things about her — she was absolutely invaluable throughout the entire wedding planning process. From the very beginning, Eve was incredibly supportive, always there to offer guidance and keep me on track. She even helped me pull off a huge surprise for my husband, which was no small feat! On the big day, Eve made sure everything ran smoothly. She was constantly running around, keeping everything organized and handling any hiccups with such calm and grace. And even when the waiters (who were honestly a bit of a disaster — my fault, not Eve’s) needed help, she jumped right in to make sure things didn’t fall apart. If I were ever to plan a wedding again (though I really hope I don’t have to!), there’s no doubt that I would want Eve on my team. She truly made the day unforgettable and took so much stress off my shoulders. I couldn’t have done it without her!

A wonderful venue with the most beautiful gardens. I come here every year as a stall holder at their fabulous Christmas fair and it’s the perfect setting for it.

The Old Rectory Estate is the most beautiful venue. We had so many comments from our guests about how lovely the place was and how the gardens are so beautifully maintained. A perfect choice for our wedding ceremony. The marquee was fabulously decorated and a great spot for the evening reception. Ben's bar was a big hit for those who loved a cocktail. Tony, Ben, the family and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We are so glad we chose it for our wedding venue.

We booked the Old Rectory Estate almost 2 years ago for our wedding. It was the only venue that we viewed and we fell in love with it. What a venue! As a guest of a wedding yesterday, you cannot ask for a more picturesque setting with well manicured, beautiful gardens, all whilst feeling homely and not intimidating to feel comfortable! Huge thanks to the owner Tony for chatting to us and telling us about the property as well as the catering team who were friendly, welcoming and attentive. This is a wonderful property to enjoy in itself, and even better when celebrating a marriage! Keep up the fantastic work!

Daniel did a fantastic job of kitting out our event in London. We hired a green carpet (instead of the traditional red) and large light up 1-0 (coloured in green, perfect for our forest theme). Daniel provided us the systems and microphones we needed for the smooth running of our talking panel. We hired lots of Ella’s items to bring our wedding vision to life and also asked her to coordinate our day at Grittenham Barn. We always say it’s the best money we spent, she set various items up for us, most notably the ceremony area, took a lovely video of everything that I cherish. We weren’t sure our venue would coordinate and didn’t think our best men and bridesmaids would do it so using Ella was just dreamy. She made everything perfect.

We booked Ella for both decor and on-the-day coordination at our wedding at Northbrook Park and we could not have been happier! She was absolutely brilliant through the whole process, accommodating our ever-changing ideas and helping us to source a few things that she didn’t stock. We met at her studio to choose decor and she really helped us to imagine how it might look on the day, making really good suggestions aligned to our style preferences. In the last few weeks before the wedding we met at the venue to do a full run-through of the day, which really helped to bring it to life in our minds. It was one of our favourite parts of the planning process. On the day, Ella did an amazing job of setting everything up so beautifully (I can’t believe she can do so much on her own!), remembering every tiny detail and making some last minute decisions where needed. The day ran so smoothly and that is entirely down to Ella’s organisation. She was on top of everything, keeping the day to schedule and letting us relax and enjoy it. We initially thought that we’d be able to manage without a coordinator but looking back we don’t know what we’d have done without Ella; we cannot recommend booking her enough.

We couldn't have been more delighted with our wedding flowers from Bird Events. Jayne was completely wonderful throughout the whole process - patient, professional, warm and supportive. She was so easy to work with and completely captured the style and feel we wanted, right down to the details. Hi. We met Jayne and Rozana at an open event at our venue Stanlake Park wine estate. They immediately put us ar ease with their approach and style and had some lovely options on display for the tables - one of which we based our wedding on. When we decided to go ahead we had a zoom call and many email exchanges and phone calls re requirements. Jayne also came up to meet us at our venue to go through things in more detail. This included suggestions, designs, last minute additions plus advice and contacts what to do with our amazing flowers afterwards. When I saw the flowers on the wedding morning I was blown away - simply gorgeous. They highlighted and complimented our theme perfectly. We had a few displays which Jayne and Rozana moved between the ceremony and reception including a stunning arch. Everything was perfect. Firstly, we wanted to start with a big thank you! To say the flowers on our wedding day were beautiful, is an understatement. They were stunning and all our guests agreed! From the moment I met Jayne I knew she was the women to create our flower dream. As a flower lover, who also decided to get married in a historic garden Jayne had a big challenge, but she created something more beautiful than we could have ever have dreamed. Her knowledge, vision and innate ability to understand what we wanted was immense. My only regret? That we don't get to work with her anymore. Thank you Jayne
