Amazing Job! Tony was at the job site within half an hour on a Sunday morning! The key was not turning in the lock so I could not get into the property. Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come. James was recommended to me by a separate locksmith who was unable to help us. He was polite and responsive right from first contact and did all he could to resolve same day, although we couldn’t quite make that happen. He went out of his way to get to us first thing the next day, resolved the challenge in twenty minutes AND came to pick me up to drive me to the car. Overall just an excellent experience and I really wish all trades were this good.

Called Julian out with a security concern on our property and he was very prompt to arrive understanding the circumstances. Fitted a couple of new locks and we did experience a niggling issue with one of them and he again responded promptly to resolve and rectify . Joe Camberley
