I loved working with Lucia. Her attention to detail was truly remarkable. She is evidently devoted to ensuring that your wedding day is perfect from start to finish. I'm really looking forward to working with her again, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner.

We were so lucky to find and work with Lucia for our August wedding. Having her as our wedding planner was by far the best decision we made. We had ideas about what we wanted, but not a cohesive vision - Lucia managed to take those strands and turn them into something tangible that flowed throughout our whole wedding celebration. Even with a wedding planner, last minute issues pop up - but having Lucia there meant they were pretty much resolved before we were even aware there was a problem. With busy jobs, this was invaluable. In the run up to the day, Lucia was nothing short of fantastic. But on our wedding weekend is where she was a real superstar. For us everything about our wedding went seamlessly. Not only has she got a great eye for detail (our wedding breakfast room looked amazing and she even managed to artistically disguise some scuffs on the wall) but her energy just made everyone she interacted with (our guest and suppliers) so at ease and happy. The morning after a very long day and night (!), Lucia and her daughter even came back to the venue and made mini bouquets from our flowers that our guests could take home with them. We had so many comments from close friends and family telling us how amazing our wedding planner was - and Alex was recommending her to everyone we know. I think that says it all! Lucia was brilliant. Based on friends I know who got married at the same time having a wedding planner is so helpful but having the right wedding planner is the key! Everything about our wedding weekend was not only perfect, it was stress free and I know that was because of Lucia’s efforts.

Not sure even where to begin with how incredible Lucia is - from listening to my random selection of ideas and Pinterest photos on our first call to turning that into a beautiful, modern, sophisticated vision which was more amazing than we could have ever imagined. At every meeting my husband and I walked away saying “Lucia is the best decision we made.” Beyond the amazing design, Lucia’s organisation, planning and delivery of our day and the management of the collection of suppliers (I also was so happy with every supplier she recommended personally) made the whole experience completely stress free and I know we wouldn’t have enjoyed our wedding as much as we did if we hadn’t had such a trusted and excellent planner. Our guests and family also commented on excellent she was. Lucia’s attention to detail is incredible - there was no detail that she hadn’t considered or wasn’t on top of and it really showed. If you want a beautifully designed and stress-free wedding day you need to have Lucia involved. She is the best decision we made!

Lucia is absolutely incredible! We got married in July 2023 and Lucia was absolutely amazing! From the start of the process, Lucia was responsive to my emails and messages and answered all my questions and concerns, Lucia listened to our vision for our day and offered the best advice on how to achieve the romantic dreamy look we were going for. Lucia absolutely made our day so much more special by being there as a calming influence and taking on our vision and completely bringing it to life and giving it the heart and soul that we desired. We hired lots of Ella’s items to bring our wedding vision to life and also asked her to coordinate our day at Grittenham Barn. We always say it’s the best money we spent, she set various items up for us, most notably the ceremony area, took a lovely video of everything that I cherish. We weren’t sure our venue would coordinate and didn’t think our best men and bridesmaids would do it so using Ella was just dreamy. She made everything perfect.

We booked Ella for both decor and on-the-day coordination at our wedding at Northbrook Park and we could not have been happier! She was absolutely brilliant through the whole process, accommodating our ever-changing ideas and helping us to source a few things that she didn’t stock. We met at her studio to choose decor and she really helped us to imagine how it might look on the day, making really good suggestions aligned to our style preferences. In the last few weeks before the wedding we met at the venue to do a full run-through of the day, which really helped to bring it to life in our minds. It was one of our favourite parts of the planning process. On the day, Ella did an amazing job of setting everything up so beautifully (I can’t believe she can do so much on her own!), remembering every tiny detail and making some last minute decisions where needed. The day ran so smoothly and that is entirely down to Ella’s organisation. She was on top of everything, keeping the day to schedule and letting us relax and enjoy it. We initially thought that we’d be able to manage without a coordinator but looking back we don’t know what we’d have done without Ella; we cannot recommend booking her enough.

Ella was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She provided an excellent service and was so helpful with all the small details and the running of the day. We also hired some lovely bits from her which looked great, and her communication was brilliant. I really recommend Surrey Wedding Company!

Laura is amazing! She and her team created a fantastic setting for our daughter’s Harry Potter sleepover - the room was transformed! Laura is so organised, creative and thoughtful - even the setup process was made as easy for us as possible, and every detail was thought of - even down to which specific teepees should be dressed with which Harry Potter houses in order to ensure each girl was happy with the one she got. I can’t recommend Gift Wrapped Events highly enough, thank you Laura and team!!

