I contacted Chris Sharp this morning and whilst he was unable to assist with a multi-lock issue he put himself out to help. I was so impressed by his knowledge and his determination. What I had hoped to achieve was not possible. I was not asked to do a review but it is my choice to reflect my appreciation. His client manner was outstanding. Recently moved into new house, and had booked Chris to come and swap out the locks. Chris was in touch before hand on email so we could plan and schedule work to do. He arrived promptly and immediately got on with things. Not only did Chris change the locks but re-aligned several doors, and advised us on general door/lock related issues. Chris was really good local Tradesman. Booking him to come back and sort out some window latches. Fantastic service. Price was as agreed, no surprises.

Called Thames Locksmiths and spoke to Neil. I had a problem with my backdoor lock and Neil said he could come out immediately but as it was a simple problem, he talked me through the resolution on the phone to avoid the call out fee. It was an excellent and honest decision and I highly recommend Neil' services.
