We called Locktech after being locked out late at night. Jason quoted a price on the phone and arrived within 20 minutes. He managed to carry out a non-destructive entry on two front doors which was much appreciated. He stayed an extra 30 minutes trying to improve the safety of the door and gave advice, without increasing the quoted price. Very professional, honest and quick. We would recommend immediately.

These guys are absolute professionals! Called them first thing in the morning as we were locked out of our house, with the key still in the lock from the inside. They arranged a locksmith to be on site within 2 hours and 15 mins later the door was open. No fuss and no mess! Communication was brilliant and payment was easy as well. Dan was fantastic from start to finish. He was very responsive and communicative throughout. He assessed security across the property and suggested solutions with full explanations. Called in RLM Locksmiths to help us with a stuck garage door. The pre-visit service was very professional and Dan (from RLM) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got the door open very quickly and cleaned the lock mechanism. Great service. I’d definitely recommend RLM.

Stupidly left my keys indoors today and was stuck outside with my missus and my newborn baby. I called the number for Swift, and got through to a gentleman who provided me an ETA of 30-45 minutes. Within 2-3 minutes later, I got a call from a mobile (the locksmith himself), stating he was 2 mins away. He was able to open the door due to it not being double-locked, using a mere metal rod. No damage to the door, or the lock. Between me picking up the phone and being back in my home, it took about 20 minutes - perhaps just got lucky, but incredible service in my opinion! Didn’t catch the locksmith’s name (unfortunately), but I believe he may have been Eastern European, guy was a true professional! Would recommend!!!

The team came out to me after midnight when I unexpectedly could not turn the lock and therefore secure my back patio doors. After an hour of trying different things, I called Rockhopper. I’ve never had to call out a Locksmith before and so I went onto google and found the closest ones to me. It’s worth saying that I called 8 other, supposed 24/7 emergency locksmith’s and none answered. Rockhopper were 9th on my list and thankfully answered!
