Precious, our day-of wedding coordinator and her team at Green Lily Events were absolutely fantastic! She helped with not just one, but two events, ensuring everything ran smoothly while handling issues we didn’t even realize existed. From start to finish, she was reliable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Her recommendations throughout the planning process were immensely helpful, making our experience stress-free and enjoyable. Precious and Sean brought my 30th Birthday dreams to life! I am not the easiest person to plan a party for as I am very paticular and am a HUGE perfectionist but Precious understood the assignment. We had meetings to discuss my vision and a whatsapp chat to keep an open channel of communication which was perfect. We worked within my budget and Precious helped me make every penny count, It can be so easy to overlook details in planning but everything was thought of. On the week of the party I felt like I had my own PA's I was able to relax and enjoy while all the set up, vendors etc was handled - even last minute runs to the shop. On the night it was INCREDIBLE, the team were so attentive to me and my guests ensuring everything was perfect at all times. I have never attended such a well organised event. Will 10000000% use them again in the future.

After our wedding we’ve been asked by many of our friends, what advice would we give them on the big day, what would we not go without.. Without a doubt our number 1 thing we’ve said back has been Precious and her team. We had Green Lilly events do on the day day planning for us, after many months of crazy stress trying to work out how to plan and run a wedding, have Green Lilly come in and take over was beyond amazing. For us, what made Green Lilly a step ahead of other wedding planners, was an amazing ability to know how to guide the wedding, give such invaluable advice (which genuinely made the day better) but also to really respect what we wanted and help make that happen. Precious is such a professional, she knows weddings inside out and will make your day so much better. We’ve already told every friend we know you need her and her team at their wedding.

We initially reached out to Green Lily to discuss styling and décor for our wedding, but after meeting Precious, we quickly realised we needed more! After talking through the services, we decided to go for two-week-before coordination, on-the-day coordination, and full styling—and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment we met Precious, she just got me. She understood exactly what I wanted and also completely understood my now-husband (who only cared about beer pong and making sure everyone behaved). I felt so listened to—no idea was too small or silly, and Precious always provided thoughtful advice on what would or wouldn’t work. She struck the perfect balance between letting me feel in control and giving me the space to relax. On the day (and during setup the day before), the professionalism of Precious and Sean was truly unmatched. Every vision I had came to life, their attention to detail and problem solving meant that when I walked into the venue after getting ready with my bridesmaids, I was blown away. The little touches they added made it so much more special. They handled all the suppliers so seamlessly that I didn’t even notice anything happening behind the scenes. It felt like all I had to do was enjoy the moment, and they took care of everything else. Honestly, they weren’t just our coordinators and stylists—they were our brains that day, and thanks to them, I was able to switch off completely and soak in every single second. The support they’ve given us before, during, and even after the wedding has been incredible—10/10 doesn’t even begin to describe it. We genuinely feel like we’ve gained a friend. I would recommend Green Lily to anyone getting married—it’s worth every single penny and more. They go above and beyond, and I can’t thank them enough for making our day absolutely perfect!

Would highly recommend Heritage Venues for anyone getting married at Lillibrooke! So many compliments on the food - particularly the spiced butternut squash soup! And the Manor House and The Loft are absolutely perfect to stay in the night of the wedding! Would highly recommend!

We had so many compliments from our guests on how great the food was, it was definitely in the top three of things people remembered the most from the day! We had the butternut squash soup, chicken with dauphinoise potatoes and the chocolate trio. They were also really good with the veggie/vegan options and the various allergies. The catering for my wedding was absolutely stunning - so many of my guests have told me how much they enjoyed the meal and it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Every course was delicious and a huge portion- there definitely wasn’t an empty stomach in the house. The staff were brilliant and kept on top of everything - a seamless service and done really quickly too. They made sure drinks were served throughout the meal and the evening food / cake were brought round by staff which I loved. I’m still having guests talk to me about the food now weeks later. Also I loved getting to do the tasting evening ! It was so much fun and made us excited for the day, such a good experience and helped us to choose the right meal. Thank you again.

We used heritage venues for our wedding at Stanlake Park and were blown away by the exceptional service we received. Thank you Julia for supporting us with the planning and coordination in the lead up to our big day, you supported us in accommodating all of the little touches that made our day so special. We managed to get into the venue the day before to set up and the staff were so helpful and lovely. Big shout out to Jo and the event management team on the day of our wedding, Jo in particular looked after us and our guests so well from the early hours of getting ready in the stunning Bow Loft to a rather merry bride (me) at the end of the night after the most magical and fun day. I did not need to worry or stress because I knew everything was covered and thought about by heritage venues. Food was out of this world all the guests commented on how delicious it was. It was so nice to get the chance ahead of our wedding to try the food at the tasting evening and meet some other engaged couples. We went for the ‘oddly eastern sharing board to start followed by the Beef bourguignon or gnocci for our vegetarian guests and all commented on how fantastic and delicious it was. The wine selection was divine and we also loved the Pimm’s happy hour and rum bar in the evening, oh and I almost forgot to mention the Pizza went down a hit! Thank you all.

We cannot recommend Sarah enough. She is AMAZING - a hit with us, and with ALL of our guests. People had nothing but wonderful comments to say about Sarah and how lovely she was. To be honest, we stumbled across her website in a desperate attempt to find a wedding planner at short notice, who could help us ensure the smooth running of our day. We can't believe how lucky we were to find Sarah. She is like having a best friend there, but also a totally professional and on-the-ball organiser. She helps as much, or as little as you wish, and always with complete enthusiasm for you and your day. She is a safe pair of hands and a calming influence in the moments you really need it. I booked this for our UK sales meeting. Around 30 of us dialled in for the chocolate-making session, which was a huge success and lots of fun. Zoom worked brilliantly for the event, and Jeff kept everyone engaged. Tim in customer support was really responsive to all my questions. Would highly recommend.

Everyone really enjoyed the game; it was a great team building exercise that really demonstrated our different skills and highlighted the competitive members! Our host was really motivating and very helpful to the teams that called on her for support during the game. Having never even experienced an escape room in person I wasn’t sure how well it would run virtually but I was really surprised how well it went and how being virtual didn’t put us at a disadvantage in coming together as a team to complete the game.

They were extremely professional and many of the staff who were initially reticent to have a 'teambuilding' day were keen to have another after this. We did the Level Up event and it was fast paced and extremely fun! It had something for everyone and so many laughs!

I can’t t explain how perfect Suzanne was from the beginning until the end of the wedding shoot day! Suzanne is very responsible, organised, careful and attended to all of our needs entirely, she was always aware of everything that was in the timetable, making sure everything worked fine and making the day so easy, relaxed and one memorable event. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Suzanne! From start to finish she handled every detail of our wedding with the utmost professionalism, care and passion. Her creativity, organization and attention to detail made our special day truly magical, the venue looked incredible, and the day ran so smoothly (despite the non-stop rain!) and the little extras she went above and beyond to do were so appreciated. We hired Suzanne to organise my little sisters wedding. From the outset Suzanne was absolutely charming, knowledgeable, amazingly organised and clearly passionate about what she does. She took on board all of our ideas and used her experience and expertise to bring these to fruition. She was so much fun and had so many ideas and suggestions that we hadn't even thought of. The day was absolutely beautiful we couldn't of asked for anything better. Everyone was so impressed with the attention to detail and all the little extra touches. Anybody who is trying to find the solution on how to plan a succesful wedding, look no further. Booking Suzanne to help plan and orgasnise our wedding was the best thing we did.
