We were very pleased and impressed with the emergency service provided by Rockhopper Locks. Phil arrived exactly when we needed him and was professional, courteous, efficient and he resolved our problem very quickly and effectively.

Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.

Phoned this company out of hours due to being locked out of our house. The man who answered the phone was so polite, and contacted the locksmith immediately. Really happy with the service provided by Dave at Rockhopper Locks. His communication was great, he was friendly and polite, he was on time and he diagnosed and fixed the problems quickly. Parts had to be ordered but these arrived the next day and he came straight away to fit them. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Dave arrived very promptly- within 20 minutes. He had all the best tools with him and I was in the house within 5 mins. Very professional service. No damage to existing locks and no need to change the deadlock system. Very impressed and grateful im house sitting for a mate so was up shit creek when I locked myself out.

The team came out to me after midnight when I unexpectedly could not turn the lock and therefore secure my back patio doors. After an hour of trying different things, I called Rockhopper. I’ve never had to call out a Locksmith before and so I went onto google and found the closest ones to me. It’s worth saying that I called 8 other, supposed 24/7 emergency locksmith’s and none answered. Rockhopper were 9th on my list and thankfully answered! He was here when he said he'd be and did exactly what he said he would, supplying quality materials and good advice at the pre-agreed price. He even took the time to do something we hadn't asked him to do whilst he was here for no extra charge. Excellent stuff all round and highly recommend.

Brilliant from start to finish. Door Handle and mechanism went just before we were about to go on holiday. Darren answered our late evening call and was able to get out to us the next day. Turned up at time agreed and sorted the issue at the agreed price. Labour & parts warranty provided along with advice on keeping the mechanism in good shape for years to come. Very happy and will be contacting Darren for any other issues in the future

Fantastic service! Darren really went out of his way to help us. Our back door mechanism broke and we found that because it was put together during Covid the parts couldn’t be got hold of anymore. Long story short, after speaking with multiple different sources, Darren managed to get us a like for like replacement and brought it straight over and got it done! Even though this was a frustrating experience for everyone, he remained kind and helpful throughout and didn’t charge us any extra even though he had to come out three times - would recommend!

Kevin quoted for and replaced our old front door lock with a robust and upto date version, giving us the option of high security keys as well. I didn’t know of him before, but wanted someone local and trustworthy. He was open, patient and a pleasure to work with. Definitely one to Recommend.

Managed to lock myself out the house! Gave Kevin a call, and he was with me within 30 minutes and I was back in within minutes without any damage to the door or lock. Very professional and responsive. He is also Surry trading standard approved, so give Kevin a call if you need a locksmith.

Quick response to a garage lockout that needed a quick turnaround, friendly, clear on what it would take and estimated cost with actually cost being a few pounds different. Would recommend Kevin for sure, good job done, professional workman and friendly. Would use again if I am stupid enough to lose my keys once more !

Contacted Kevin after breaking a door lock on a Thursday night. He came Friday lunchtime, quickly diagnosed the issue and fitted a new lock on the spot. Great communication, fair price and would definitely use him again.

James did a great job changing out a faulty ignition switch and also reprogrammed the gateway control module on my VW Golf MK 6, unlike my local VW dealer (Camberley) who showed very little interest in resolving the issue.

10/10 Service My window mechanism had jammed and the window would not close. I decided to call EPRLocksmith (Lucien), he was able to come over within 10mins and fix the window mechanism. There was also issues with my window not closing properly and he had fixed this too without any additional charges. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and use again if required.
