We are very happy from the service of Mr. Ali from Direct Locksmith. The best part was he gives fixed price for the job and correct estimate at the beginning. He is also very experienced person which helped our to fix the issue of multilever doorlocking mechanism.

Ali arrived on time, urged patience, performed some amazing acrobatics to get inside our utility room and voila - doors unlocked and idiot locked out family reunited with their warm home.

Darren was great, he really helped us out getting back inside our front door. It wasn’t an emergency as we were going out but got us back in our house the same day. He changed the locks but identified quickly our previous lock was making us vulnerable as they were not completely safe. He was incredibly reasonable for what he charged and took his time to make sure our door did not stick any longer either. He went above and beyond and was a lovely chap to deal with. Would definable use him again!

I can highly recommend Darren, he came out so promptly to assist with a locked back Door that we could not open. A part was broken inside the lock, so he had to go out and buy the part, then immediately returned and fixed the lock without the need to have new keys cut! Darren was a real life saver! He is extremely professional, and his prices were very reasonable - a real pleasure to deal with. I shall definitely be using Darren again. I would give Darren 100 stars if I could!

What a great service. Scott is a great guy and rushed out to help when my door got stuck with a new cylinder he found out that the mechanism of the door was broken. That happen on Saturday by Monday he had the door mechanism replacement and took him 30 minutes to change went above and beyond to even show me and align the door. If I could I would give 20 stars. Although the job to replace locks on several doors became a bit more challenging due to poor alignment of the doors, Scott was able to work around this and spent great care to ensure the doors and locks operate as smoothly as possible. What a great service from Nick who came and fitted a new lock that was of a better quality and the right size for the door which my previous wasn't as it stuck out about 8mm inside, and was jamming and getting hard to open. He phoned 15 minutes before arriving. I needed 4 keys, the lock came with 3 so he took one away and was going to cut me another and drop it off the next day, however he dropped it back the same day when going back out to another call as he was passing. A++ Service and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a swift professional service.
