We have worked with Matt from Bullseye a few times over 5 years on our own home as well as investment property. He is super quick to communicate, reliable, does excellent work and is competitively priced. We have had some bad experiences with mainstream shops and other locksmiths, but never Matt. He’s been consistently excellent and the only person I would even bother calling. As an investor, I value that he gives me the speed, quality and value to help my business. Overall, I can’t recommend Bullseye and Matt highly enough.

Matt saved our holiday by getting us back in to our house at 06:30 in the morning after we locked ourselves out halfway through packing to leave. Great service, with even a smile at that time of the day and reasonable fees.

I needed a locksmith immediately because i was having serious problems with my front door lock. at 6:15 p.m., their specialist came to my house, which is next to the ship hotel, and evaluated the issue. i didn't have to request to replace the entire door because he worked through several possible repairs before figuring out the best one. professional and effective—i wouldn't call anyone else!

Excellent service from start to finish. We called with our front door deadlock not working. Julian attended us promptly on time and managed to find a workaround to opening it. He could have easily recommended that we needed to change the lock, but gave an honest assessment, provided a fix and also was willing to come back to replace it if it failed again.

I had a key bolt that wouldn’t unlock and key was stuck inside lock. I rang Lucian to arrange a time for him to come around and fix it, he was on time and drilled out the broken lock. Had a replacement in his van and fitted it, in no time! Great service! Would definitely use again 👍

My partner and I bought our first property and hired Lucian to replace the locks. He was absolutely fantastic, not only did he replace all the locks quickly and perfectly (despite there being many more locks than we originally thought) but he fixed mistakes that the previous owners had made when installing their locks and then, for good measure, fixed the front gate! I run a handyman business, and Guildford Lock & Safe are always, always, my first port of call. They've almost always got a perfect replacement for whatever random old defunct lock I bring in, and they're great at mending things when they can. Roger is incredibly patient, and generous with his time and advice. Also, from a homeowner perspective: I had two successive sets of front door keys cut by Timpsons (Roger, forgive me) and both sets failed within a few months. One of them snapped off in the lock. After that, I had my keys cut at Guildford Lock & Safe, and the difference in quality is tangible. The first set from them is still going strong, and cost less than Timpsons! We're very lucky to have a local business like this with such experienced and capable staff. Keep up the good work!

Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come. Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt.
