Had Steve round recently to fix our patio door where the lock was jammed. He really went out of his way to fix the door, which was quite tricky. Great service and a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Steve.

I can highly recommend Darren, he came out so promptly to assist with a locked back Door that we could not open. A part was broken inside the lock, so he had to go out and buy the part, then immediately returned and fixed the lock without the need to have new keys cut! Darren was a real life saver! Darren was great, he really helped us out getting back inside our front door. It wasn’t an emergency as we were going out but got us back in our house the same day. He changed the locks but identified quickly our previous lock was making us vulnerable as they were not completely safe. He was incredibly reasonable for what he charged and took his time to make sure our door did not stick any longer either. He went above and beyond and was a lovely chap to deal with. Would definable use him again!

I can absolutely see why there's the 5 star rating. We had a door which suddenly stopped locking (to be fair it had been stiff for some time). They were thorough covering multiple steps to resolve problems and absolutely went above and beyond. Issue resolved and the door feels way better than when it was installed. Very highly recommended.

I was provided a brilliant service by this company. I managed to lock myself out of my flat as I’d (stupidly) left my keys indoors. Knox Locks were at my place and sorted the problem out within 45 minutes of my initial call to them. Which I thought was superb. Regan was very professional, incredibly quick to sort the problem out, and I was over the moon to get access again so sharply. I can highly recommend this service - it was great and saved the day!

We called Locktech after being locked out late at night. Jason quoted a price on the phone and arrived within 20 minutes. He managed to carry out a non-destructive entry on two front doors which was much appreciated. He stayed an extra 30 minutes trying to improve the safety of the door and gave advice, without increasing the quoted price. Very professional, honest and quick. We would recommend immediately.

Key wouldn’t go into the front door lock rendering us locked out. Called LochTech up (after hoisting my partner over the back gate to get us in 😂) very late the night before Good Friday after phoning various other locksmith companies to no avail, and Jason said he’d be over within half an hour. As promised arrived and replaced the lock barrel super quickly with no fuss. Lovely, friendly guy who the dogs also loved (always a good sign), would absolutely recommend!

Junior and his Dad were brilliant. Visit 1 was to get me back in, Junior came the next day as his Dad believed there was an issue which meant the locking mechanism would meed replacing. Once he tried the lock several times, added WD40 (or similar) he informed me no replacement was needed! Although the job to replace locks on several doors became a bit more challenging due to poor alignment of the doors, Scott was able to work around this and spent great care to ensure the doors and locks operate as smoothly as possible. What a great service. Scott is a great guy and rushed out to help when my door got stuck with a new cylinder he found out that the mechanism of the door was broken.