My daughter chose the jungle theme teepee for her 10th birthday sleepover and it didn't disappoint. It was so lovely seeing the living room change into a lovely space for the girls to party. The details on the teepees were so cute. It was a very special start to a double digit celebration. Gemma and Laura were excellent at keeping in touch and helping me with the planning and punctual. I can highly recommend them. (ps the dog wasn't included but she loved it!)

Laura planned and decorated our garden for our engagement party in August 2021. It was stunning! This included balloons around the summer house, beanbags and small kneeling tables around the open grass area and a welcome sign for our guests. It really brought the whole party together and made a perfect backdrop for pictures! Thanks again Laura!

"Best 18th ever!!" Mirage were superb. They organised an amazing nightclub in our garden which exceeded all expectations. Everyone is still talking about it weeks later. The marquee was unbelievable; just stunning, the food was excellent, cocktails delicious (Woo Woo is everyone's new favourite cocktail, even the boys!), the staff were so nice and DJ Scott kept the dance floor full the whole evening. Faultless organisation from start to finish and birthday girl is left with amazing memories of an unforgettable night. She is still smiling! Thank you so much, Mirage.

Mirage Parties just organised and planned our wedding day. Julia and Christian were the dream team at the helm, innovating while paying attention to every little detail. With 160 guests, and three tents for ceremony, dinner and dance respectively, it was no easy feat. They kept the flow of people moving, but also keeping smiles on faces, not just of us, but of every single guest! Would recommend in a heartbeat.

We have just had the best party ever with Mirage - "legendary" and "magical" are two words our friends have used frequently. I would highly recommend Julia, Christian, Alex and the team to anyone as they are so professional and thoughtful, which is a great combination. Memories to last forever and well worth it...!

Freya is a phenomenal Wedding Planner. I had the pleasure of working with Freya at Karina & Mat's wedding this summer as a Photographer, and she was super professional, friendly, approachable and the whole wedding went by amazingly. We cannot recommend Freya highly enough. We would not have had the wedding of our dreams without her and the assistance of her partner Danny. We had a firm vision for our Christmas wedding and were very hands-on leading up to the big day. However, we wanted to be able to enjoy the day itself without worrying about the logistics and so booked Freya's "The Month Of Coordination Package". Thank goodness that we did! Not only did she expertly provide the services that we expected but she far exceeded our expectations in ways that we did not even know that we needed. From the first moment that Freya got involved, we knew that we were in safe hands. She was a dream to work with, quick to understand our vision and displayed the professionalism, flexibility and attention to detail that allowed us to have full confidence in her. She is an exceptional communicator, with the rare quality of a warm and friendly style whilst still being able to be firm when needed to get the job done. She is a very effective, highly organised operator as demonstrated by her dealings with our venue and vendors. All were highly complimentary about her. On the day itself, we had a complicated Christmas set-up including 9 large Christmas trees that needed placing into stands, a huge number of candelabras, candles, fairy lights, garland and wreaths in addition to other traditional wedding decor. Having not organized an event of this size before ourselves, we underestimated the effort that it would take to pull it off. There is no way that it could have happened to the quality that it did without Freya and Danny. Not only did they work very hard to make it all happen, they did so in a way that was entirely invisible to ourselves and the wedding guests. It was magical for everyone to experience the end result, exactly as we had dreamed of it, as if it had been effortlessly materialized by Christmas wedding elves. We especially appreciated Freya's attention to detail. Even during the Herculaneum task of the set-up, she cared enough about the small details to make time for them which made all the difference for us. We booked Freya for our second wedding celebration, which took place at Botleys Mansion in Chertsey, Surrey in June 2023. Freya provided partial wedding planning services from approx. 6 months prior to our wedding (at which point I was still busily planning our first wedding that was due to take place in March 2023 in Los Angeles, so was sometimes slow to reply but Freya remained patient & understanding & continued to stay on top of everything that was required at that stage), and also produced a design brief based on detailed vision I provided, along with my Pinterest boards. Freya was detailed throughout the planning process and was always so pleasant to deal with. Our Zoom calls were always productive & I felt like Freya really understood everything I explained & she was patient and passionate. One the day of our wedding, Freya had an assistant. We're most glad that we also hired Freya to sing my processional song for the ceremony - we truly were SO glad we did. Not only did Freya sound absolutely amazing, she absolutely looked the part. She ensured she was dressed according to the aesthetics of our wedding & was fully self-sufficient in setting up her own PA system. We had the pleasure of working with Freya over the past year for our wedding which took place 27th July in Bath, and cannot recommend her enough! Steve provided the music, lights and a photo mirror for a large black tie family event for us recently. He was 100% professional, delivered everything we ordered, on time to a fantastic standard. We had an age range 15-65 to celebrate an 18th birthday... the music was spot on - dancing all night with out cheesy call outs or encouragement. He seems to be able to read the room and just know what's right. As well this Steve helped out when there was an unexpected hiccup for another supplier - he mucked in, no fuss, no drama. we will definitely use Steve again and can't recommend highly enough. Thank you for making an important family occasion so memorable.

