Really great service. Spoke with Junior about replacing some door handles on some tired UPVC doors we have. I sent some pictures via WhatsApp and then he was round once the handles arrived to fit them, also fixing an alignment issue with one of the sets of french doors. Would highly recommend these guys, very efficient and professional.

TOP OF MY MOST WANTED LIST Just had the most amazing truly competent Junior to put in a security entrance lock onto our side gate. He came looked at the lock and gave us an honest opinion of various lock alternatives. We chose the more expensive marine grade option as it would last many more years. Lock arrived 48 hours later and expertly fitted. Chose Junior after reading all his reviews. A delightful honest man and so helpful and kind. Now a permanent fixture of chosen wanted trusted tradies. These guys were very professional in their approach and did work to my satisfaction. First they came for an inspection and gave a very reasonable quote. Then a few days later they came with the parts which they had ordered and completed the job. Totally recommended.

My sister had an emergency with a patio door and these guys came out promptly and were very professional. They managed to fix the existing lock and the door now works better than it ever did before. This type of work is generally very expensive but I found them to be very reasonable and honest.

What a great service. Scott is a great guy and rushed out to help when my door got stuck with a new cylinder he found out that the mechanism of the door was broken. That happen on Saturday by Monday he had the door mechanism replacement and took him 30 minutes to change went above and beyond to even show me and align the door. If I could I would give 20 stars. Popped in to get a couple of keys cut and a trophy too. Despite it being really busy for a Wednesday morning at 10am, the lad in there was polite, helpful and pretty quick! Keys were cut there and then and the trophy was engraved within 20 minutes (which gave me an excuse to get a coffee!). Definitely recommend this place
