Had a great experience with Rob and Roslin from Swift Locksmiths. We were having an issue with our front door not locking and reached out for their assistance, Rob was able to provide his expert opinion and arranged for his colleague Roslin to visit and help us out. Roslin arrived exactly when agreed and was able to replace a part to get us up and running again in under 30 minutes. He confirmed the costs of remediation works before commencing any replacements and had the necessary parts on hand to resolve the issue. I have no reservations recommending the reliable and efficient service they provide and whilst I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, if I do I know exactly who I’ll be reaching out to.

I needed to locks changed on a property in Epsom urgently. So I called John at about- turn locks in Epsom. One lock I had a key for & the other lock I didn’t have a key. We contacted John about problems with our malfunctioning front door lock in June just before we went away on holiday. He responded very promptly to fix the problem. He saw that the door was not opening and shutting properly, he adjusted the hinges and tightened the screws to ensure that the door opened and closed freely. He further advised that we install handles. He sent us links to several suppliers of door handles to choose from and came back to install them free of charge. Brilliant service provided by this company. Our front door handle completely broke leaving our property unsecured. Called this company due to the great reviews and John fitted us in at such short notice. Called in RLM Locksmiths to help us with a stuck garage door. The pre-visit service was very professional and Dan (from RLM) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got the door open very quickly and cleaned the lock mechanism. Great service. I’d definitely recommend RLM.

I was provided a brilliant service by this company. I managed to lock myself out of my flat as I’d (stupidly) left my keys indoors. Knox Locks were at my place and sorted the problem out within 45 minutes of my initial call to them. Which I thought was superb. Regan was very professional, incredibly quick to sort the problem out, and I was over the moon to get access again so sharply. I can highly recommend this service - it was great and saved the day!

Was in a bit of a bind with my patio doors, called in the morning and left a message and had a call back within an hour and they had a top notch tech Regan at my house by late afternoon and worked into the evening to repair my patio doors. Southern Lock & Safe were quick to our rescue when our UPVC back door wouldn't lock - posing us a massive security risk. Due to the replacement part not being readily available - they fixed a temporary lock and came back a few days later to finish the job off properly. Now the door is good as new and opens & closes with ease. Clive & the team were very polite & friendly and kept us up to speed throughout - even coming out on a weekend.

Steve was punctual polite and helpful : came and sorted a lock situation out - it turned out to be the door hinges - he was very generous and charged nothing for the visit - highly recommend- will use agin and refer if needed in future .