We used Surrey events hire for our wedding, Steve was the DJ along with his colleague and also provided the photo booth. The team was fabulous throughout, Steve played our pre arranged song requests as well as songs that he thought would be most appropriate and we were not disappointed! Our guests are still commenting on how good the DJ was and the songs that were played, they loved it! Surrey Event Services recently provided a fantastic DJ - Jeremy, for our wedding reception. He mixed the tracks seamlessly and we all spent hours happily dancing the night away! He was a lovely guy and set up and tided away very quickly and professionally.

Full dance floor all night!! Guests ranging from 24 years old to 78 years old and everyone was dancing all night! Steve did a fab job to keep the party flowing from the first dance to the last. We gave him a huge task with such a variety of music, including songs that aren’t everyone’s taste and he made everything flow perfectly building up to certain genres. I want another wedding just for the dancing!! Would highly recommend! X

Kim was fantastic, I really wanted to celebrate my 40th in style but didn’t want the stress and pressure of organising a party. Kim was highly recommended by a friend and she didn’t disappoint. Kim arranged to come to my house a few days after first contact. She came up with some fantastic ideas and had some great suppliers to hand. Kim was very efficient and always contacted me to give updates on all the arrangements and so I felt relaxed and just excited to have a 40th celebration with my friends and family, as I knew that everything was in place and being looked after. I would say that I had one of the best nights of my life and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The drink and food was flowing and we all had an absolute blast dancing the night away. The next big party will be my husbands 50th and I will certainly be contacting Kim for another stress free experience.

Helen and her team are amazing and I thoroughly recommend them. We've used Events by Helen for 5 events now - wedding, anniversary, 50th & 80th bday parties and a London office party. Precious and Sean brought my 30th Birthday dreams to life! I am not the easiest person to plan a party for as I am very paticular and am a HUGE perfectionist but Precious understood the assignment. We had meetings to discuss my vision and a whatsapp chat to keep an open channel of communication which was perfect. We worked within my budget and Precious helped me make every penny count, It can be so easy to overlook details in planning but everything was thought of. On the week of the party I felt like I had my own PA's I was able to relax and enjoy while all the set up, vendors etc was handled - even last minute runs to the shop. On the night it was INCREDIBLE, the team were so attentive to me and my guests ensuring everything was perfect at all times. I have never attended such a well organised event. Will 10000000% use them again in the future.

As someone who works in events, I thought I’d be able to handle the wedding planning all on my own, but with 7 weeks to go, I panicked and reached out to Lauren at Bluebird Creative. After one conversation with her, we knew Bluebird would be fabulous and asked them to help us with on the day event coordination (and gosh we are sooo glad we did so!). Everything in those final 6 weeks was so smoothly run by Bluebird and then on the day, we didn’t have to think of a thing, they had it handled and fully understood our vision to make it a reality! Coco supported us and she was a 20 out of 10! On the day, she was professional, supportive, fun and a true expert! We couldn’t haven’t had the amazing day without Bluebird, I really can’t recommend them enough!!

We were so happy that we chose Bluebird Creative to be our on the day Co-ordinators. they were great from start to finish and the day would not have been as amazing as it was without them. Originally we had used Lauren's toolkit to help plan the wedding and this was extremely helpful. We knew we wanted to enjoy the day as much as possible and once we had consulted with Lauren we knew she was the perfect fit to be with us on our special day. She is super friendly, fun, organised and understood exactly how we wanted to make our day personal to us. We had to postpone due to Covid restrictions and Lauren was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. We had our final meeting with Lauren to finalise every detail of the day and we trusted her so much that we let her know what was really important to us and then gave her free reign and creative control over how everything else was laid out through the venue. We trusted that with her amazing creative eye she would make the place look magical with what we provided. On the day Lauren and Louise did the most amazing job organising suppliers, setting up and making sure everything ran smoothly. If anything went wrong on the day, we had no idea as Lauren and Louise had everything under control, they were so calm and friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble. When we came into the Great Hall after our ceremony and saw how they had laid out the tables, we were delighted, it was better than we had imagined and it looked amazing. We would highly recommend Bluebird Creative to anyone looking to have an amazing team with them who really ensure that your special day is individual to you. They truly care about each individual couple and making the day the best it can be, this shows in their work and we had so many compliments throughout the day from guests about how great they were.
